I been coming to this gym for a couple of years now I usually go to the gym in the morning but my work schedule has changed so now I go at night. But at night it is so many young men hanging out right there at the vape shop right next to the gym it’s ridiculous and unsafe I want to keep my membership but at night I don’t feel safe there. I hope Clayton County can do better because it’s clear what they are doing right there on the corner. But overall the gym is clean and nice!!!

Nice gym. They have just about everything you need for bodybuilding and/or general fitness. The space is a little small, so be mindful and courteous of other lifters. Changing rooms and showers are clean and well maintained. I would recommend this gym.

Horrible experience. Signed up for the free trial for a week. I went there around 6 pm and no staff to be found. I called the phone 3 times only to get no answer. Doors were locked at 6 pm why? Not sure because staff hours are from 9 AM - 8 PM.

I asked some gym members who were going in if they knew of staff was here and they said “the staff is almost never here even during staff hours , they work when they feel like it”

Horrible expierence was thinking of switching full time here but now I’m taking my money elsewhere. Unprofessional

This gym comes in handy when I want to stay committed. It’s a true 24/hr gym. It’s a weight room that has what you need. It’s family friendly here and the facilities are well maintained. We, the clientele, respect where we live and it shows. Nobody is stuck up and it’s easy to network here. Nights are better if you are serious about your workout. There’s a lot of traffic during the day.

I signed up for the membership in June and had a great time working out at this site. I recently had to do a big move at the end of August and so I needed to cancel. I called the store and I also talked to customer service. Customer service said I can do so online or on app. Neither worked. 2 months have gone past and I haven’t been able to cancel. I talked to a young lady this past weekend and she let me know the correct cancellation protocol. Today i received a call from Kelsey regarding the voicemail I left Saturday. I let her know I had been helped, but wanted to clarify the waiving of fees with customer service. She let me know that the late fees can be waived but I still need to pay my part. I then asked could she tell me my last punch in date. She then said even if you aren’t in the gym you still have to pay for the membership fees. That wasn’t an issue, but the issue was her tone/attitude. I said I get what you’re saying all I’m asking for is the last time I punched in so when I talk to customer service I have all my info. She then finally tells me, this proceeds to rush me off the call.
I understand protocol but I do not understand negativity. It bothers me that I was really just trying to get an understanding, but instead she saw me as a problem. I really liked the gym so for Ms Kelsey to be so dry and have an attitude was uncalled for. Very disappointed because all the other team members were super sweet!
I really hope she isn’t the manager because that was ridiculous. It was like my questions that I had for her was pulling her teeth.

I love the convenience of this gym and the friendliness of the staff. I would like to make 2 suggestions: 1. an upgrade of the facility and equipment 2. Please give the premium members the same amenities that other locations have . There is one location that has a 360 degree machine that members can schedule once a month to track their progress . That would be very helpful.

I’ve had a membership at this gym for about 1 year now. I don’t go there anymore due to it being a little too small for me. Went through the whole painstaking process just to cancel my membership and now I’m being charged for 3 different fees. Please explain to me what an “enhancement fee” is? Apparently it’s $39, which means not only did I already pay $29 this month but now I’m being charged this enhancement fee, my regular payment and possibly a 3rd? Keep in mind I’m in the active cancellation stages. Will dispute with my bank.

It is beautiful and much larger than the other locations that I’ve tried. However, I’m now on the search for a new gym after being called off of a machine 3 minutes into my workout to be told to leave.

I think I’ve been with this gym for about a year now and wanted to try a new location with my friend who wanted to sign up (we’re doing it after the workout because the person working was working on something else/not at the desk when we entered). I was excited and traveled quite a ways compared to my usual.

I go to the gym about 3-4 times a week and had just gone the day prior but was informed, today, that even though my membership was active and had just been paid, there was something going on with my active and fit and that I needed to leave.

I do understand that business is business but, FOR ME, it felt a bit excessive to say that, even with active and fit, the gym has its own fees, contracts, charges, and my account was current and that it was someone who’s seen me in the gym so many times.

I know that policies are policies and that the person was just doing their job. Beyond that, active and fit did have a document that needed updating that I did not know about prior to going to the gym (rectified in the parking lot of the gym). I just wish that it had been handled differently or that I had just gone to my “home” gym because they would’ve just had me call rather than throwing me and a guest out.

I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 stars!! My experience here was horrible!! My fiancé and I made arrangements to get a workout in. We dropped our daughter off and commuted 20+ minutes to come here to workout just to be told that “we can’t buy a guest pass at 8” we walked in at 7:50pm and the guy was got off at 8 and didn’t want to service us. We walked back in when the store manager rudely approached us and threatened to charge my fiancés card when we didn’t even workout. He created a huge scene and disrespected my fiancé. We had no issue with paying but I reiterate the worker didn’t want to start my guest pass. My fiancé pays $50+ a month for a membership. The least you could do is offer 1 complimentary guest with the membership. I’m disgusted with the service here and will be reaching out to the head quarters. The management was horrible!! DO NOT GO HERE!!

I truly enjoy this 24hr gym. It's so true to its name. I have no more excuses to not work out. It's not as big or as fully up to date as Plaet fitness. But it has all the major and necessary equipment needed. It's never too crowded. It's open 24/7 and still has facilities in other cities and other states too. Always kept well cleaned. Best of all, I don't have to give my bank account info to pay. I can simply use my card. That's the main issue that as to why I left Planet Fitness after over 10 years of loyalty. They wanted to change my payment method to access my bank, no way. I balance my own budget.
My only drawback with this gym is just the entry scanning on the phone. It's gonna take me more time to get acclimated with that. I hate to wait outside for the door to open, but it is for your protection. Love this gym.

This location definitely help me find my love for working out throughout the pandemic. It was convenient, clean and also had friendly staff. You’ll definitely feel welcome as you’re begin to notice some of the same dedicated faces consistently. I joined a few months before leaving for Korea for the military. While in Korea I went through the cancelation process, which is more complicated than it needs to be in my opinion. Requiring a customer/member to email cancelation information is intended to make it difficult for members to cancel. After I canceled my membership there was an overdue balance in which was sold to a collection agency without me being informed of the balance. All of this occurred while I was overseas in Korea. I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone or any gym of the 24 hour fitness chain.

I went to join but a member got angry at me because I would not open the door for her. Members have to use their card to enter the building. The trainer became sarcastic with me after an argument with the lady. I simply was explaining to her that I didn't work there nor was I a member. Well i changed my original post. Im not sure what has changed but i cancelled my membership because im being charged late fees when im not late. My account is due on the 29th my payment should not show late when i pay on the day its due which is the 29th. I even went in on the 28th of sept. To pay early but im not paying late fees when im not late doesnt make any since. Then i was told he has waived late fees before but that was only when the gym was completely closed and i couldnt use it at all. Besides that ive never missed a payment in almost a year. Good luck to anyone who joins the gym is nice and clean. Its just the way they screw you on being late when your not late. They obviously dont need my little bit of money so ill find another gym.

I’ve just experienced the WORST customer service from a “MANAGER” in my entire time of member at Workout Anytime.

I come into this location knowing that my autopay payment didn’t go through this morning (because I got a new card) ready to make a payment. MARK tells me that he’s unable to process a payment because I didn’t sign up at this location (which is understandable). He says I have access here, but I can’t pay here. Great.

I asked Mark since this is literally the first day that I’m getting a message about my card not being replaced for this account can I workout (I DROVE 20 minutes to get here) and then take care of the payment at the Union City location after. He tells me no. I said is there a manager that can help me? He says I’M THE MANAGER AND I’M not letting you in here!

I further went on to tell him I’ve NEVER had an issue with not paying and it was just a one time mistake and I thought I can pay here and he absolutely showed NO concern for my situation! I drove 20 minutes to get my morning workout in and this is how you TREA YOUR MEMBERS????

My experience at this gym was prior to covid 19. With the old mgmt I never had an issue. When the mgmt changed so did the energy. The owner and the manager singled me out and it was fairly obvious. First came the dirty looks,undeterred by there childishness, I ignored them. When that did not work they decided to make things up. Including an imaginary complaint of being too loud and topped off by an bold face lie from a (imaginary) female gym goer. I pressed them to review the video-never happened. Spoke with the owner ,who was in the gym the entire time but never identified himself. He was not interested in a word I said. Workout there, but not too hard because they hate.The website says "When your ready to stop making excuses"

I put a very lengthy review on Yelp. As the governor just announced reopening the gyms I looked up my Lovejoy location to be ready to call tomorrow and find out their plan of action and saw I could leave a review here. The short version is that this club is as clean as it can be and provided sanitizing sprays, holding members accountable to use them since I joined over a year ago, well before the pandemic. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and show concern for the patrons as well as the environment of the club. I had some confusion about which membership I signed up for initially and they responded immediately and efficiently. I have had a membership in a number of gyms/health clubs consistently for 46 years and this club is run more professionally than any I have seen, and that includes the mega corporate facilities. Bravo to the owner of this club and to the manager because everything trickles down from the top.

This is a nice clean facility. Your able to get your workout done and proceed with your day with ez. I’m admittedly not the biggest fan of working out but I did put some nice workouts here at this facility. I absolutely love this location. It is truly a gym for the area with a friendly staff and the kind of space you need for this type of gym. I frequently visit this location at least once a week but I like to switch it up a lot. Even though the staff changes from time to time they all do their job very well and keep the mission the same. The gym started out nice but turned immediately. My husband and I were to have the family membership for $35 a month with a 1 year contract. The first month payment was drafted wrong. They took $65 out instead. A month later and talking to several different people including the manager we still have not been refunded. We had issues from the start including having to get our access activated twice. I was skeptical about the contract because I worked for the company that does the financing for this gym. They were some crooks. I have started the process of canceling my membership because of the run around they keep giving me. They are basically lying to me. I don't care if they owed me 50 cents it's mine. Never again will I sign a contract with this gym or any other. This has been an expensive lesson learned. I now have to pay $99 for all their mistakes to cancel.
