This gym is great it has almost everything except chains. It has never been crowded, has multiple cable machines, a full dumb bell rack, a rope, balance ball, wraps, kettle bells, medicine balls, showers, lots of natural light from the windows. Music isn't too loud or obnoxious. It has everything you need to constantly switch up exercises so you don't plateau. I only wish they would get rid of some of the excess treadmills and 35lb free weights and put another free weight rack in. The sauna is much bigger than the workout anytime in Atlanta. I have been meaning to leave a good review and include Candice even before the review contest because she has been very attentive and helpful. She wasn't the first employee I told the sauna machine was broken but she is the only person who did something about it. And when I brought my 8 year old son to work out she informed us courteously that it was against policy to let kids under 13 in. Which was a bummer because part of the reason I got this membership was so he and I could work out together, but I don't think I could have displayed as much tact as she did if I had been in her shoes. She's personable with the clients. Not in a creepy way but just through casual conversation I know she is married and drives a truck whereas I don't even know the other guy's name who works here. So she brings a level of human connection to the job which is good for business especially when gyms are known for high pressure sales tactics. (They were used on me at my other Workout Anytime:-) )

I have been going to this gym for years, the price is affordable and i could take my friends to the gym for free. The ac goes out at least once a year, especially in the summers (and sometimes for extended periods of time), the locker room is generally nasty, and there is an absurd 99$ cancelation fee (which is feel is very predatory). Before, i put up with all of this because i could bring others to the gym. I was told i cannot, so i have no reason to go here. I no longer suggest this gym to my friends or you.

I used to have a memberships at planet fitness but then switched over to this gym and I’ve got to say this is my favorite gym to go to because it’s never too crowded and they have more plate loaded equipment which I prefer, and an actual squat rack rather than just smith machines

So I stop going here about 6 months ago and I’m struggling to cancel my membership. 6 months ago I walked in the workout anytime in Rome and went to the locker room/ bathroom where someone had removed the biggest booger from their nose and wipe it on the wall beside the urinal. I come back 6 months later and the same nasty booger is still on the wall. Clearly nobody cleans this place. Another complaint is the treadmill has hang up issues where they aren’t consistently paced.

Gym itself is great, main complaint is that the employees are not on time in the mornings so I can’t use all the amenities I pay for. It’s very frustrating when they are more than 15 minutes late, most of the time it’s 20-30 minutes.

Been here for a year now, 78 lbs down! I still have an issue with other gym goers leaving trash and equipment laying around. Staff hours have changed so I no longer see anyone while I'm there. There must have also been changes in staff because it's no longer as clean as it used to be. Also the temperature changes in there every day. It's often hot inside which makes it very uncomfortable when working out.

We ended our membership in January and went in person to sign papers and pay our last amount owed. They kept charging me after my membership ended after I called and asked why I keep getting text saying I owe money and they told me it was spam to ignore it, and then here we are months down the road I call again bc I get an email from an attorneys office so I call workout anytime and they tell me I had to get ahold of someone else then they told me they didn’t have access to my account anymore that I had to get ahold of the ATTORNEY’S OFFICE that emailed me trying to collect the 200$ I “OWE” this place has been nothing but a headache and I would not recommend.

I have been going to this gym since the new owner took over. Don’t pay any attention to any negative reviews, trust me! The place is spotless! All machines and equipment are well maintained and like new. Louis and staff are continually vacuuming and disinfecting everything. They take your temperature immediately when you walk in the door.
