While im not a fan of this company I LOVE this location in Hiram Georgia! No matter the day or night the staff is phenomenal. Not just friendly and helpful, this staff goes above and beyond, especially the manager Peyton! The location is good, the facilities are clean bright spacious and I never feel uncomfortable there! The locker room is kept clean and cute, the tanning bed is in good working order. If you are looking for a gym where youll.feel.comfortable with 24 7 access this is the place !

Used to be a member, but canceled it in 2020 due to the gym being closed. Went back in October of 2025 to ask for a free trial seeing that they expanded the gym and I planned to switch from crunch to this location. However in the beginning of my workout I was kicked out because I "checked in too many times" from half a decade ago. Guess I won't be getting a membership.

This is a great gym. Personable staff, clean, loads of equipment. I'm currently doing a boot camp session there, which has been great and I wish it was an on-going class. I haven't actually joined, as I currently workout at home. I just purchased new equipment a couple months ago, but when I need to pivot from the home gym, this will be the place I'll be, for sure!

I took the 45-minute boot camp with Coach eva and I am absolutely loveing it! The workout was intense but scalable, with clear instructions and great energy throughout. Eva was super motivating and made sure everyone had proper form. the gym was clean and well-equipped. I felt amazing afterward—sweaty but accomplished. I have been a member at this gym for many years and it has always been a great experience. The recent renovations have made the facility even better and it truly shows. Everything is clean, well maintained, and set up to help members stay consistent with their fitness goals.

Couldn't ask for a better gym experience! I've unfortunately had a the experience of going to other gyms but once I found out about the Hiram Workout Anytime, I made it my gym home.

I actually live closer to the Powder Springs location but still actively choose to come to the Hiram location as the staff are all awesome and friendly.

The door lock wasn't working well at the time, we all had to be let in by somebody already inside. (Obviously this was late night hours after they had already closed. Oh and it's absolutely FREEZING in there. Keep a long sleeve/jacket in your vehicle just in case ☺️ other than that it was super clean and played great music!

Great environment, lots of equipment to use, convenient being a twenty four hour gym. I get off of work late and have a two hour commute home so by the time I get home most gyms are closing for the night. This place is amazing! I hadn’t “worked out” since leaving the Army 20 years ago. I tried a few gyms over the years but lacked the motivation and certainly didn’t get any from any of those gym employees. I found Workout Anytime and I am absolutely hooked! The gym is great, it’s not packed all the time, the employees are extremely friendly and helpful, the amenities are great and it’s not filled with a bunch of people that look like professional weight lifters haha. This really is an incredible place for someone like me, just trying to get in to a little bit better shape and live a little longer. Full disclosure, I did sign up for twice a week sessions with one of the personal trainers (Peyton). She is INCREDIBLE! Besides being an expert and ensuring I don’t hurt myself, she makes it fun, she keeps me honest and she keeps me motivated! I highly highly highly recommend going in, checking it out for yourself and if you have the slightest bit of desire to improve your health, make the commitment at this place and have fun!!!

I really like this gym. It's not overwhelming and I don't feel uncomfortable or intimidated. They have great machines and plenty of them. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the music is very angry head banging. Which, may be great for many working out, but during the 30 minutes of the Silver Sneakers class, they should tone it down as the seniors can not relate and several have commented in the class how angry the music is.
