I recently joined BFT and have been loving it! I took my first class during their 1-Year Anniversary Weekend and felt welcomed immediately! Sam, the General Manager, was so helpful during the sign up process and made it super easy. She's also been very responsive to my questions about the studio, class formats, etc.
I love the variety of classes BFT that offers! Taking many different class formats has allowed me to feel challenged in different ways. The coaches are very knowledgeable, friendly, and create a motivating environment! I always leave class feeling accomplished and in a great mood.
I really appreciate that the studio is clean and organized. I also loved how involved BFT is within the community!

I joined BFT for the convenience of location and early class times. The member to instructor ratio is great. They are able to assess, correct, and encourage all the members in their session on top of being very friendly and up beat. I really need that because I basically drag myself into class every morning but leave feeling accomplished and ready to take on the day. I made a great choice in joining BFT.

Aloha! I had been pretty much sedentary since January due to a severe E bike accident over 10 months. Prior that I was doing intense lagree 4 times a week, and hiking Coco head, but I knew that I needed to stretch and do more mobility. I could just feel it in my body. I'm so glad that this was offered. This is exactly what I needed. It's very challenging. I thought I'd be bored after strong my history with fitness and movement, pilates etc, but the class is very very challenging, but not too much. He has us do movements that I would never do on my own. I love the group support. I love the vibe of the studio and the teachers are very knowledgeable, i am so happy that my shoulder is still healing! They help me to modify, so i feel safe during this healing journey, and the stretching is fantastic as well next-door! They make a great baby to really help you open parts of the body, that most exercise enthusiast ignore & need. Well at least most that I know, (wink!) I'm glad they're offering the Kũpuna class for the older generation, wonderful class/combo with stretch lab is amazing ! So generous and they should KNOW they are saving many many the ramifications of a fall for the older generation this class is so valuable so precious, what they're doing is preserving and honoring and serving the community to a sector of people and cherishing them / keeping us all fit, strong, stable so we can extend love and life to our famlies and recreation in our own life ! Thank you now i can contribute more to a harmonious life live the best life I can, and our best self !iMahalo from my heart, mind and body !

I absolutely love training at BFT! The space is clean, colourful, and full of good energy. The coaches and other gym goers are so welcoming, informative, and genuinely nice so you really feel like part of a community here.
The classes are thoughtfully structured to target different muscle groups each session, and I always leave feeling challenged and accomplished. I especially love the heart rate monitor system, it keeps you motivated and shows exactly how hard you’re pushing yourself.
The coaches are also amazing with feedback and form correction, always ready to support you no matter where you are on your fitness journey. I actually look forward to every session!

I’m visiting from Norway and had never tried BFT before, now I’m hooked! From the moment I stepped in, I felt incredibly welcomed by the coaches and the community. Coaches Erin, Devin, Andrew, Sam, John and Spencer - all so helpful and knowledgeable! They truly care for the members!
The energy is amazing , the workouts are fun and challenging 🏋️, and the support you get from both staff and fellow members is something special.
What really stands out is how it works for everyone no matter your fitness level. You train based on your own heart rate, shown live on the screen, so it’s personalized and motivating.
I truly appreciate how every session is structured and how motivating the trainers are. Highly recommend this place to anyone in Honolulu looking for a top-tier group fitness experience!

I’ve been a member at BFT basically since day one . The community here is incredibly supportive and welcoming, making it easy to feel at home from day one. The classes are both fun and challenging, pushing me to test my strength and fitness every session. There are typically multiple coaches and every class helping you hit your goals as well as giving advice/fixes to advance each movement. If you’re not at BFT then what are you even doing????

I just recently moved back home to Oahu and was a member of BFT Overland Park prior to making the transition to BFT Honolulu. The staff here definitely brings aloha to the gym and made my transition seamless between gyms. I do enjoy the variety of classes and brings better overall performance trainings that are paired up with running and I am in better overall shape than I was just hitting the gym on my own with my own pre-set plans. I highly recommend giving this workout studio a try!!! It is an excellent place to get a great workout. I feel great after each class and I do feel like it is helping with my overall goal of losing weight and building muscle. Each week the classes are slightly different and so is the gym studio, which makes things very fresh. Each week I look forward to a new challenge. I could really tell the staff here put a lot of thought and effort into each workout class as well as the relationships with each member.

I love, love, love BFT Honolulu! Coming to class has made me feel stronger and more confident. I love the class atmosphere and the coaching staff--they are so supportive and so helpful. I've found my gym family! I love the small group training environment from the coaches to the members. I came to BFT looking for a more strength focused program and a programming that doesn't lead to overtraining. At first I was skeptical, but I started off with attending classes 3 days a week and then working up to 6 days a week and I don't feel like I'm overtraining. The classes don't feel random like other group fitness classes and there's a purpose to attending each class. Trust the process!
My favorite classes are the strength focused classes, but I power through the cardio classes with the help of my workout partner for the day. A lot of workouts are partner based so be ready to make new friends!
I appreciate the feedback from the coaches correcting my form or suggesting small tweaks to make the exercises more effective. They're there to support and push you and not just be cheerleaders. Also, the Evolt 360 body scanner is a must if you're a numbers person like me and want to track your fat loss and muscle gains. In just a few months of consistently attending classes, I feel stronger, I'm lifting heavier weights than with other workouts, and can feel the cardio endurance building.

From my first interaction with BFT Honolulu when signing up and doing my trial class, I knew I had found a great gym with great coaches. They made me feel welcomed and were very supportive and encouraging.
They offer a great variety of classes and the class style changes each day meaning you'll finish each week feeling stronger and more energetic. They also offer convenient class times each day that will fit into anyones work/life routine.
There are multiple coaches each class to motivate you so you get the most out of your workout. They assist with correct form for each exercise during the class so newbies like me get it right avoiding injury but most importantly, hit the correct muscle groups.
The gym is always clean and is well equipped with a great variety of weights and exercise equipment. It also has a friendly and welcoming community feel to it from the coaches to the other gym users. I highly recommend BFT Honolulu!

BFTis a newcomer to many gyms in Honolulu. I’m an experienced lifter and have gone to other commercial gyms including group fitness gyms. What I love about BFT is it’s a smaller gym and that allows more individual critiques and inputs from the trainers. There are no cookie cutter formulas. It’s all science based to maximize your functionality and efficiency. There are many different machines and equipments to utilize in a clean and air conditioned space. Sometime it’s the trainers that can make or break a gym and BFT have a good selection of trainers that can help you achieve your goals. I had a great workout here! The space is well set up and the trainers all knew their stuff. I enjoyed the group session more than I normally do, they built in reasonable breaks between stations so you can actually catch your breath.
