I have never done hot yoga before, but I tried out the membership deal for the first month and I’ve been going back ever since. I’ve really fallen in love with yoga through my experience with yonder. it has become a huge part of my week and I’m always really excited to go. I love all the teachers and it feels like an accomplishment after every class.

Love this place. I started coming here since I had a C-section and I was scared to go back to exercise. It has been 5 years and I have not stopped practicing since then. They have many studios and a flexible schedule. You can pick classes in the morning and in the afternoon which is very convenient for me. I have enjoyed all the teachers since I started. Now I am going more to the studio in Midtown which gets super hot. My only complain is that parking is hard, nothing else. Great classes, environment, good vibes.

I’m very new to yoga/vinyasa, but this place has been so so welcoming and warm (literally and figuratively lol). They have met me where I’m at and are so patient while I get my bearings in this new yoga experience. No matter the skill level these classes have something for everyone and I’ve nearly had a workout experience that both pushes the body and clears the mind the way these classes do. Highly recommend!

I signed up for the trial month here and have been very happy with the experience. Given the at the classes cost about $20 as a one off, if you are evenly mildly curious about hot yoga, it makes sense to give the trial a go at just $40.

The instructors are, for the most part, I think very good at this location. That being said, I've only been to one other location (Inman Park) of this business, but I like the heat level (hot enough without being too much) and good lighting and ambiance wise (although some ppl might prefer windows). It does get busy here and they pack the space in those situations. Beyond the heat, this is a real work out with a lot of good body stretching, core work out, breathing practices, and the typical yoga instruction with a good mix and balance of it all. The instructors I think also do a good job of offering both modifications and challenge type options for all types of yoga practitioners. They have specifically said a few times "each yoga learner is on their own path" which I like. The idea experience of working out at home in your own and watching a video and not having the heat is really incomparable so I do think there is value here.

I don't love the traditional applause at the end of each class. You also have to pay if you don't come but I think that practice is fairly standard and encourages commitment/follow-through. You can find towels there (for a fee), mats (included but you might prefer your own), blocks, straps, and all of the normal accessories needed for practice.

Finally, I haven't used them but showers are available on site, which you might need given how sweaty these classes are (it's kind of the point). I have personally found with the heat that I'm able to gain quite a bit of flexibility and often feel rejuvenated both mentally and physically after these classes.

I'm till not sure if I will continue on for the normal price of around $150/month as it will depend on my availability and ability to use the pass for it to be worth it since it isn't cheap. It has made me more curious about yoga in general and continuing on in some way, shape, or form after this.

Got there at 7:34. I’m aware I was late, and that’s on me. But I wouldn’t have driven 20 minutes from home if I had known the door would close just 2 minutes after the class started. I found this out when I got there. I checked both online and on ClassPass, and there was no mention of this policy. The staff wasn’t hospitable and accommodating—they only said it’s posted “in front of the door” which wasn’t even very visible and online (lie). Parking was also very difficult. I genuinely tried my best to make it to class, but in the end, I wasted my time and money over being just 4 minutes late.

I just tried Yonder out for the first time this morning for the 5:45an Yonder Flow. It was such a great class! The flow was great, the instructor Katie had excellent cues so I was able to follow along even though I had not taken her class before. It was challenging, but very rewarding. The space is nice and clean and feels new/modern. I liked that it had showers with toiletries and space for me to get ready before I head into work.

Yonder at midtown was the one single anchor in my life as I moved across the seas to make Atlanta my new home.

As a 200 hour yoga teacher who studied the Indian Classical Raja yoga from my teacher in Pakistan, I was expecting something performative from this bougie location.

The teachers have been so on point with regard to the fundamentals - the instruction clear, no forced movements, reminders to take it at your own pace and rest when needed, and most importantly the fusion or “yug” of the mind-body-breath-thought-spirit.

Without this studio, and at just 10 classes in, I know I’d be unable to survive losing home, friends, work, being between jobs, unable to survive my cats separation and unable to survive the fact that everyone here drives on the wrong side of the road.

Special shout out to Will, Munir and Kiley - they teach from the heart, generous with cheers and intentional in providing everyone equal attention. Their bodies are an inspiration of course but so is their commitment to the philosophy. Bless.

PS: would be great if they could add more drishti instructions to the flow. Sometimes I don’t know where to look when in an asana.

Unsafe and unsanitary. I love the instructors and the structure of the classes, but they don’t appropriately cap the class sizes. When a class is full, your mat is only a couple of inches away from your neigbor’s mat. So you end up with their sweat, stink, and coughs all over you. And you will constantly have the person next to you accidentally touching you and almost falling on you. I understand the studio makes more money by overbooking the class, but it is awful for the customer experience. When the class isn’t full, it is a five star class. When it is full, you can’t fully stretch or get into your yoga poses.

I used to practice at Yonder's Inman Park location before it closed a few years ago, and loved the sense of authenticity and community that was cultivated there. Unfortunately, my recent experience at their new Midtown location left me feeling like that spirit has shifted. The focus seems to have moved away from fostering a true yoga practice and more toward maximizing profits and hurrying people in and out, with classes now feeling impersonal and overcrowded.

The BEST yoga studio I've found since moving to ATL (and I have high standards coming from LA). The classes and teachers are always so wonderful and consistent. If you want a hard and sweaty flow, you know where to go. At the same time, they have restorative and relaxing classes that are just as beneficial. With tons of monthly specialty classes as well. There's also a variety of times and locations so it's easy to fit into your schedule. I joined Yonder Yoga over a month and loving it. The studio is clean, has lockers and showers and two separated studios.

Teachers will know you by your name. It really feels like a community.

Please try Assada’s class. Her class is going to challenge you but you will finish the class reconnected with yourself.

Kylie’s class is awesome too. She encourages you to listen to your body and really work on Vinyasa Asanas (poses) foundation. I’m no new to Yoga but feels that foundation classes is always a must!

Overall, instructors are very nice. They change up class movement a lot - I do not get bored - great if you goal is to get the sweat in plus the connection body and mind as well!

They have a monthly special and if you are new to Yoga ask for more of the foundation classes to get you going.

Yonder Yoga's Midtown location is just as fabulous as their other four locations. Their instructors are the best in Atlanta and they always make everyone feel welcome, provide a consistent experience and challenge me to grow in my yoga practice every time I come. I’m so grateful Yonder Yoga came to midtown. The studio is beautiful, with very nice amenities. I’ve taken classes from 4 different instructors so far, and they’ve all been excellent. Highly recommend Yonder Yoga Midtown.

Great studio. Continuous flow with the breath and music. The teachers are all kind, instruct clearly, assist if needed and obviously care absolutely their practice and students. The room is warmer than their O4W studio, so bring lots of water.

I just love coming here. Easy to find and schedule classes online. Calming environment. Every class is a bit different, yet consistent in the style.

Love this place! The classes are high-energy and fast-paced. The Yonder Flows are structured similarly so you know roughly what to expect, but each instructor brings their own creativity to their flows so it never feels repetitive. The Midtown location is a beautiful space and I love that they have two rooms. Great studio!

Yonder yoga is my happy place. I love their new midtown studio! The space is really lovely with nice showers, bathrooms, changing areas and water/ ice machine! The midtown location also has two studio rooms which is so nice. This is probably my favorite of their locations. I always get a great workout and learn more about my practice from their amazing teachers. Thank you yonder team for providing such a wonderful community and place to grow my practice.

This is hands down the best studio environment I have come across and I'm so happy to have found Yonder upon my recent move to Atlanta! The new Midtown studio is a VIBE, from the city studio layout to the team/instructors, you will feel welcomed into a space where you can strengthen your practice while finding community. Keep doing what you're doing Yonder!!
