I feel.like I am progressing little by little working out more on weights. My cardio is also coming along to. Probably need to talk one on one with trainers on what i should work on to loose weight.
But all in all I feel great after 1.5 hrs doing weight training and 45 min on cardio. Awesome place to I quire with others who work out there too.

Today was my third month attending 24x7 Workout. I've progress alot working out. There are several awesome people who workout there i have become friends with. The gym apparatus equipment are great to work on. The Instructors, gym owner at gym are great.

Today was my first day working at Anytime gym. I spoke with Instructor for possible directions. With my past health issues. He directed me to start with cardio and proceed at my instincts. So today I worked on treadmill x2 25 min & 15, elliptical bike 20 min. My initial visit was great . Now, it's on me to progress and with the gym specialist to help me.

I've have gone twice so far. 1 time to check it out to see if I wanted to switch to this gym and the 2nd time, to sign up for membership. Each time the staff were absolutely the nicest and friendliest people and each time, it was a completely different set of team members. My 4yr old son was with me and every person took the time to even talk with him. This is not normal at other places, in fact, last year my son couldn't even walk with me into a gym (even though he was with me to simply check it out).

The owner, Amanda, seems truly passionate about helping people and was genuinely nice as well. I'm excited to start working out here. The staff greeted every single person that walked in the door last night. Thats really cool and intentional!

Update 11/7/2023 I have to say Andrea, Chris, and Amanda are the best fitness coaches ever. I have lost 37 pounds with them. But today, I just thought I would say how CLEAN this gym is. Every day they are cleaning. Yesterday, all of the treadmills were cleaned on and under them, too! Today, Amanda was washing the walls. The bathroom is always clean.
It was one of the best gyms I have ever gone to in the last 30 years. They also have tanning, water massage bed, and a hot/ cold bed. That I have not tried yet. They have the top of the line body analysis machine ever.

I've been working out there for over a year. I worked out with Andrea.. I have to say it's very clean it has everything you need and it has some of the best trainers.

I like to workout here because they kept the staff keeps the dust off the dumbbells and machines! The staff are very consistent and seem enthusiastic about early morning circuit training, HIIT and muscle strengthening and endurance. Both gentleman at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful and moved things along as quickly as possible. I was treated to what I could get along with my regular membership for only $7 a month more and the extra amenities seem more than worth it. We really enjoy and appreciate our local Workout Anytime on Freedom Parkway. It is clean , well equipped and well staffed. The staff is always courteous and helpful. We also enjoy that they are in network for our insurance that pays our fees. All of these things make exercise a pleasant thing for our old retired bodies. Young members are also very nice to us as we work out side by side. Been coming here over a year.

Had some issues with my membership, David (Manager) walked me through it and has been a great help to my boyfriend and I. I really appreciate the effort he has put into making sure my situation was resolved. What makes this gym amazing is the user friendly experience. This owner really knows how to run a business in a way that puts her customers above the profits. This gym made me realize how poorly I was treated at a different WOA location. Cancelling is so easy here! Other gyms make you jump through so many hoops..

They offer many different options in terms of training that can fit anyone's budget. They truly want to be a part of members' growth and health. I was shocked to see the owner of this establishment actually visiting and working at the gym as a trainer. Amanda truly cares about her members. David, the manager, is also amazing and a huge help! Chris, who is one of the trainers (not even my PT) is so friendly. And Holly, my PT, I connected with so well, she taught me so much. She even kept a record of everything we did and gave it to me when I moved away. This gym truly cares, you do not see that very often. :) I am gonna miss you guys.

My gym closed down and sold their memberships to OneLife fitness. So I was forced to go workout there and I absolutely hated it. Having 100+ people at any time of the day, waiting on benches, searching for cable equipment, and dodging people filming themselves lifting for TikTok was my nightmare. I hated it and knew I had to find a new gym.

I started at workout anytime this week and it’s a great spot. Very nice and clean with everything you need to lift or get your cardio on. Nice, new equipment and friendly staff as well. The atmosphere is 100% opposite of these giant way overly crowded gyms. They always have people there but I’ve yet to have to wait for any equipment which is great or struggle to make my way through a crowd of teenagers flexing in the mirror haha. Super happy I found this gym and it’s brought back my motivation I lost when I was forced to join OneLife. Solid 5 stars

I’ve lost over 20lb and dropped my body fat from about 30% to 20% since starting here and working with Chris as my personal trainer. You will get results if you do what he says, highly recommend you book some time with him.

This review is only in reference to one aspect of this business. A few months ago I called and spoke to one of their employees asking to cancel my membership. The employee I spoke to said they took care of it and that there was nothing further I needed to do. Fast forward to today and I'm getting a notice from collection's stating I owe $123. I'm sure they have some great employees there but whomever I spoke with that day was incompetent.

Equipment is good and staff friendly BUT...restrooms need attention. If you go early in the morning during the weekend get ready to find dirty toilets and no paper towels available to dry your hands.
They allow customers to keep large gym bags in the cardio and fitness area instead of the lockers.
Also, the should reconsider what they show on their TVs. People go there to get fit, work through stress, and feel good about themselves. The TV programs they offer get in the way: CNN, FOX, MSNBC, and CNBC broadcast political news, controversial stories, and coverage that creates a negative workout environment. I have heard customers having negative political arguments after watching the news. They should remove cable news channels from the large TV screens in the cardio and fitness floor areas.

This club needs some help, Been to several and this one is just inconsistent. The staff is relatively friendly and equipment is it good shape. They are lacking in several areas including the bathrooms. There are no hooks inside the shower room. All the hooks are on the other side of the bathroom. There are no shelves racks or anywhere to put soap shampoo or any hygiene products while showering. Companies make suction cup holders for a non permanent solution. There is on bench in the shower room which becomes awkward when 2 people are showering. There needs to be some kind of hooks or shelving. They are always out of hand towels in the restroom. The ac/heat is inconsistent in this gym. Some days it’s burning hot like today and other days it’s pretty cool. They do have fans that move air but they aren’t enough by themselves. Overall it’s a decent gym just not cared for the way it should be. I had to remind staff several times to change the clocks that weren’t working. Someone finally bought a couple new clocks that now work great. Again if you’re on a budget it’s a good gym but I may be looking for something better soon.
