Attending a free yoga class on Thanksgiving with a theme of acceptance kindness and love at our inner table and physical table was everything I didn’t know I needed. I’m so grateful 🥹

The studio is great. The class was challenging, but modifications were provided to make the poses accessible for all levels. Everyone was very welcoming, and the flooring is great for your knees.

Love Wyld Roots Yoga! The new space is awesome for a focused practice, and the new special flooring was beyond comfortable. It really added to my experience.
All the yoga instructors are wonderful, but special shout out to my most recent teacher Zayed who has a great energy and is an especially motivating guide through the practice.

I found Sara and Wyld Roots Yoga just over a year and a half ago. Her classes, varied for all levels of yoga, are offered with modifications and cues that help cultivate a deeper understanding of yoga postures. (She expanded my practice with knowledge I didn't have, even after 10+ years of doing yoga!)
Sara cares for her students and community. As Wyld Roots flourishes and adds classes and staff, she selects teachers with the same level of commitment to our growing yoga family. Teachers at Wyld Roots exhibit the same wish to provide a quality practice and pleasurable experience.
Prices are upfront and easily visible. Yoga props are plentiful and well maintained. They even have yoga mat rentals if you don't have one or you forget yours!
I would highly recommend Wyld Roots to anyone whether you are just starting your yoga journey or are a well practiced yogi!

Update: still highly recommend this studio not just for the benefits of Yoga/Pilates but also for the immense sense of community and care that every instructor here embodies! They just recently moved to a Stone Mountain location and it's a beautiful new space but with that same feeling of Home. Just 10 minutes from their previous place!

Incredible studio. Welcoming and kind. Sarah is an incredible teacher and offers variations to the poses to meet your needs. Stays true to the roots of yoga. I was there for a drop in class but know where to go if I’m ever in town again. You can tell they have a great community that is welcoming and unpretentious. Highly recommend!

I absolutely loveee this place! I recently discovered it in early August, and my only regret is not finding it sooner. I've had the honor to do classes with Sara, Zayed, Joe, and Maureen, and I loved all of them. Unfortunately, I'll be moving out of state this upcoming weekend, but I'll definitely continue practicing yoga because of them, and other students I've met. Thank you all, and namaste! <3

What an amazing studio! I have been recovering from a series of surgeries and my surgeon is amazed at my speedy recovery. I attribute that to the variety of yoga classes I have been taking and the excellence level of the classes. Thank you Wyld Roots Yoga for helping me on recovery! I’ll be a member for life ❤️

I have been going there for a while. I liked the variety of classes they offer and cater them to the needs of the participants. Whether you are a beginner or an expert, or with limited mobility, they have accommodations for everyone. All the instructors are friendly, well qualified and experienced enough to provide modifications as needed. I highly recommend this yoga studio. The place is clean and well-kept. There is ample parking for everyone and easy access to the main road.

Yoga at Wyld Roots touches on the physical, mental and even the spiritual at times. Since I started going weekly, I feel like I have built strength and flexibility and my mind and body are more in sync. Instructors do a wonderful job explaining each posture and offering alternative poses depending on a person’s limitations. Sara has a true gift for making a yoga class into an experience.

I love the energy here! Wyld Roots is focused on wellness and the experience of yoga whereas other studios are focused on fitness. It’s a safe space for beginners, people of “non-traditional” body types, and diverse spiritual beliefs. People (including myself) always leave with a calmer spirit than they walked in with. Going to places like LA Fitness, I didn’t understand how yoga was wellness or all the studies that support that yoga truly heals. After being a student at Wyld Roots, I get it now.

Wow, this studio is fantastic. I was new to yoga when I started - just had done a few flows on Youtube and bought a mat. Each class is unique, so be sure to try a few and find your favorite style.

But really, all the classes I've tried (Hannah, Joe, and Sara) have been very positive experiences. I'd take their classes every day if I could.

Didn’t love it. The vinyasa flow was ok, they have no mats for rent and I ended up buying a $144 mat?! What studio doesn’t have mats for drop in students to use? A warning that this May was ridiculously expensive would have been nice beforehand.
Not a great vibe overall

I did the 4 class new student pass, which allowed me to try a variety of classes. I also attended the recent sound healing event. I have enjoyed every class. The teachers are very welcoming and knowledgeable. I have learned something, in every class, that has helped me in my practice and personal healing journey. As soon as I get back into town I will be continuing with classes here.

I happened upon the studio in my neighborhood. I have taken a few of Sara’s classes now, and I love them! The studio is clean and welcoming. The schedule is currently a little limiting for me, but she intends to add more class options in the future. I can’t wait to try more classes!

Wyld Roots Yoga is close to home and a joy to be part of. Our instructors are the best, and the classes are inclusive and geared to all levels of experience. I've been serious about my yoga practice for about 4 years, and I enjoy every class I take here and enjoy interacting with our teachers and fellow students. Yoga supports our immune systems and sense of well-being, and the whole environment at Wyld Roots Yoga reflects that. Come by and take a class, you'll really enjoy it.

I am really pleased with my experiences so far with Wyld Roots Yoga. I've only attended a couple sessions so far, but I fully intend to continue. I've practiced at a variety of studios and while I'm still very much a novice, I've found Sara's practice to be perfectly paced for my needs and just the right amount of challenging. I find her sessions very calming and rejuvenating. Definitely recommend!

I’m very glad to be able to continue my yoga practice with a group of others practitioners (at appropriate social distance) during the pandemic under Sara’s instruction.. Sara’s flow sequence always has a nice balance—it can be challenging or easily modified. Her instruction is always clear and I enjoy her music selection. Lastly, she usually has a mediation or poem to offer to the group to reflect on during the practice which helps focus my thoughts and calm mind. This is a key feature of her restorative class.
