2024 Vision Board Workshop - What a wonderful time we had today! The vibe was calming and creativity was flowing. It was so nice to see everyone. I always leave feeling lighter than when I walked in. Thanks for another great workshop. If you haven't been here yet, I highly recommend it!

Make 'n Take event was so much fun! I made a tea blend, an essential oil blend, and a room spray. All natural ingredients with no chemicals and the smell is amazing! Bri, as usual, is a delightful soul that shared her knowledge and heart with the participants. Thanks Bri !!!

The Tuning Fork Body Balancing is amazing! From the moment I walked in, the experience was both welcoming and professional. You will know the moment you meet Stacey that you are in the best of hands. The tuning fork session itself was a revelation, inducing deep relaxation and a profound sense of harmony. I left feeling revitalized, with increased mental clarity and an overall sense of well-being. In the days following the session, I noticed improved sleep, reduced stress, and a stronger connection to my body and the world around me. I am convinced this therapy is an essential addition to any self-care routine, and is nothing short of transformative.
