Great convenient location that is always clean! I almost always come during staffed hours and the ladies who run this place are so friendly, always greeting me by name with a smile! I frequently see them pop in to the VIP area when I’m enjoying the human touch massage chair giving tours to potential clients — they’re definitely happy to help show you around if you’re curious so don’t hesitate to pop by and check it out! It’s definitely a well run facility and I see people of all ages and fitness levels when I go and everyone is respectful.

This gym is one of the best gyms I have ever belonged to. It is family friendly, very clean and not crowded. There is a variety of equipment available, from weights to cardio equipment and machines. The staff is very friendly and maintains the equipment and facility. All members are courteous of each other. The monthly fee is very reasonable for everything you have access to in the facility. As a member you have access to the facility 24/7, which is helpful. Come check this gym out! You will not be disappointed! I highly recommend it!

Horrible. I had hidden fees they did not mention to me about and I also got charged with a late fee I had no clue about. They didn’t read me everything. Now I am stuck going to a gym I dislike because I still have to pay my monthly even tho I cancelled

This is a nice, new location with all the good perks. They do NOT however have a decline bench for sit-ups. All other locations I patron do. Also, staff/ownership need to chill with the signs. They put up a sign for every micro policy. It's tacky.

Super clean gym - staff takes pride in maintaining a clean and tidy facility. Wide variety of weights, machines, and cardio equipment. The 24/7 hours are great, so no need to worry about gym closing early or on holidays. Price is better than some competitors in the area. Maybe bring back the second bench press and add a standing T-bar row?? Highly recommend this gym!

I work out here all of the time! Actually, I've been going to the gym since it's been open and have yet to have a bad experience. They have premium services like tanning. massage beds that came with my membership. The staff members are pretty nice, and I've never seen them be anything but professional. I felt bad for a lady working there, and this spanish dude was cussing her out, and she was trying to stay so professional. 🤣 I haven't seen him since good riddance. I didn't need to see that during my workout, it made me want to step in.

The "owner" Shan gave me the wrong barcode (maybe on purpose) because I decided to take advantage of a promotion they were having with the intention to downgrade later. My first time trying out the gym was on a Sunday. During my time I didn't even get to work out before I was assaulted by another gym member who claimed to be using 2 separate pieces of equipment at the same time. A police report was filed and the individual was taken into custody, but when I showed up to resolve the issue the "owner" Shan instead of trying to handle the issue amicably, decided to attempt to gaslight me by accusing me of starting a fight even though I never laid a hand on anyone while on the premises. She was rude and confrontational the whole time and decided to film me and threaten to call the police instead of doing the professional thing and trying to resolve the issue. I would love to give them another chance once the current ownership inevitably fails. I don't think it is fair for this company to earn a bad reputation just because of a few bad apples but I will be reaching out to corporate to let them know what a terrible choice in franchisee they made by allowing Shan to assume ownership of this establishment. Willing to give them another shot when current ownership inevitably fails.

I joined them early on due to being my closest gym, but I have stayed for the great variety and high quality of equipment, a clean and well-lit facility, and, most of all, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I went here today! I love it so much! The staff is very kind and community is very kind as well! Equipment was very clean. Lots of open room to exercise in! Great gym! It has all the things you need for a basic, solid strength training routine - dumbbells, EZ bars, cable machines with attachments and machines for every muscle group. The only thing missing that I use semi-regularly are the barbell landline attachment, t bar row, hack squat and hip thrust machines.

Facilities are very clean and the sauna is a great feature! All the employees are very friendly. This is a great neighborhood gym especially for the price! I highly recommend.
