Not good. They make you pay up front for personal training packages and if you need to cancel remaining sessions, they do not refund you despite not having scheduled them. Personal trainers are not full time employees and have other jobs so their schedule is all over the place and it doesn’t help if you have scheduling issues as well.

Great 24 hr gym located in Georgetown Kroger Shopping Center. Good mix of free weights, quality iso machines and cardio. Very reasonable membership rates, I have been going for 10 months, very happy so far. Personal trainers are available for extra charge.

Nice gym-has barbells and weights, squat racks, kettlebells, and rowers. Did the free trial while in town. Only problem was the owner didn't get there until 11pm. We were locked out when we got there at 10 and it's supposed to open at 9. We contacted ahead of time, booked the free trial, and called when we got there. It was not lack of preparedness on my part. The guy answers his phone, so that's a plus. Luckily, there was one guy who worked there who let us in after 15 minutes being locked out so it was fine. I would've given them a lower rating if it hadn't been for the worker but the owner should do better.

I’ve been to other gyms before, including other Workout Anytime locations. This location in particular is probably the best in my opinion! Multiple cable machines, isolation machines, free weights, and rows of various cardio! It’s open for members 24/7 as well.

The price is unbeatable compared to the competition, the owner Raj as well as the various staff there are always friendly and supportive, and it’s always clean. It has a locker room in the bathrooms with a shower too.

Overall, all you need for a great price, and probably the pinnacle Workout Anytime location in the metro Atlanta area! Have been coming here for almost a year and a half now with no plans of stopping anytime soon 🫡

This place is not worth the price. The staff is very unresponsive. They make it very complicated to cancel memberships and I wasn’t let aware of how difficult it would be to cancel memberships . The quipment is alright but most have missing stickers to even tell you what the machine does. They try to talk you out of canceling and in all honesty its just not worth it. As a institution this is just a cash grab

So I joined this gym in the beginning of July 2024. The guy who signed me up was really nice and I had good customer service experience, I think he was the manager. This is my first time signing up to a workout anytime. I used to always do planet fitness but I didn’t like how it was only 24 hours 5 days a week. I enjoy that this gym is 7 days a week 24 hours. So I was excited! I had to use the shower a lot in the beginning due to my living circumstances, and this location was dirty. And I was going to say something but I never got a chance to see anyone. I started going to other ones and they were clean and I was like ok great it’s just this location. So I like the back room area of this gym so I don’t mind going and it’s close to my job, but tonight I went to use the restroom to change out of my work clothes and I noticed a cockroach in the bathroom. I was like oh no that’s disgusting. And then I when I was done with my work out, I went to grab my things and saw another cockroach, then another and then another! It was 4 total that I saw in there! I was like nope this will be my last time using this bathroom. Which limits me coming here. Then in like are they all in the gym too and we can’t see them? Then in like is there going to be a roach in my bag? So honestly I’m just might stop going to this location. Although the floor plan is great and I like it, I won’t deal with dirtiness. The showers still have yet to be cleaned since I joined, it’s now the last week in September, and I know they go in there bc they have to change the toilet paper and paper towel, so they just ignore the showers? That’s rude and gross. We should be doing unto others as we would want things to be done for us. Then we get mad when things are not done for us but how can we be when we only care about ourselves? The location at Howell mill is better. I give this location 2 stars, cleanliness is very important to me, EXPECIALLy at gyms.

Applied here today, Bart introduced me to the gym and the equipment. He is charismatic and friendly. The process was easy to sign up for and I felt comfortable making the decision to starting my never ship here . I definitely made a right choice going here , the atmosphere is very chill and easy. I have been looking for a gym for about a year now and a friend introduced me to workout anytime and I have to say I have finally found a gym that suits me. I have been coming to this gym for 7 years. The layout of this gym is very well, the cardio machines in the front, the machines in front, then the free weights and cable machines in the back. The weight machines are even organized by muscle groups. The bathrooms are cleaned daily. This is the largest workout anytime I’ve seen with the amount of equipment it has. The other workout anytimes I’ve been to have had the video game cardio but the equipment is substantially less than the equipment at the Dunwoody workout anytime.

I'm more barbell and free weight based and therefore chose not to sign up even though it's the most convenient. Mostly machines, not the the best quality. I've been to a handful of WO locations around the Atlanta area, and this remains my favorite one. It's by far the largest with the most updated equipment, and I never have to wait long to use a machine if someone is using one I want. The staff is super friendly as well as the other gym goers. The bathroom is always clean, and the gym is always stocked with full sanitizer spray bottles and paper towels. Not to mention, this is the best price I have found for a 24/7 gym that allows access to all locations.

I really enjoyed coming to this location. I’ve been very disappointed for the last two weeks . There’s a member who’s around 60 years old who thinks it’s ok to hold up 5 Machines at once . Just okay.. not enough equipment though it technically IS a smaller sized gym.. but I cannot get a full workout in here the way that I really need to without ending up doing some physical body-weight workouts as well.
The staff is courteous and helpful, but disappears around 5 pm (I believe this may be a widespread hours of operation type of thing across many gyms these days though, so take that as you will...)

Assistants are nice and always greet customers. Gym for 24 hrs is very convenient. The environment is narrow. Most of people here used to clean after they use but still some Don’t care and Do not clean after they use. AC is very horrible here. The place is suffocating! I don’t know who I can ask for to improve this issue, but work out here makes us really uncomfortable because of the air issue. We can not stay here too long since here is always smelly. I think here is unquestionable nice workout place except these critical issue. Strongly suggest owner to improve those issues, that would be huge helpful for the gym environment.

I like the layout of the gym overall and the atmosphere. The young girl and guy at the front are very friendly and do a great job keeping the gym looking nice. I find it annoying that the trainer that's there every morning looks very unprofessional though because he's always wearing flip flops. Also, he NEVER reracks the weights and leaves the equipment he uses with his clients laying around all over the place. Needless to say neither he or his clients clean the equipment after use.

By far my best gym experience! They keep it so clean and give customized service. The patrons here a great about wiping down the machines. This location is perfect and always feel safe coming and going, even later at night. None of that crazy loud garbage music playing, they keep it neutral with the music which is great for us over age 20 : ) Cannot say enough about the staff. Have been happy enough to return after I moved away and came back. Cant say that about ANY other gym who makes it SO painful to deal with!

I like how once you enter, you have to take a spray bottle with you so that you can spray down the equipment. The staff is friendly too and always available to help. The place doesn't have loud people and members actually come in to workout!

Comparing to all the other Workout Anytime Locations in Atlanta I’ve been to, this Dunwoody Location is the absolute, OVERALL BEST!!!!

Bart and the staff have been nothing but Awesome, Caring, Motivating and Inspiring!!! This location has tons of variety of equipments to use. They also do a Phenomenal Job ensuring the Gym, Equipment and Restrooms are always cleaned and sanitized.

This is the best bang for your buck gym in the area. Their equipment is in great condition (free weights and machines) and they have equipment that people actually use so it’s an efficient use of space. Everything is clean, tidy, and sanitary too. I come after work in the afternoon and its not too crowded where I have ever had to wait long for a piece of equipment or squat rack etc.

This is THE gym to go to for its location right off 285 and how ultra clean the place is. This gym MAKES YOU want to go and workout everyday. Plenty of space between the equipment so no worries bumping into people and the weights are always put up. Excellent staff and the man who runs it keeps it perfect. I’ve been coming to this location for 2 years. The owner is in every morning bright and early working out. You can tell he cares and that shines through his staff and trainers. If you are in the area you can’t beat the people or the price. AND it’s right next to Kroger , so I can always pop over after a work out to grab anything I need for the day/week.

I go to this gym practically everyday and I must say the trainer Terry has been phenomenal. Brandon and Emily are by far the best front end staff I’ve come across in any gym, they’re basically like family at this point. I highly recommend the gym as it is friendly and very accommodating.

I love being a member at Workout Anytime. It is clean, affordable, and never too crowded. It has all the equipment I’ll ever need and everything is really high quality. I’ve been a member for 2 years and don’t see that changing anytime soon.

I was a member here for 1.5 years. I appreciated how frequently they cleaned! The floors and even the baseboards were always spotless. They kept equipment and accessories organized, despite some members not placing items back in their place themselves like advised. It never seemed too crowded and all of the heavier lifting men there never seemed obnoxious and were always friendly and respectful to me as a women. They have a wide selection of both free weights, cable columns(most CC I’ve seen in a gym) and machines. The majority of dumbbell sizes come in 2-3 sets so I never had to wait for someone else to finish using what I needed. There’s a smaller room for anyone who’d rather workout in a more private location. The staff knew me by name and made everyone feel like part of the crew. I loved that I could tan there, no extra charge, when special occasions came around. When I returned to work full time (gym located at my job and I have free access) I canceled my membership. The staff were so kind and made the cancellation an easy process besides all of the kind words about my departure made me want to stay. I highly recommend this gym and I will be back if my work schedule changes again.

I am amazed by the service provided by Workout Anytime and the Operator Sabrel Green. A third party service used to help verify account continued to fail. I was very disgruntled with ABC finical inability to establish connection to my account and how short the associates assisting me on the phone were.He responded promptly to the concern. I manage restaurants and understand third party services aren't as reliable.. He did not shy away from the problem and gave me a resolution quickly. He communicated with me the entire time. I have never received service that compares to this and truly was moved by the the General Managers actions. I will be adding more members to my account and would recommend this gym to anyone. This is the gym to visit in Dunwoody.

(Updated) I only recently switched over to this gym from crunch due to my change in work schedule. At first I had thought of this as a regular gym with the major difference being 24 hours. My review changed from 3 to 4 stars because of how quick the manager was to attend his local attendees needs. You don't find that kind of ownership in management nowadays.

I love this gym. Logistically, it fits my schedule any day of the week and is in a convenient location for me, but my love for this gym runs a lot deeper than just the convenience of a nice building, clean facilities, and good equipment. Being a woman in the fitness community can be really daunting. At the wrong gym, one can feel ostracized, like they’re unwelcome to be a part of the community because of their gender, experience level, age, etc; this kind of gym culture, which is all to common, can foster uncomfortable experiences and push people further away from achieving their goals. However, at 24 hour, the incredible staff and energy of the gym made me feel welcomed immediately; like I belonged. I’ve never felt uncomfortable or on the outskirts here. The energy and vitality of this gym and the people here will push you beyond your goals. There is a wide range of gym goers, beginners to experts that all encourage growth and give so much life to the community. I couldn’t ask for a better gym.
