It's been 1 year since my review and the card reader is still having issues. The number they provide to gain access isn't even able to allow you in. No communication from management on the issue. Saturday morning and 4 customers standing outside trying to gain access just to be turned away. Management says they share our frustration but they can get in when they want too.

Card reader constantly has issues working. They give you a number to call and they have you on hold for 20 mins if they even pick up. It's been times the customer service # can't even help. This is also a safety issue. I would not have my wife come here on her own. I'm standing outside right now because I could not get access to a 24/7 gym and it's 8am on a Saturday!! Ridiculous.

Here at 11:15 on a Saturday. Hours are posted for staff and guest from 9:00 - 2:00. Called several times and no answer. I wanted to try the gym but guess that's a negative for me. Waste of time and gas.

This particular location seems intent on screwing you for your money as long as possible. It took 2 years for me to get unsubscribed, with a maze of what appear to be dishonest claims about how to do so.

Now on with the original review:
Cons:
Tiny gym, cramped, some machines don't work, employees are often missing, even leaving the store entirely for a while, in the middle of their shift.

Pro:
The good news is that you can work out, as the name says, ANY TIME, even in the middle of the night. That's why I put up with it. The company also has nicer facilities elsewhere, I use those instead, when I can.

I have since moved to Snellville/Centerville, and the Workout Anytime there is larger, plus the employees always available and helpful. It's really the best experience I've had with a 24 hour gym.

When I've been to random locations other than these two, my results have varied widely. So the quality differs according to the local owner or management.

Bad management, how can you call it 24hrs when half the time the door will not let you in with your key card. Has happened to myself n others standing on the outside couldn’t get in. Management has been told several times, but still an issue today. I just experienced this again just now! absolutely ridiculous when you pay for a service! Takes forever to repair equipment! Do yourself a favor pay a few extra dollars n find a better gym. This will definitely be my last month here!!!

I have been dealing with several issues for the last past 2 years. Although is convenient do to the commute, I will probably be changing location.
❌Front door locks you out. This is very unsafe for me as I workout at 5am in the morning.
❌No water until future notice.
❌There is never toilet paper in the women bathroom.
❌Some of the equipment have been broken for a long time.
❌Gym is not kept clean.
❌There has been a roof leak since about 6 months ago.

It’s sad to see how management has let this gym deteriorate as at one point it was kept clean and neat.

I joined this gym with high hopes for my fitness journey, but what I experienced was nothing short of discrimination and harassment. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that I was being targeted because of my race. Staff members made snide remarks, ignored my requests for assistance, and even went as far as to make inappropriate comments. It's unacceptable that in this day and age, a place that claims to promote health and wellness would foster an environment of racism and hostility. Save yourself the trouble and find a gym that respects all individuals regardless of their background.
Monica is Mark's wife. Owner and Co-owner. Monica has harassed me the entire time of my membership, without provocation. When I made a complaint, she canceled my membership, breaching their own contract. Mark called to tell me I "wasn't a good fit" for their gym. We all know what that means. 🙄

This gym is the worst location I’ve been to. I went today and the whole place smelled like sewer. I had to end my workout early due to the horrid smell.
They haven’t changed the water filter in months as well and they do not fix the broken equipment.
The badge scanner doesn’t work half the time and I have to call corporate to get in.
They literally have roaches falling from the ceiling so keep your gym bag CLOSED.
Someone please buy this location from the owners and do better!!
Also the music choice sucks and is on constant repeat.

I came in wanting to get a membership. I believe the guy name is Aspen I spoke with. He was cute and nice. He explained how things work and broke down prices. Only thing I’m going to say first of all he was cleaning some of the reviews had me worried. That’s what I can’t do. So thumbs up !! I will be getting a membership but from that guy and will work out anytime if he is there cause he cleans the gym.

Great community of people i’ve met here but last few months can’t get in cause the front door is broken. They don’t change the water filter it’s been on the red change me for months. Honestly wish i could give them better cause i actually enjoy coming here, but i can’t even get the bare minimum of being able to come in gym 24 hours, not stuck outside in the cold at 1 am. Also the alarm randomly started going off last night probably due to the broken door, it has been like this for a while just fix it.

This gym is not worth $20 to $40 a month I don’t know how it’s higher than planet fitness and it’s smaller with less equipment I came here because my ex n I was on was going to planet fitness together and long story short some how she connected her account to my account without me knowing it,mine was in good standing hers was not so they tried to make me pay for hers I canceled my plan there n tried here since it is closer to my place let’s say I’ll be canceling this membership $20 for a gym about the same size in my apartment complex with about the same equipment I can use my complex for free

BAD experience :((
Today's experience at the Stockbridge, Ga location was one that will forever leave a bad impression in my mind about this company. One of your employees was exceptionally rude and unprofessional to my self and my mother (a guest and a brain aneurysm survivor who is still here with us and blessed by God to even be walking today). I, as well as my mother, were treated as if we were convicts or something. The lady at the front desk asked me for my Keychain pass after I had already swiped it to get into the building. I pay for 2 memberships under 1 account. She asked my name. I told her. She said that's not the name on the account and looked at me as if I was lying. I explained to her that I was in fact the account holder. She said it was coming up under a different name. I explained I had probably grabbed the other Keychain pass, because I pay for two people. I gave her the other name on the account. She said yes, that's it and looked at me, smiling deviantly, as if I had done something wrong.. I stood there feeling awkward. She then asked for my I.D. to verify my identity, again as if I was lying. Then she asked if my mom had a pass to be there.. I said no, and explained she was my guest. She very rudely stated she has to pay, insinuating insult as if we could not afford it. I said "No problem. How much is it?" She stated "$10.00". She then told my mother that she had to scan a barcode to fill out a waiver. My mother's phone did not have this capability. The lady acted confused and stated she did not know what to do. Thankfully another employee came around to help, and guided my mother to the website to fill out a free trial pass and waiver. However, the lady at the front desk (Monica) still insisted I pay. I did pay, without argument. However, when my mother asked why she made me pay, despite having filled out the free trial pass, Monica laughed at her. She stuttered around and then condescendingly told my mom she "Didn't want to argue with her." My mother asked for her name and boss's name several times before telling us her name was Monica and her boss's name is "Mark". This whole ordeal took alot of time and made us feel extremely unwelcomed there.
It was as if she was strategically creating a difficult situation for us to try and prevent us from being there. I was honestly so mentally exhausted from the whole thing that I didn't even feel like I had the energy to workout anymore. She took all of the motivation right out of my day and upset my mother. I am considering cancelling my membership and going to L.A.Fitness instead. I have never in my life felt so mortified and out of place. This place felt like a very low value place. I'm sad because I really liked coming here before. :(( The staff used to be very nice.
In addition, I thought it unusual that Monica took my debit card and held it for a while as if she was recording my information, before handing it back to me to slide it in a debit card machine. What was she doing with my card??

I love this gym. I have been apart of this gym chain for 10+ years and have visited multiple Workout anytime's in between time and I can say this one is one of the best. The environment is nice and the staff is sociable and very nice. The other members respect your space especially during this Pandemic and they make sure to wipe down the machines and equipment that they utilize.

For those of you that are looking for a trainer, there is a very knowledgable trainer on site that produces results for his clients...you just have to come ready to put the work in.

Just got a membership here because all the other gyms in the area close early most days. Wish I had known they don’t have a stair stepper… at all. Thought that was a basic piece of equipment that all gyms… even a planet fitness usually have. So I have to go to a different location for leg day… very inconvenient.

The stars are diminishing. In the locker room, lockers 6, 11, 18, and 21 all have locks on them. The policy clearly states that is is prohibited. These lockers have had locks on them since January. This is clearly unfair to the rest of the folks that want to secure their things.

This is a small gym. Machines are on top of each other. I only go after 8:30pm and there might be 4 other people. They don't have paper towel dispensers throughout the gym to use when the rags get too wet to wipe off the equipment. So you're using a wet rag all the time to clean the equipment, yuck... Also I noticed that there is no clock visible.

I give this NO stars. The staff don't change the towels like it should to keep it clean. The trainer takes over the gym at certain times. Yes they are friendly but don't do their job right mostly. The equipment is limited. Their membership is pretty bad, I hope us paying customers get a refund since we can't go to th gym at this time. I also started going to a better one.

Trust me when I tell you this is the worst gym ever. This is the most honest review ever. I was evening looking for a way to give no star. Join this gym family plan on July 3, 2018. Very next day my entry cards don't work and make it worst no employees inside to open the door for me to adjust the issues I waiting for 45 minutes until I decided I was going to try again the following day. The next day one employee again card still not working I called every phone number for that location and they don't even answer my calls. I went to a next location in Hudson bridge the guy told me he can't help me because each gym in run different. Next week I said ok problem new week right new things.... Wrong very wrong same no one at the front desk at this point I am wondering is this a joke or what. Following week a got someone on the phone finally ask to speak to the manage the guy told me the manage is not in I said ok cool I leave a message to return my call the employee eat my message I called the next day same employee give a message I now decide to tell him about the card no working he said ok cool come by ANYTIME he is there and he can fit it ..... I went there literally 45 minutes after guess what no one at the desk again. Now its the fourth week I give up now then I got a bill ok cool fare enough. Fifth week called to cancel my membership I was relocating ..... Once again no answer can't even cancel my membership until now but they still billing me I move to a next state fighting to cancel the service I never ever use until this day. Called my bank to block the transaction and reverse payments GUESS WHAT HAPPEN NEXT now they are calling and not only them the billing agent is calling too.

This is the second worst one after Howell Mill! When I attempted to use the massage chair and my code doesn’t work. The staff member just said she doesn’t know wh it doesn’t work and that’s it.... she let me walk out the door with no solution because she doesn’t care.

Needs improvement
This gym is the closest to my house. While I'm able to get an adequate workout, alot of the equipment is old and needs to be replaced. Alot of the seats and arm rest are loose and cracking. I'm afraid I'll cut myself on the arm rest one day. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The Hydromassage NEVER works. Ughhhhh! I pay my membership just like everyone else, so why is the gym closest to me falling by the waist side?🤔

While this is one of the smaller gyms in the local chain if you time it right you can get a great workout. The only thing that gets me is the strength of the Wi-Fi on certain days but I don't think they can do anything about that. The trainer on site is always friendly and never looking down upon people which is something I can appreciate. And while staff changes occur they all keep it friendly, professional and keep the mission in focus. This is the closest location to me and I hit it weekly in my wife prefers this location over any of the others. And sometimes it gets a little snug but the patrons work together to make it work. Basically you don't have to worry about some jerk supersetting through five exercise machines.

I went to this location for close to a year. The staff Ashley,Damian,Summer are all great People. The selection of equipment is minimum and that stairclimber needs to be replaced with a newer one because its terrible. This gym is great for people on a budget, looking for a starter gym or just enjoy smaller environments. The 24 hour is always a great option for travellers and you can use your key card where ever there is a workout anytime. Its clean a place. The managers arent nice people and thats the downside however they are rarely present. You cant beat their Personal Trainer Damian. He will get you into shape and inspire you!

Will never go back!!!!! I cancelled my membership I knew i would owe rhe cancellation fee was fine with that. I called multiple time to pay of the phone. They never picked up the phone . I went in multiple time to pay and they told me my account was closed and in good standing. I've been using gyms from Gold's Gyms to tiny bodybuilder gyms and this is by far the best one! Clean facility, great workout music, new equipments, and towels + disinfectant spray readily everywhere, and most of all, the friendliest gym staff I've ever met. The staff keeps the facility clean, and the patrons help keep it that way, which is rare. I usually wear headphones at the gym because people don't know good workout music, but here there is no need! Wanted to keep this place a secret, but I guess it's better to share the wealth Usually come here on weeknights, so experience may vary. Now all they need is adding a tanning booth...

June Update: Maybe the gym is under new management, but it feels that it's going down hill. Weights are everywhere and never reracked, overbearing room deodorizer that causes headaches, leaky roof that's been dripping water for the past two months. At least the music is still good...

Liars and cheats! Signed up in January, asked numerous times how to cancel and was told to just give them a call and they'd handle it. Cancelled in March, they said it was fine. Fast forward a couple weeks and not at all! They refused to cancel, charged me an annual and/or rate guarantee fee (depends on who you ask!) and another month's membership! Never again.
