There are few businesses that make you feel like family, yogaworks O4W is one. It starts with Erin and Amanda always welcoming me with a warm smile and a genuine sense of being happy to see me. As for training, not only will you find whatever level of instruction you are seeking, each instructor goes out of their way to accomodate you at your skill level, or in my case lack there of. Love these guys!

It was my first time & everyone (even the other students) were super nice & helpful! As a beginner, it's scary to go into a new place & try something new, but here I felt nothing but welcome. It was a great workout & a great first experience!

Fantastic studio in one of Atlanta’s most beloved neighborhoods. The space is quiet, warm, clean and really cool with loft ceilings, brick walls and large open windows. The ladies room and mixed gender restroom, both with showers, were incredibly clean and well stocked. The staff are warm, kind, and welcoming. I’ve been to YogaWorks all over the country and the 4th is one of my absolute favorites

Great mix of classes! I love that you can find everything from a sweat-it-out, super-challenging flow class to a restorative chill class and several options in between. I love the pilates fusion classes as well, and the 6pm times are great. Also a great location that's both convenient and easy to park and access, plus a good monthly rate. My only feedback would be I wish there were a 7 am class.

Excellent experience for me as a Yoga beginner in the Basics class at Infinity Yoga. The facility is well equipped and the staff is friendly and welcoming. As a beginner I appreciated that the instructor moved around the room and helped me and others move I to correct positions. Planning to return again soon and have my next class scheduled.

I loved how personable the staff was the second I walked in the door. I was a newbie and both the instructor and front desk work were so sweet and quick to answer my questions. Went to the Pilates /Yoga Flow Fusion class - wonderfully challenging! Great pace and instruction. Class was very full, seems to be a studio with a faithful following, would recommend getting to class at least 10 mins early. They keep the studio a nice warm temperature, keeps body flexible and makes you sweat but, not crazy hot like "Hot Yoga". Really enjoyed the experience, will be going back for another awesome full body workout soon!

The teachers are all very kind and attentive, and the studio itself is comfortable. Even when there are many people, once you get into it, you end up forgetting that. For the past year, I have had the wonderful pleasure of being a participant at Infinity's Brookhaven and Dunwoody locations. Without it being said, the new Old 4th Ward location is equally impressive in regards to service and staff. The instructors at all the locations are top notch. All the instructors are unique in their talents in the variety of classes offered. What makes O4W unique though, is the character of the place itself.

I'm not quite sure what the purpose of the building was when it was built. Maybe someone from the civic association in that area could tell me. It appears it could have been some sort of mill. Who would have ever thought back then, that a yoga studio would take up space in this place? If only the walls could talk, I wonder what they would say? Combined with the history of this place, there is just the right amount of modernization.

About 20 feet above, there is a cedar ceiling with old rustic pipes and beams that run across the top. Additionally, there are large windows where the day or night pours beautifully inside. Below your feet, there is a brand new hardwood floor that goes throughout the studio. Surrounding you is a nostalgic brick wall, while the rest of wall holds candle holders to add the the ambiance to have a wonderful experience. If I had a studio, this is what I would want it to look like.

So, do yourself favor. Go to this studio and participate in the wonderful classes they offer. More importantly, meet the people who run this place. The staff has a genuine interest in you and treat you like family! They are wonderful!

Infinity Yoga is amazing and has he best, friendliest, and most welcoming teachers in Atlanta. I joined Infinity because of how many classes are offered and because of the $30 dollars for the first month deal, but I've stayed because of how awesome the people there are. I love this place and am proud to call it my home yoga studio.

This is the most beautiful yoga studio space ever. Brick walls, wood beams, soothing paintings and candles. You feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. And it smells so nice! But the best part is all the different class offerings and teachers at so many times of the day so you always can get to a class no matter your schedule. The teachers are happy and professional and know how to push you or how to let you do your thing depending on what you need that day! Try it out! And get a biscuit next door afterwards and a walk on the Beltline!

I just love this space, the teachers, and most of all every student who has walked through the door. Seriously. Can't wait to be a part of this community's growth. Parking can be tricky-ish if you're new. Park on Sampson, Highland (including that bridge on Highland), Corley (including the church lot minus during services), or Irwin street. Definitely check out this very special studio.
