I took my first yoga class today (12/13/19) and I most definitely plan on returning! I deal with anxiety, and since this was new for me, it was becoming triggered. But, everyone was so welcoming, the atmosphere and vibe was so positive and high, and the class was exactly what I needed to counter that anxiety. I most certainly recommend YogaWorks Brookhaven!

Amazing yoga studio with awesome people. The staff and the other people in the class were amazingly warm and welcoming and super cool. Sharon, the instructor, led one of the most powerful yoga classes I've ever attended. Will definitely attend again next time I come to Atlanta.

I'm a newcomer to this studio and I haven't been in a yoga class in years, but the staff was so welcoming and answered all my questions. I was able to try a couple different classes and I am hooked. The instructors have so much knowledge about the body and provided us with some fun facts during the class. The basics classes are calm yet challenging, which is exactly what I was looking for. I'm so excited for my next class!

Update: I started 6 months ago and could barely hold a plank pose. Now I can do a side plank, chaturanga dandasana, and a lot more. I was even able to do crow pose, shocking myself, because I started classes with such weak arms. I'm stunned with how much I've progressed. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Great people & great stuido. The staff helped squeeze my wife & me into a weekend class at the last minute, despite them being full, so that we could join my mom in her weekly practice.
Jess was an awesome teacher for all levels of yoga practioners. She was personable, humble, energetic, and engaging. Awesomesauce.

Becky, just read your response and the funny thing is that it is completely dishonest. The staff spoke in the same tone as myself, and repeatedly demonstrated how annoyed she was. There wasn't a single moment of customer service, except for Dunwoody's location. Buckhead's response to the incident, where it happened was even superior to the Brookhaven location's response. To show everyone how this business has gone to garbage, you don't contact me to take my side ever but respond immediately to a bad yelp review. You're so fake! If you care about your long, loyal customers, you would have responded to me immediately the day or the week after the issue happened. But no, you strike down my review first and now that I've re-posted because it was struck down dishonestly you're arguing with me here [without even having spoken to me once.] Your response goes even further to analyze my character based on my yelp reviews and then wish me peace? You are a BUSINESS that I've attended for YEARS and PAID YOU which I had a HORRIBLE experience and customer service and am REVIEWING IT. What is wrong with you? In fact, this is what I use yelp and for. If I have a complaint, I'll make one like I did and it didn't end well so here I am. Your response is absolutely deplorable for a business owner and it reflects the issue at hand because now it's clear that it has bled down to your staff. Next time, Becky, speak to your customers that have been going to the studios for way longer than your staff works there and maybe, just maybe give them the benefit of the doubt - I've been going there since 2013, dear. I'm so low-maintenance, you don't even know that. Instead, "assume that I'm having a tough week" like a condescending bully because that is EXACTLY how your front staff behaves. Maybe it's just towards certain people like me, I guess. Who knows? The honest truth here is that you don't know what happened and you and your staff are here accusing me of things I did not do. You're like the Donald Trump of yoga studios, seriously.

Don't try taking down my review saying that I cannot have similar experiences in this studio as well as in the Buckhead one because I did, and that is the truth so deal with it and make improvements instead of taking down honest reviews. I've been a customer of this business for several years and live walking distance to there, and just recently of the Buckhead studio. I've had no problems and am low maintenance, barely get to use my full package. Since studio was sold to national chain, although instructors remain the same, it has substantially changed the service staff for the worst. They're inept, rude, and poorly trained regarding customer service issues. Since I only went there to see Sharon because she is the only good class left, although I'll miss her, I can't support a business out of touch like that and I'd rather support a business that is unfair to their long, loyal customers and is a pure representation of the national chain that acquired them. RIP Infinity Yoga! Hello other 10000000x hot yoga studios in Atlanta with hot flow classes all day for me to choose from! Sorry, Sharon... when YogaWorks took the community out of Infinity Yoga, that's when I leave for good. It's like going to yoga at McDonald's and get treated like a McDonald's customer. No, thanks.

Infinity Yoga is a uniquely great group of small studios with a wonderful vibe/energy that Becky and Matt, and their Infinity family have worked from their hearts to create and cultivate. I've been to the O4W and Brookhaven studios, and was just at the Buckhead one. They are all now YogaWorks and I don't know if that will change the vibe/energy at all, but as long as the same great instructors are there and the heart of Inifinity stays, then I'll continue going regularly!

Jessica C. was the instructor for the most recent class I took and she's just incredible!!!

I have taken yoga sporadically at other locations, but once I took my first class at Infinity almost 2 years ago, I was HOOKED!!! The entire staff is amazing- I have taken classes from at least 5 different instructors and have enjoyed all of them. They welcome all levels and really go above and beyond to make sure you have a positive experience. I would give more stars if I could.

The instructors are awesome. The classes are offered at convenient times and there is a great variety of class types. The studio vibe is so welcoming and inclusive. I have established my practice here and it has sparked a love and curiosity for yoga, and the philosophical/meditative aspects of it beyond the asana. Becky has been a true inspiration for me and an all around amazing teacher. Jessica, Neasa, and Caitlin have been some of my other favorite instructors.

The classes are intense, rejuvenating, and I feel comfortable moving at my own level - which speaks volumes about the atmosphere both instructors and members have created. It's been about two years since I last actively practiced yoga, and three years since I have attended regular classes. It's nice to be in a welcoming environment as I find my footing again. Looking forward to many more classes!

I love the teachers at Infinity! They're caring and compassionate and they really understand how to help each student as an individual, all of us with different bodies and in different places in our practice. I also love the mix of classes on the schedule. I appreciate all of the Yin, Restorative and Flow/Meditation classes that are mixed in with the Ashtanga, Foundational and Infinity Flow.

Experienced, professional, incredibly knowledgable group of yogis in Atlanta, with a wide array of backgrounds. Each instructor carefully crafts his or her class around correct alignment, creative flow, and mindfulness. Classes for beginners to experienced practitioners, ask about which level right for you. Can't go wrong- Becky and Matt have built a beautiful community and a solid, consistent practice for Atlanta!

Both teachers made me feel very much at ease. Due to traffic I was late for a class and had no choice but to be in the front of the room. Even though I was front and center (and have very poor balance), the teacher made me feel very much at ease about it. I liked the fact that the 2 classes I went to had such different personalities. One class didn’t feel like yoga at all. It was more like a casual very long pre-CRossFit stretching class. The other was very β€œhardcore” yoga complete with chanting. I felt much less bitchy after being in this place. Love this place!

Infinity Yoga is such a wonderful, positive, welcoming studio. I was not a fan of yoga before trying Infinity Yoga. I heard through my running group that they have a class geared towards runners, I was a runner and really needed some stretching, so I thought that I would give this studio a try. Wow, I was amazed and hooked at the first class, I felt amazing after the class. The teacher was welcoming, easy to understand, kind and knowledgeable. I then took their beginners basic yoga class and followed up with Infinity Flow.. my favorite. Each and every one of the teachers that teaches at Infinity Yoga are truly amazing, they keep me engaged and wanting more every class. I signed up for a year membership and go as often as I can. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I’ve always lived an extremely active life. My workouts usually consisted of high intensity cardio and strength training. I had moved away from my yoga practice. However over 8 months ago I had an injury and had to make some changes to my routine. I choice to join Infinity Yoga. I was worried, will my body change, will I gain weight because I’m not doing as much cardio. My body clearly welcomed this shift. That temporary change became a practice. I now practice yoga 3 days a week and do my other training for 3. I actually leaned out and I’m no longer in that constant muscle-ache. Throughout my life I was a worrier, this caused me to have high blood pressure and sleep apnea. For this first time I’m out of the danger zone and I dropped my blood pressure 20 points! And I can sleep! My only change was this beautiful practice. I have fallen in love with Astanga, a moving meditation that has changed my life. I’ve tried so many studios in Atlanta but none felt like a home, I always felt like the tight one who had lost my practice. Everything changed when I found Infinity, from the first class the teachers and students were so welcoming. Infinity has really been a wonderful game changer for my life.

The classes are challenging and the staff is welcoming and friendly. The classes and teachers also seem to be focused on helping the students achieve samadhi through encouraging practices of non-attachment where as other studios often seem to be focused on other things (being flexible, doing cool inversions, etc.). They offer so many different classes, it's affordable, and always a wonderful experience!

The reason I even have a monthly membership at Infinity Yoga is because of the amazing instructors for the classes I go to. Studio is lovely and the staff is friendly. Attended an "advanced yoga" class here and was super bummed to find that it was more like a "fusion" class you would find at a gym, lots of Pilates and aerobics stuff. Which is cool, but it definitely wasn't geared toward advanced yoga. The instructor would perform a few intermediate postures and invite people to do their variations without actually giving anyone instruction or teaching her students the ways into the more advanced postures she was doing. Very disappointing, not advanced yoga or teaching. Would recommend re-naming this class to something more appropriate to what is being performed at the front of the room.

I visited Infinity Yoga three times while visiting Atlanta. The Yin class I took at the Dunwoody studio was exactly what I needed to unkink and quiet my mind. I also took Restorative and Yoga for Athletes at the Brookhaven studio. Both classes were near capacity and I can see why! The energy of the instructors and the class was friendly and positive. I started at Infinity Yoga in Brookhaven in October 2014. I had been practicing yoga for 15 years at various studios in Atlanta. I was so glad that Infinity Yoga opened close by, but better yet, it was the best experience I have ever had. I even make the trek OTP to their newer Dunwoody location for Douglas’s Yin class.

All the Infinity Yoga classes and teachers are excellent: The owner, Becky, is great at both locations. In Brookhaven, I enjoy classes with Todd, who I knew from a different studio. Jesse’s Yoga for Athletes is a powerful workout, even if you don’t think you are an athlete. Hey! everyone practicing yoga is an athlete!

No matter how worn out I might be at the end of the day, I am always better after my class at Infinity Yoga. Signing up for classes is a breeze through the website. Matt & Becky are probably two of the nicest people I have ever met!

I found my love of yoga again thanks to Infinity Yoga. I had been a devoted yogi for a while some years ago, but found myself losing sight of the primary purpose of my practice, instead focusing on perfection: a sentiment that runs counter to the beauty of Yoga. After a few years "off" and with a great degree of humility I stepped into Infinity yoga and realised I had come home. Today I am amazed by the grace and love shown by everyone here, and I am renewed in humility each and every class, both by the physical demands of the practice but more so by the friendship I have been blessed with by the entire Infinity community. You guys are kind of a big deal!"

My wife talked me into coming this studio, so I decided to give it a try. I decided to give the 30 classes in 30 days trial membership a go. My 30 day trial is about up, and I'm going to continue.

This studio has a variety of instructors and classes. I've taken classes from Becky, Sharon, Morgan, and Jenny. They have classes for all levels. I have seen people involved in other sports like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu come in to the yoga classes as a supplement to their training.

In my short time here, I have noticed my left hip get a little stronger. I am able to run for a longer period without it giving out. I have been introduced to some challenging poses that I could not do in the beginning that I can do now. I'm far from a pro, and I never will be, but I really enjoy going to yoga.

To see yoga studio ratings, you must be looking for a studio. Go to this one! It is a warm jewel near the Brookhaven Marta Station, close to some great restaurants and bars (like Kaleidoscope, Haven, Valenza, Verde, Pour... and Town Brookhaven is just on the other side of Peachtree). Becky, who owns the place with her husband Matt, has made a lifelong study of yoga, and it shows! You can find any kind of class here, from beginner to advanced to restorative. They offer teacher training and private classes, and they sell cool gear. Matt is also a runner, so you see them sponsoring or participating in all the local races. I have loved every instructor, and the participants are friendly, too. This place is special. You feel it when you walk in the door. Enjoy!

Infinity Yoga is awesome because they have classes geared toward runners and cyclists and us runners and cyclists know how knotted up in our lower body we can get. I went and met with Matt and Becky the owner of the studio and they both were awesome. Friendly, smart and very dedicated to making me feel welcome. I participated in the Yoga for runners class that focused on the hips, hamstrings and the psoas. Yep, bet you never really worked your psoas before. You better ask someone and get that thing stretched and limber, it will change your life. Trust. Me.

The studio is comfortable and warm. Enough natural light, candles burning, soft music. Everything you need for a challenging but relaxing atmosphere. They have pay as you go or you can buy a package. Their website is easy to navigate and when you first go in you fill out your information on an IPad which allows it to be quick and easy. You can rent mats, buy some water, there is plenty of space for your stuff and plenty of parking. I will definitely be back and if you run/cycle, having a yoga studio that can relate to your last run/ride is pretty awesome.

If you haven't been to Infinity Yoga yet - GO!! The studio is beautiful and the teachers are some of the best in Atlanta. From the moment you walk into the studio Becky and Matt make you feel at home, and they remember your name when you come back! Becky has put together a class schedule that truly offers something for everyone. My practice has grown from once or twice a week (before Infinity) to five or six times a week! Becky is one of the most amazing teachers I have ever had - each class is different, intense, inspiring and you will feel amazing afterwards. It is so refreshing to be in the presence of someone who is living their dream, and you can honestly tell that Becky and Matt care about each person who walks in the door. I can't say enough good things about Infinity Yoga - it is life changing!!

Make sure to check out Morning Flow with Morgan (she is awesome), Vinyasa Flow with Jenny (amazing), and any class Becky teaches. The Sunday night Flow & Meditation is a great class to wind down from the weekend and get your head right for Monday! INFINITY IS THE BEST!!!

I'm a little biased but It has been about a month since the studio opened and I have practiced almost every single day since. I'm fairly new to practicing regularly but I love it. I have taken Jenny's, Morgan's, and Becky's classes, and did Todd's acro yoga workshop too and they are all great but each with their own unique styles. I have a corporate job and work a lot but this is my solace, I love being here and spending time with all the wonderful people from the Brookhaven community.

Classes are amazing, teachers are warm and welcoming, and the students are awesome! It's a great place to practice or to stop by and have some tea and chat about yoga (or anything really!). I love Infinity and plan to practice here for as long as they will have me! Becky is wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable, come by and see what Infinity is all about!

As a runner, the importance of recovery and remaining injury free is one of utmost importance. I love how Infinity Yoga is providing a specific class focused to meet these needs. I have done a few classes with Becky, and her demeanor provides you with a sense of calm and comfort as soon as you are near her. She was an excellent instructor who was comfortable both with challenging me and knowing how to gently tell me I may need to try a different position...

I was also given the opportunity to see the studio before opening day. The space exudes peace, calm, and harmony from the entry way to the class studio. Becky and Matt have put a lot of thought into each piece they included in the space and it all comes together to create a welcoming place to relax, open your mind, and your body. The Brookhaven community is very lucky to have this knowledgeable and caring yogi. Can't wait for it to open!
