Outdated and abused equipment. I think everything looks like it was bought in the early 90's and forgotten about. Smells like dog shit, not like a gym locker, like dog shit. Poor lighting, seems like ⅓ of the lights are burnt out. How hard is it to replace a bulb? It appears like the owner doesn't care to reinvest in his club whatsoever. Glad this isn't my home gym, if I was paying dues to come to this place on the regular I'd be pissed!

Its conveniently located. Smells funny, but not bad. Machines are old, and very limited. Staff is pretty cool though, they are fun to joke with.
The personal trainers take their jobs seriously.
Sometimes the crowd can be a little rowdy.

Please do not waste your time and money coming here. All the equipment is old and outdated. I could not adjust the seating positions on the leg machines because they are broken. They don’t keep the sauna plugged in so if you want to use it be prepared to wait 20-30 mins for it to heat up. The only good thing about this gym is that it’s always empty!

This local Workout Anytime in Douglasville, gets the job done. It's open 24/7, making it perfect for fitness beginners and those who prioritize their gym time by going super early or super late. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It has limited equipment but you can definitely get your basic workouts in, its small & secure. Even though I cancelled my membership today, this is a great little gym. Especially for the price. I only canceled because I have my home gym fully set up now. I go to this and the Atlanta location on Cascade rd. I come to this location during the day (mostly). If anyone has seen my review of the cascade location, u will find this one similar with the specific appraisal of this location as it differs from the other, below.
I love the convenience. The machines are well-kept and they have plenty of free weights. They have plenty of treadmills, elliptical and 1 bike (differs from Cascade which has a more bikes and elliptical. This location fits me well with have a greater variety of machines. This and other locations have changed the tvs to generic repetitive programming (updated weekly) and no longer view programming like HG network or MSNBC orBET for example. I understand that this eliminates any controversies or conflict over programming.

The place is well ventilated and air conditioned. As many of my sessions occur during the day at this location, I have been able to observe and interact with staff. They are helpful and patient. They keep the place tidy when patrons dont always put equipment or weights back.

(For both locations)Other patrons are cool. They either stay to themselves or social when welcome. Most put their weights back and everyone adheres to the sanitary/ wipe down policy with sanitary spray provided. Everyone has been helpful if I've had a question or request and I pay it forward as well. Most are dressed to work out. No fashion shows or show offs (even from those who very well could).

No problem with workout machines. However, utilities are bad especially locker room. Showering area has no hanger. How can I keep my clean clothes from getting wet when taking a shower? WOA Douglasville has literally saved my life!

I was 507lbs, diabetic and absolutely miserable! I recently started a keto diet and along with the workouts I’ve done that WOA, I can safely say that I am now 447lbs, I feel so much better I have a desire to want to live a full life, my stamina has increased, and my overall happiness has never been hired.

The staff here is amazing. Annabelle is an absolute angel! And is doing her best to revitalize this in the Hiram location. The locker rooms are going through a full renovation! And so far it looks like it’s going to be absolutely beautiful! The price is incredible reasonable, it’s a small space to first thing in the mornings and afternoons are not that busy, everybody here is friendly, no judgment whatsoever! And no “Lunk alarm” so you are free to push yourself or limits with no judgment! We will be here rooting for you!

I love this place!! It is one of my four gym memberships (I am a gym rat) and it is definitely in the top 2. Rick, the general manager is very professional and his customer service is so positive. By far the best gym I’ve ever been a member of! The manager there is very personable and will definitely make sure you’re taken care of and feel as if you have the best experience in your time there as possible. They make sure everything is clean and sanitized on a regular basis and he bathrooms are always clean. He was very down to earth and also taught me a few things when I comes to working out. If I ever needed help with something and he will be there. I paid $300 upfront $29 a month plus at LA fitness for me and my boyfriend in February. When the coronavirus happened the gym is closed. I went back up to LA fitness yesterday to see if I can come back and work out. Thanking that I would be able to start working out again and pay for thanking that I would be able to start working out again and pay what I owe what I owe for the months they opened back up. Instead of me just paying what I owe to go back and work out. LA Fitness in DVille told me I had to start a new plan over again! Or I will have to pay another huge amount down payment Just to re-open my account. In Feb I signed up for a year and also got three extra months put on there. I haven’t even been able to really work out because of the coronavirus so I paid $300 and now they want me to pay more just to work out. All I was trying to do is just pay what I owe then and start back at LA Fitnesses. I feel like I just threw out free money to them and didn’t even get to enjoy the place and the amenities because of the coronavirus. After I left there I went straight to Workout Any Time and did a 1 Day Free Trail. I fell in love with workout Anytime In douglasville! Thank you again for being so nice and let me work. I absolutely love this gym. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Even though I haven't signed up for the personal training services, they help give me pointers with what kinds of workouts to do in order to target different areas. Because it's a smaller gym, it's easier to form close relationships. Every time I walk in, the staff has a smile on their face and are joking around. I've even made a fake inquire for the trial membership just to see if they would take the bait and call me. I've left voicemails and no call back. I call and speak with the manager and he tells me that he will not refund the money that he stole from my account. If you're going during a peak period you might have to wait awhile since they have limited weight lifting equipment. But they have a decent amount of cardio machines. I really want to give this location a higher score but there are a few things that hold it to a three star facility. The bathrooms needs major attention. There’s been a dead roach on the floor for about a month now. As far as the gym equipment: you’ll get what you need. I had a great experience with two of the PT's for the day. They assisted my family and I by showing us the proper way to execute arm and core workouts. The trainer's wouldn't let us give up on ourselves, they listened to what our goals were, and came up with a workout to suit our needs. They were professional, non judgemental, and friendly. I definitely recommend this facility for your work out needs! I enjoyed the experience.
