I've been a member for only 3 months now and it's been a very good experience for me. The gym is clean with a very relaxed atmosphere. I've never had to wait on any equipment to use but I go there at late night so it not ever crowded. The staff are great and helpful . I plan to be a member for as long as I can. I jiggly recommend this gym.

Some members of the staff are very rude. If you are a female this gym may not be the best to lift weights because the men sit around and talk in the very tiny weight area and there aren’t many options for weights. This is by far the worse location. No Sauna either.

Very nice gym. Just missing a punching bag. But for some reason it has an awful smell. It’s easy to ignore once you start working out but the first 10 mins it’s very distracting. The smell is 2 steps below terrible. Like sewage smell almost.

Has a little more equipment that some other South WOA, but this place smells of mildew every single time i come in here. I see them cleaning the bathrooms and thats it. The water dispenser is mold growing in it VISIBLY (its been like that for months). Unfortunately this is the only one closest to my job right now. But something needs to be down about the mold/mildew issue.

This is my gym. I love the surrounding area. Publix next door. Usually, go get my meal preps and my organic shots from there after my workout is done. Depending on the time, open machines and friendly atmosphere. Don't really interact with the staff much but when I do they're always helpful.

This gym isn't as newest other gyms, but it gets the job done. I like the luxury of being able to work out 24 hours a day anytime I want the facility is kept pre-clean the service. The customer service here is nice I would greatly recommend.

It's easier to get started than getting out. I signed up at the gym. I enjoyed the gym facility
but had to freeze it due to being pregnant. They did that easy over the phone. I called today to cancel and you can't cancel over the phone, and I was told also, you can't close the account in person but online. This makes no sense at all and was a MAJOR hassle and inconvenience on both my part and the staffs part. It took over an hour between calling back and forth to set up an account just to cancel it. All of this could have been a lot simpler if there were more ways than online to cancel. I apologize for getting heated with the staff at first but this was beyond unprofessional and ridiculous business practice.

Not here to tear down other businesses but this is an honest review!

At first I had signed up with the other location in Union city. Total mistake, they never answered phone calls and staff weren’t present during posted staff hours. The quality of the gym was also not up to par…

Now coming to this location I’m sooooo happy everything went the way it did. The air quality in here is sooo much cleaner. The water tastes way better than the other location, definitely clean. The gym itself is way cleaner and has working equipments, bathroom is very clean! 5 stars for this gym, for what I’m paying you would think it’s worth more.

Staff is decent. About average for most gyms. Pricing is almost unbeatable. Gym is small, sometimes slightly crowded, but for its size they have a great selection of equipment, machines, free weights etc.

Read the fine print! They advertised a $1 sign up fee for 1st month. $29 per month started immediately being automatically deducted from my checking account along with a “one time service fee of $45.”
Then they charged $19 to end my membership and wouldn’t stop it until the next month. Quite the sham!

I came in to do a free trial with intentions of getting a membership but was unable to do so because I don’t live in one of the surrounding cities. I explained to the lady that my job is out here so I’m out here for the most part. She was extremely rude. I did not mind the gym specifically. It had adequate equipment, although for several weeks a corner of the gym smelled like something had died. When I moved to Atlanta, my new job had a gym on the premises so I called to cancel my membership at Workout Anytime and they then told me I could only do so in person. When I drove from Atlanta to do it in person, they gave me a piece of blank printer paper and told me to write down very basic information that they could have easily taken down over the phone. Then they informed me that even though I had paid already for the current month, they would charge me for that full month, as well as the month following. Meaning that I canceled at the beginning of December, and I would be charged through February. They could not have been less helpful, kind, or understanding. As a result of this experience I will not longer recommend this gym to my friends, nor will I ever chose to be a member there should I move from my current situation.

Workout anytime, is a gym for the first timers, backtrackers, and gym nuts. The ability to go to the gym at anytime, leaves you no excuses. Online you can find a free 3 day trial membership (the Getfit Pass), absolutely do that. This is a gym for someone with an intermediate to advanced knowledge of physical fitness. You don't want to end up being a meme.

Almost all of their equipment is new Matrix brand stuff, very impressive! They also have the usual line up of treadmills, bikes & stair climbers. This location also has a TRX & reAct training system, but I haven't tried that yet.

The things I appreciate are the cleanliness, quality equipment, location, security and TVs. I was apprehensive to attend a 24/7 gym for safety reasons, but I've had no problems. Also, I feel they try their best with emergency alerts on the walls & security cameras. The location is ideal too, it's beside Publix, so exercise before/after grocery shopping!

Originally, I wasn't impressed by the staff members here. They seemed like they could care less if I signed up. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad they weren't pushy, but I didn't feel welcomed. The basic membership offers access to the facility & 1 session with a trainer. The premium membership offers access to the facility, session with the trainer and tanning & massage. Go in to see their specific sales, i've been told each place has different offers. See their website for more detailed information. Since that day, they seem fine, even when I asked questions about several pieces of equipment, they were more than happy to help.
