Such a super effective way to keep ourselves young. At 79 just finished 4 beautiful days of skiing in Colorado. No aches and pains either. I have been a member of Biofit for a year now. I have noticed a decrease in body fat and increase in strength and stamina.
I have been working out for many years but Biofit offers a unique way of exercising while also promoting overall well-being.
I mainly concentrate on the ARX machine. I can get a full body workout in a short time and then allow my muscles to recover using the red light therapy machine.
I also take advantage of the full body scan to track my progress.
