Aloha,
My name is Alexander Fuentes I am a certified personal trainer and Kinesiology major focused in Human biomechanics, exercise therapy and sports nutrition with a current AED and CPR certificate. I have been into fitness for more than 10 years. I have many amazing highlights in my fitness journey and one of most memorable is when I competed in bodybuilding shows. I decided to take the path of a personal trainer in order to help people with little to no knowledge about fitness or just anyone who wants to live a healthy lifestyle. Alex has been a blessing in my life - you could never find someone better then him, as a personal trainer, as a coach and teacher, and as a kind, patient and compassionate human being. I have learned, improved and gained so much physically(strength, endurance, toning) and intellectually(via diet, challenging myself, stamina) through Alex! I am still "growing" in the process of becoming a whole complete person but Alex is always there for me paving the road to success through this life's journey. A million "mahalos" to Alex!!

I honestly couldn’t have done it without Alex. I tried on my own for years, starting, stopping, losing motivation, but once I started working with him, everything changed. He gave me a meal plan that actually made sense, customized my workouts whether we were training together or I was doing them solo, and most importantly, he kept me consistent and held me accountable in a way that pushed me without ever feeling judged.

With his help, I didn’t just lose weight I crushed some serious goals. I trained for and completed a marathon, tackled a Spartan Ultra Race, and even prepped for a bodybuilding show (something I never imagined doing).

Alex is more than just a trainer, he genuinely cares. I consider him a good friend now. If you’re serious about changing your life and need someone who’s going to be in your corner the whole way, Alex is that guy.

I worked with Alex over 4 months and I can’t believe the results that I have seen. He helped me build a meal plan and I dropped 15lbs in about 10 weeks! My muscle endurance has increased substantially and my body tone has also become much more defined. I have received a lot of compliments from other people and it feels good to not only feel great but that other people notice the hard work I have put in. I can say there is no way I would have been able to stay on track without Alex’s guidance. Even when I was out of town, he still sent me work outs to do, and always checked in on me to see how I was doing. I have done a lot of the video work outs in the past but I never saw the results I have now. If you find yourself in that same situation just trust me, work with Alex and he will help you get to where you want to be. Another added bonus because of all that I have learned working with him, I have built a great healthy habit and can continue to work at the gym on my own. Thanks Alex! I have been seeing with Alex for personal training since Dec 2024, three times training weekly, Alex guided me through an individualized program that completely transformed my understanding of technique, nutrition, and check up my recovery. I was amazed at how quickly my effort, combined with his education, started to translate into real results. Since his customized personal training helped me improved much better health . On top of the training, the gym has the best atmosphere and nice music . He is super kind and support you, whether you’re a beginner or getting stage-ready.

Alex has reduced my knee and hip pain AND to regain my strength and balance. He assesses my sore knee and hip condition each day and adjusts what strength training and flexibility I need the most. He has great knowledge related to how the body functions and how to grow muscles and build strength. He ALWAYS has a great attitude and kind nature. I highly recommend him for people who may have been told they need a new knee or new hip. Two Orthopedic Doctors told me I need surgery and with Alex's help I no longer are in pain or need surgery. He is a part of my long term health growth plan!

Alex, Alex, Alex…what would I be doing now if I haven’t met with Alex? Still being a couch potato.LOL! Been with Alex about 4 months and enjoy every sessions. We always crackup laughing when we talk about my very first workout. Boy, was I in pain but good pain. I was shocked when he texted me the next day “see you Wednesday” It’s a slow working process for me as I started weighing in almost 300lbs and not physically active. Today Im down to 15lbs and more mobile than a year ago. One on one training is what he does. Which is a major plus for me. I remind and thank him that my accomplishment is cause of him!! Never judge my physical strength or my will power. always encouraging me to do better than my last workout. And when I do backslide(yes, i do) he tells me in a soft, kind and encouraging voice “Please watch your diet and do cardio” What coach does that??!! Alex does!!! Thank you Alex for being YOU and “see you Wednesday”

Coach Alex is so good, since I started to train with him, everything is perfect. I don’t have to worry what to workout everyday coz he have a workout that’s program for me only. He always motivates me. Give me proper nutrition. Now after 2 weeks I lost 5lbs and I’m starting to see muscles. Thank you coach you’re the best! Will definitely gonna continue my training with him.
