I was impressed with the equipment, the employees, and the cleanliness of this gym. Today was my first day, I started out on the low impact equipment. It felt so good to work out for 20 minutes today. I had to leave, but I came back and workout a whole hour. I am committed!

The gym is relatively small compared to the other workout anytimes I've seen. It is clean equipment is do you in the bathrooms are clean. My issue with this gym is the staff members. You can't use the body scan that you're paying for each month because there's always something going on with the person that does the scans, then I don't like the auto draft. They continue to overcharge me and never fix the issue. Whoever is behind the emails and responding has a very rude attitude and that's what drove me away from this gym. Trying to charge me to cancel my membership is wild and I refuse to send any more of my hard earned money to this gym. Also I noticed the other gyms charge $9.99 per month and this one is charging $34.99 which is bizarre to me especially when you can't use all of the perks that comes was along with it. I rather do my normal cardio outdoor workouts. At least it's free and I actually see results.

I joined a couple of months ago because my Medicare advantage plan offers me a free membership. The day I joined the two ladies that helped me and showed me around were awesome. But afterwards, I could not seem to make myself go work out. . I just turned 70 in June and I I don’t know why but I was embarrassed because everyone is so much younger than me. But today I woke up and just made myself go. And I really enjoyed it. Gavin was very helpful. He showed me up when he did my measurements on that turntable and it showed me the areas. I really need to focus on and he showed me what exercises to use to accomplish what I was wanting to accomplish before my cruise in September. And I did it all everything he recommended. I was there about an hour working out. Intending on going back tomorrow if I’m not too sore. But it is an awesome place. Everything is so clean and it’s just very friendly and makes you feel welcome. I highly recommend it to anyone.

The absolute best work facility ever in Rockmart! Hell! Best in Polk and Paulding!
Best new equipment, always clean, bathrooms always clean and refilled, best responsive owners! I have went to the Hiram location and the douglasville location and nothing compares to the rockmart location! You don’t feel crammed and lots of room to move without working out too close to someone else! If there is ever an issue, owners take care of it immediately!

The biggest issue I have is, if my membership when I pay for every month comes with a body scan that I'm paying for in my membership, and not take the time to go to the front desk and schedule that scan. Every time when its about time for me to have it done I continually get pushed off every month because the person who does it has somebody else to train is annoying. Yes those people pay to be trained but when I signed the paper one body scan was part of what I paid the extra money to go to Rockmart for and not Hiram. So if I take the time to schedule it, it takes 5 minutes, I shouldn't be blown off and rescheduled every month because somebody paid the extra money for training. Don't schedule body scannings if you're not going to do them when you schedule them.
