Nice gym, clean but sometimes have some trouble with the system which scans the membership card to open the door when there's no staff there. A few times, I have had to ask another client to open the door for me from inside.

Just joined this place and I'm glad I did. I referred a friend and he's my workout partner now. It's not one of those mega-huge facilities that have things that i don't need though, I've used and like the water massager bed).
The whole staff are friendly and helpful (especially, Tammy) and we feel like we're family. It's also very affordable. It's clean and well sanitized. The folks working out there are nice and helpful (when you need it).
Lastly, I like that older folks, like us, are there and have been working out for years. Highly recommended.

I used to have a membership with planet fitness but due to far distance had to cancel I came across this gym and I’m new to the area looking for a gym that’s closer to me Twice I filled out the 3 day trial and I have not gotten a response back. I usually out every early because it’s the only free time that I have so I arrived the location at 6 AM to ask question and for my surprise there’s was no staff, only the gym members.

I really enjoy coming to this gym! The manager is excellent—always professional and makes sure everything runs smoothly. The equipment is more than enough to get the job done, and I love that it’s open 24/7 so I can fit in a workout no matter my schedule.

The gym is kept clean overall, and the people who go here are kind and respectful, which makes the environment even better. Even in the evenings when a few teenagers are around, I’ve never had an issue finding space or getting my workouts in.

I've been a gym rat most of my life. Planet fitness, LA Fitness, YMCA, etc. I've been to them all. Workout Anytime Fitness just feels comfortable. There's no showmanship or competition going on here and they have all the equipment you could need. Tami keeps this place absolutely spotless and is always on site. Whenever a piece of equipment breaks it gets repaired quickly. Walls get fresh paint. Mirrors, lights, and equipment are constantly cleaned.
If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, we'll maintain fitness center without all of the weight slamming, screaming, or machoism, this is the place. I love it here.

Gym is pretty nice on inside. Some machines are limited during peak times like most other gyms. It’s clean most of the time with a few exceptions.

Really my issue and the only reason I left was with management.

Before I signed up I read many negative reviews with condescending replies by the owner/manager. You’ll notice how she always sarcastic and denigrating, claiming the negative reviewer is lying and/or they’re not a customer. (She’ll probably do it here too.) But I thought since I workout at night I won’t have to deal with the staff anyway. That was right until it wasn’t…

I came in during the day before having to travel and had a run in with Tammy (owner or manager). She took our interaction from 1 to 100 immediately with an attitude about a very simple misunderstanding on my part about my middle school kid waiting for me in their small sectioned off seating area.

She immediately told me her really long title with the company unsolicited. She started asking if I had read my contract, that they sit and watch you skim before signing (but fair enough), asking how long I had been going there, and that she’d never seen me before (she signed me up lol). She just kept going on while I’m getting annoyed and angrier.

I initially just left but then thought there’s probably other gyms around that could probably remember their customers and didn’t treat people with abrasive disregard. What’s funny when I came back in to cancel, I realized she thought I was upset about the inconvenience, not how she handled the situation.

Anyway maybe things will/have changed but judging by other comments it hasn’t. Do yourself a favor and find one of the other local gyms in the area to support.

I really didn’t want to do a review. This gym is my best kept secret. It’s super clean. Not too crowded. Great equipment and the manager Tammy is so nice. I really don’t have a lot of complaints . The only thing I would critique is sometimes there is a small group that likes to chat and hold up the equipment and a few that likes to save the equipment by placing their towels and water bottles to hold it while working out on other equipment’s. Maybe signs could be placed up asking people to be mindful of chatting in front of the equipments and to not use to towels and water to save their spot on equipments. Other than that love work out anytime.

I’ve been going to the Flowery Branch gym for over 5yrs now. The gym is in a great location for me. Tammy and crew do a great job at keeping it clean along with maintaining all the equipment.
It’s not a ‘meathead’ gym by no means. They have enough machines and free weights to get a great workout.
I will be moving out of the area some time this year. I will definitely miss this place and all the great friends I’ve made over the last 5yrs. You can be sure I will definitely recommend this gym anytime I get the chance.

I had a mishap and lost my keys, but the staff manager found them and called to let me know they were there. I’m very grateful—not only were my keys returned, but my wedding ring, which was on the keychain, was also recovered.

The gym itself is very comfortable: it’s spacious, well-equipped, and exceptionally clean. The people who train in the morning are extremely respectful, and everyone stays focused on their workouts.

Small, overpriced gym membership with older equipment. The only redeeming quality was that this place is 24/7 which is rare in gyms and it’s usually empty.
Otherwise, be ready to pay $75 to start, $35 a month, and $85 for an annual fee within the first 45 days. Considering the dated equipment and small size, personally wasn’t worth it when there’s other options out there. It’s worth mentioning although paying more than expected was disappointing, the staff were kind in the few interactions I had with them.

I went there with my stepson to join, but they refused to register him because our last names didn’t match, even though both IDs show the same address, and I’m legally married to his mom, whom also changed her last name. What a complete hassle just to join a gym. I can see why they have bad reviews. I definitely do not recommend this gym.

Extremely disappointing experience at this gym. My husband and son went to sign up, but they wouldn’t register my son because the last names “didn’t match”—even though our addresses on both IDs were the same. We’re married, and I even changed my last name to my husband’s, so this “requirement” is absurd. Do I really need to bring my son’s birth certificate just to join? This “policy” is completely nonsensical and frustrating. Yet, they wanted to make my husband financially responsible for the membership. I signed up for a short term membership and it’s been a good experience, despite a somewhat high price of $40/month. The other members are nice and the place is very clean. My only complaint is machine related. The one concept II tower needs to be serviced. I would also never recommend anyone use the Matrix plate loaded leg press because it has no safety for failure.

Having been a member for a year, I am very happy with this gym. It has tons of nice, clean and well maintained equipment. The staff is friendly and seem to be constantly cleaning. Today was my second and last visit to this Workout Anytime location. I want to preface this by saying that I have no personal issue with the chain as a whole, my best friend actually owns a very successful location in the Tennessee area(one with 5 star reviews). This visit made me realize how truly grateful I am that gym owners like my friend exist, ones that truly care about the experience of their members over their own personal agenda. I cannot say the same for this location.
Upon arriving I scanned in and spoke briefly with the young lady at the front desk, who made no remark about my workout set. My friend and I began our workout and 20 minutes into our cardio the woman I’m assuming was the manager came over to my treadmill. I started off the conversation extremely positive, as I was assuming she was coming over to finish up my friend’s guest pass because their system was down when we first arrived. Instead, I was shocked to find out she was coming over to inform me that my top was in violation of their “dress code”(one that is not advertised online). I questioned why I was the only one being approached when there was a woman directly in front of me also in a sports bra. There were also several men in cut off shirts, showing their sides/abs. The behavior of this manager was completely classless, and multiple people stopped their workout to stare at the interaction. Too uncomfortable to consider grabbing a sweatshirt to accommodate the discriminating behavior of the manager, I decided to just leave and cry in my car instead. I immediately called my friend(the Tennessee owner) and he was completely appalled by how I was treated, and after looking at reviews it became clear to us that I’m not the only one who has faced this issue. At the Workout Anytime I attend, the priority of the staff is to encourage everyone to feel confident in their own skin and work to become the best version of themselves. All members and staff are respectful of one another, and that should never change based off the clothing on a person’s body. The outfit I was wearing was standard gym clothing, and something I will wear with pride to my home gym. If you are a young woman do not expect to respected at this gym, I’m begging you to choose somewhere else for your own mental health.

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. I cancelled Over a year ago, and they’ve continued to charge me. I put a stop payment and now am being threatened with to collections. Called them about it a week ago, the lady said she’d take care of it. Now I have another email saying I owe A late fee for the payments that were stopped (AFTER ID CANCELLED A YEAR AGO). Lady today told me she refuses to wave the fees. What a racket.

I've been to many different gyms, different types of gyms too. From lifetime to LA Fitness, neighborhood gyms and Powerhouse.
This place has what you Need. Maybe not a ton of amenities, but for the category it fits in, it is fairly well suited. If you want to know, they do have a rack. Only one, but they do have a rack, which was my main concern when looking.
Not too busy either in June of 23' at least.

Recently, I lost my Whoop, and Skylar was able to find it and even called to let me know. She was very sweet and so has been the other staff.

As a member since (around) 2018, I give the morning members a 5 star rating as they are what make Workout Anytime a positive place to workout. It made up for the long wait for equipment to be repaired or replaced. Or when the cleaning was lax. The gym and GM- only a 2 star rating. Unfortunately, the gym is now into body shaming members (more specifically the younger ones as per the GM) by posting a sign on what is not “allowed”. In talking with the GM- the pics are not what the issue was geared towards, nor was it a corporate directive, but a personal one by the owners. These types of ambiguous signs create a toxic and negative environment. For which I did not want to see upon entering and gently placed down so as not to see it. No sign has ever been posted (to my knowledge) that members are not to let other people in (even if trying to be nice) during non-staff hours- as was the case on Feb 3. Braselton police were called as a man was sleeping in the hydro- therapy massage room. Per the Braselton police, they have been called many times and are familiar with the GM. Fortunately, my membership was cancelled, and as you can tell by Workout Anytimes comments in less than stellar reviews, that is the negative and aggressive environment when the management is present. Gyms are a dime a dozen. Find one that promotes inclusiveness and positivity. Because it is not this one.

In response to the owner's comment on my review: At best, the gym would have earned a 3 star. This falls under the rating of the gym was acceptable and satisfactory. Average.

The owner's response has proven my point on the aggressive nature of the management team. As I only received one email marked 2nd notice, I would ask that the gym forward the original email. As a member of over 5 years at Workout Anytime (and over 30 years in 5 gyms in the state of Georgia which changed due to location), with the exception of the issue with the sign and the negativity and body shaming it promoted, have I had an issue with management or my status as a member. Yes, I gently put the sign face down as it interfered with my workouts and created a hostile and toxic environment. At no time was the sign damaged or vandalized. As it stands, this gym deserves a 1-star rating because of managements poor attitude and lack of care regarding its members. It definitely does not follow the values of the Workout Anytime Franchising Systems. Additional ratings, such as Yelp rank it from 6 reviews at 2.5/5, Google reviews 3.7/5, and a complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau.
The markings of a good company are one that does not attack its customers and stays professional and courteous when responding to negative reviews. Of which you fail on all accounts.

I have been trying to get a hold of this location for 2 months now to cancel my membership. I have moved out of the country and keep getting charged! I have called countless amount of times during staff hours and left a message with no responses. Please please please get back to me and I will take down my 1 star review!

When you have time to kick out some teens just having fun and working out with their friends at 10:30pm at night because one of them didn't have a membership. You don't offer nightly passes even though it would be as simple as installing a kiosk or adding a feature to your website. Then you don't have 10 minutes in the day to fix the lock on the bathroom door? It's been a week like seriously?

My wife and I moved. Tried canceling our memberships twice. I call the office and they said that I had to go on a website. I told them I did. She said she had no record of that. I said I was gonna report it as credit card fraud. The lady said that she would turn it into collections. This place is a scam. I wish I would have read the reviews before going. I visited the gym this morning with my husband after dropping my children off at school. I was there to sign up but apparently before staff hours. A lady rudely told me
I needed to leave and that I would have to come back even after I offered to immediately sign up online. She insisted I leave right then and made assumptions that I did not intend on signing up.

I love working out at my local WOAT fitness center in Flowery Branch! This gym has a wonderful friendly staff! The management is spot on! The facility is always clean! And the at atmosphere within the gym is very welcoming. I’ve been a member of this gym ever since it opened in 2015, and it’s been the best gym I’ve ever attended. They auto renewed our account and have been charging us without our authorization for months. The manager was completely useless and unhelpful.

This is definitely the correct location. I never had a membership with you all in 2016. My husband and I started a membership in 2019. Do not let them lie to you they sign you up for auto renewal without your consent or notification. It’s also cramped with too much equipment and not enough space.

I love Workout Anytime in Flowery Branch. The location is perfect; great parking and I always feel safe. The staff is knowledgeable and always friendly....the equipment is ALWAYS clean and we’ll maintained. I love going during staffed hours and being about to get pointers from one the trainers on site, then finish my workout with a Hydromassage or tanning. I’ve also enjoyed the small group sessions, when available. (If I can do it, anyone can!)

In full disclosure, I love this place so much that I worked there briefly as a part time employee. (the fact that they hired an overweight, out of shape, 50+ year old person speaks volumes) I was a member prior to my short time as an employee, and continue to be a member now.

We had an issue with charges for a personal trainer that we were no longer using and did not work at this gym anymore. The club manager fixed it immediately and our money was credited back to is. Very nice to see someone do the right thing so fast. Also a friendly place to workout!

Do NOT go to this gym! A young lady signed us up and stated no contract and cancel anytime. We cancelled our membership and then a month later we started getting calls that our membership was not cancelled. I explained to them that we cancelled it a month ago. Now they have reported it on my credit report and want $244.00. Wow! This is a HORRIBLE gym and they lie about the contract. I’m going to tell everyone I know not to go to this gym!

My husband and I are looking for membership to a gym for ourselves and our family (5 people total). Based on a referral of a current member of this gym we decided to stop in and get some info regarding membership details. We took advantage of the holiday because my husband works in property management so he doesn’t get many days off. We stood at the desk and I noticed a woman standing on a machine, that was not in motion, staring at us but she didn’t say anything so I just smiled (she didn’t return the smile). My husband, in his eagerness, walked forward to get a look at the equipment and the same lady that was watching said “we’re not open to non-members today.” I looked at her and she said today is a holiday and we aren’t open to non members. I responded by saying can we have some info and she interjected and said “you can come back tomorrow.” Based on this experience I will not be bringing my family back into this establishment. I’ve never walked into a gym and been made to feel so unwelcomed or as if I was invading on private territory that I was trespassing in. People working out looked at us and smiled and said hello which surpassed the service given by this woman by MILES. Not a pamphlet, no website information, no apologetic tone, no courtesy given to keep or hold onto someone who has walked into your establishment with interest in spending their money. Working in the medical industry for years I am well aware that when people are seeking ways to improve their health there may be vulnerabilities tied to that action. It is imperative that that individual is treated with common courtesy. I’m in absolute shock and utter disgust by the lack of customer service. I will take our money elsewhere.

I had a month to month membership that i canceled in December. They continued to charge my card even after canceling so i disputed with my credit card. So now they are trying to send it to collections without even contacting me at all. This place is a scam. Stay far away. Unethical and company. Complaint filed with BBB.

I have been a member at this gym since 2015 when it first opened. From the get go I really enjoyed this gym and have never had a bad experience. Once when my credit card on file expired (so payment declined,) they kindly notified my and I got the issue resolved. The employees are very reasonable and are willing to accommodate you to the best of their ability. The gym is always very clean and the employees are always cleaning something. That was a big selling point to me. The price is extremely good and NO CONTRACT! I tell all my friends and family to join, it's a great environment.

It's like working out at your friends basement and 30 of his closest friends. It's often messy and weights are unranked prior to the staff getting there. Don't come expecting to do your exact routine. However the price is good and they have everything you need.

Workout Anytime in Flowery Branch not only provides the best value as far as gyms in the area go, but the customer service is above and beyond. I came here coming off of an amazingly horrible experience with a certain chain in Buford that screwed me out of money, time, and sanity and WAFB and its staff quickly proved that not all gyms are created equal. The general manager, Justin I believe, is willing to go the extra mile to make sure you feel welcome and taken care of. I'm no longer able to workout due to health issues that came up shortly after signing up, but I'd recommend anyone in the area to sign up here over any of the other local gyms without doubt or hesitation. Thanks guys, and if I'm able to get back to it one day this is where I'll call home!

They gym is always clean, brand new equipment, great costumer service, the AC is on a good temperature, the colors are great, the price for the gym is very affordable so much better than other gyms nearby. (Anytime Fitness) i like the different equipment they have however it has a lil too much of things that are unnecessary and few of the most common equipment, for example the Barbell Squat Machine, seated calf machine, E-Z bars (there is not a single one) olympic bars (there is only 2, is soo annoying) . yoga mats ( they only have the thick ones,) and the strech out section is very small.. If you're looking for a cheap, gym this is your option but remember read the things that are missing before you sing up and screw your routine. Unfortunately i didn't notice this things until my second day of working out. I will like for the owners to get the equipment is missing to be a better gym, or maybe they dont workout lol. Well this is my opinion Only.
