I started yoga at a studio in Lahaina in 2016. I tried all the teachers, and Tenya was by far my favorite, and I took her classes regularly. When COVID happened, Tenya started offering online courses so we were able to keep practicing. She does a Zoom LIVE practice twice a week, and I have now been doing yoga from home for the past 3 years. (You can also now go in person if you prefer). I absolutely love it! She also records all her practices and you can access them anytime on the site. It’s fantastic and I adore her as a teacher! Thank you so much Tenya! ♥️ She helps keep me motivated to practice and I’m amazed at how much I’ve been able to improve with her help.

10ya Yoga Live and Online is a well run program. Tenya is an extremely experienced, dependable, sincere and knowledgeable yoga instructor. She cares deeply about your well being, mind and spirit. She gives you the tools to take care of yourself and to be kind to others always. I have been attending Tenya's classes virtually for over three years and my body and sole are lifted up because of her, so much so, I am happy to pass on the uplifting feeling to other. I highly recommend her classes. 🥰🙏

LOVE Tenya’s energy & LOVE for Yoga!! She guides you thru every pose so effortlessly, every workout on her Live classes are different & fun…and the VIEWS!! OMG alway breathtaking! Makes you feel like you are with her in Hawaii. She also has an amazing collection of other classes online when you can’t make it to her LIVES!! She is truly the best Yoga instructor I have ever had. Tenya really knows how to TEACH yoga. She is able to balance careful instruction and time to allow a participant to find some quiet bliss. I never worry about injuries or haphazard sequencing because Tenya knows her anatomy and her practice is always designed with balance and flow in mind. It’s rare to find a teacher who can do all this, and still be fun!
