I am a NASM certified fitness professional who trains out of ATL Fitness 24/7 in Lawrenceville, Ga. We are a 24/7 gym. My mission is striving to help you live a happy and healthy life while also making sure you achieve your goals, in sufficient time! I love giving back and helping people get to where they want to be in life. I treat everyone as family not clients, building relationships with people I work with is an essential to my brand, we are family not a business. Amazing amazing amazing! I have been with Xander for a year and even with life changes and battles he will always meet you where you’re at. Very encouraging and helps you meet attainable goals mentally and physically. I enjoy his expertise and going above and beyond for his clients. He’s not just a trainer, he actually becomes your friend, your therapist, and your disciplinarian when needed. The only con is I have to share him with all his other clients lol.

I’m incredibly grateful to be apart of the XO Fitness family! Though I know health is wealth, gyms and trainers make me anxious. Yet, Xander is an intuitive coach that holds me accountable, listens and pushes me to limits I didn’t know I could break. Xander is the best personal trainer I have ever had. I have been using him for a year now and I have lost 118 pounds. Along with the weight loss my body composition has completely changed and I’ve more than doubled my muscle mass. Xander helps out with meal planning and is really great at teaching how to lift the correct way to avoid injuries. Xander also is very good at communication for scheduling and rescheduling sessions. I cannot recommend him more.
