They really need to improve their customer service skills and stop trying to pressure members into spending more money. While I was relaxing in the massage chair—which I believed was included with my membership—the General Manager stood over me with another employee, both trying to persuade me to upgrade. That was uncomfortable and unprofessional; they should have waited until I finished my service. On top of that, I’ve been misled multiple times about my membership details, and no one even bothered to check my account or clearly explain my due dates. If I’m a paying customer, I deserve honesty, respect, and professionalism—not pressure tactics.

This greedy location tried to charge five dollars each visit if this was not your home gym. I heard they stopped this, and went to tan today. The guy at the front desk was left alone and no idea how to work the tanning bed. Didn’t even know the tanning bed control was located on the wall. Then, I found out that my access to the tanning bed has been denied. I guess this is their solution for corporate telling them they can’t charge $5. I pay for a premium membership, which includes a tanning bed and Hydro massage. NOT AT THIS LOCATION THO.

No clean towels to wipe equipment down. At least I was hoping to find an alternative like paper towels. When there are towels they smell like mildew, maybe from being left in the washer sitting for too long. Maybe consider white towels and use bleach to get the mildew smell out. Equipment is too bunched together and the equipment so close to the restrooms is not good sometimes I can smell an odor. Maybe consider rearranging the gym to provide more space to lift. It gets pretty cramped in there. I also noticed one of the sinks in the women’s restroom is not working. I wish I had more positive things to say it’s unfortunate things keep coming up. Even registering for a class there are times the class is canceled or not taking place and there is no notice sent out to members nor posted on their site or app. Hoping things improve.

I canceled my membership in person with the owner herself in April. They refuse to cancel my membership and still try to charge my bank account. Every time I speak with a worker, they state that only the owner can cancel my account. I am now receiving letters in the mail about having a balance for months after my cancellation date. This gym is very difficult to work with.

The fact that this gym is 24hrs, has already caught my attention. Most gyms around me close around 10-11pm and with my work schedule, a 24hr gym makes more sense to be apart of. The equipment is top notch as well, the equipment is new, the bathrooms are always clean, the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend this location.

Signing up via website is possible, but you have to go in to complete the process. Policies for adding a second person to your account or having a guest that may only need to use the gym for a day or so is either obscure or just flat out not addressed on their site. You could argue that the franchises are “individually owned”, but these are the kind of things that should be blanket policies…especially the policies about adding another member to your account/guests and how the online membership isn’t “completed” until you go to the gym you’re assigned to. Instead,al at least in our case, we went to get a workout with none of these policies clear. The manager had approached and explained (over the course of 3-5 minutes) that we had to finish the sign up process there (along with another fee), we said no problem, we would address it with him directly after we finished our workout, which he agreed. After getting our heads back in our workout, he approached again and gave my entry card, I pocketed it and moved forward. About 2-3 minutes after this, we were approached again by the same manager and given another lecture (5-7 minutes) on adding another member/guest policies….even continuing to drone on AFTER I conceded that I was not fully informed and would let him know when our workout was complete that we could hash out the details after our workout was done. Again, had to get our heads back in the workout to continue. After we were finally allowed to finish, we sat with the manager and finalized details…which was a couple fees including a dollar which neither of us had cash, on us, and was not going to use a card for. Finally, during our exchanges, forgetting everything we discussed that he would be waiving the second guests fee for a month due to a surgery that would sideline one of us for a couple months, which we would resume under a normal membership per policy, once recovery was completed and cleared to workout again. After these exchanges, we unanimously decided that we wouldn’t be returning to this gym. I can understand being interrupted once to explain a few things and to go over details once we were finished, however, being approached and interrupted 3 times seems very counterproductive.

The cancellation policy is a joke, sending a certified letter or coming into the gym to cancel? In today’s world? No…seems easier to put an old card on my account and let it work itself out.

Oh, and better to have an updated phone number that actually works on the Facebook page and Google.

For the facility…it’s climate controlled, showers, lockers, etc. The equipment is newer, nice, well maintained, and clean, you can tell there is a standard to be met here. While I didn’t do any clanging or banging that day, I can only imagine they won’t be happy if you drop weights or anything…which is reasonable to think.

Sunny mornings are TERRIBLE though! The sun comes right into the window, directly into your face, with all the shiny machines amplifying it a lot. Didn’t see any blinds or tinting to the windows, but something that should be strongly considered…nothing like grabbing a workout just to get sidelined by a migraine for a few hours.

Decent gym, needs clarity in policy, less pushy staff, and INSTALL BLINDS AND/OR TINT THE WINDOWS!

The gym is awesome. Sometimes a little busy so since it’s a smaller gym. it’s gets harder to get to squat racks but very stylish and new equipment. My only issue is that the sauna room is ALWAYS LOCKED. They say it’s 24hours but only when people don’t lock it behind them. I go 6 days of the week and it’s locked 5 days out of the 6 I go.

Update: they changed the locker room to only during staff hours. Guess I’m changing gyms… I know the sauna isn’t a deal breaker for some so to each their own.

I love everything about this place...except the air freshener. Idk if it's the amount or the type, but it's highly irritating to my sinuses to the point that I had to leave sooner than I would have liked. It's especially bad in the back massage area. PLEASE consider switching to a natural odor neutralizer for people like myself who are sensitive to strong fragrances. Sadly may have to cancel my membership as much as I love it here because of this. :(

The customer service and facilities are unmatched! I walked in for a tour and the owner personally gave a walk through of the equipment and amenities.
