I’ve been taking this Pilates classes here for a few months now, and I can’t say enough good things about it! The instructor is knowledgeable, encouraging, and attentive to everyone’s form, which makes a huge difference. The class is the perfect balance of challenging and restorative — I leave every session feeling stronger, more centered, and less stressed.
The pace is just right, and the modifications offered make it accessible whether you’re a beginner or more advanced. I’ve already noticed improvements in my posture, core strength, and flexibility. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the small group size allows for personal attention.

One of the best things I can do for myself is start the day with Pilates. I have noticed the difference in my strength, posture, and attitude! The studio is exceptionally clean and all equipment is cleaned after each use. I just had my first class this morning and I absolutely loved it!!! Must say, Valentina was amazing - so sweet, very attentive, and made me feel really comfortable as a first-timer. What I appreciated most is how she kept gently reminding us about the connection between body and mind throughout the class. It made the whole experience feel really intentional and grounding. I already feel so good after just one session and I’m excited to come back! The best pilates studio on this island hands down!!

Belen is the most attentive and professional pilates instructors I have ever met. Her classes are precise, challenging and fun and you leave the (beautiful!) studio feeling strong and elated.
I live in Amsterdam, NL, where we have lots and lots of pilates studios but only when on vacation in Oahu through Belen's classes I understood how pilates should really make you feel, actually using muscles I didn't know existed.
During my 4 weeks on the island I went to a class 1-2 a week and can only wish Belen was living in my home town.

I started taking classes with Belen in Hale’iwa about a year and a half ago, just a few months after giving birth, and it’s been such a game-changer for my recovery and overall well-being. The classes helped me slowly rebuild strength, improve my posture, and reconnect with my body in a really positive way. Now, almost 1.5 years in, I can see a huge difference—not just in strength and mobility, but in how I feel about my body overall. I’m definitely stronger, more toned, and just happier with my body composition.
Belen is a fantastic instructor. Her guidance is clear and encouraging, and she really pays attention to form and how each student is doing. The classes are always challenging, but never overwhelming—she strikes a perfect balance.The studio itself is super pleasant and welcoming—clean, calming, and comfortable, which makes it that much easier to show up and focus.
If you’re in the North Shore and looking for high quality and fun Pilates studio, I highly recommend giving Belen’s classes a try!

Belen is an excellent instructor who knows exactly how to tweak your positioning just slightly for you to feel optimal results. Her classes are challenging and help me stay in my body for the full 60 minutes where my mind is not wandering to other things. I’ve been attending Body by Belen, and it’s truly one of the best Pilates experiences I’ve ever had! Belen’s classes are challenging yet approachable, with a focus on proper form and building strength. She brings such a positive energy to every session, keeping you motivated and engaged throughout.
The studio itself is clean, well-equipped, and has a welcoming vibe that makes you feel comfortable no matter your skill level. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my posture, core strength, and overall fitness since starting here.

Instructor was amazing, super nice and attentive. My husband and I tried this class out using Class pass. We had never used the Pilates reformer machine and though it was definitely different, the instructor made it fun and helped correct our form. Also class is only 5 people which was really nice.

Body by Belen Pilates is my go to Pilates studio on Oahu's North Shore. Belen is a fantastic instructor and does an exceptional job explaining and demonstrating Pilates movements. Her studio is in a great location next to the post office in Haleiwa, conveniently located, with plenty of parking. I highly recommend Body by Belen Pilates.

If you are looking for challenging classes that incorporate stretching and strength training, this studio is for you! Belen is a top-notch instructor and the space is so peaceful. I look forward to every class, knowing I will stretch and elongate my body. The results have been noticeable in only a few weeks! So happy and satisfied with these classes. As i traveled a lot and practiced Pilates all over the world, i can honestly say that "Body by Belen" is one of the best studios out there. Belen is a thorough, attentive super professional instructor, and so is her crew. The studio is beautiful, the atmosphere is welcoming and there is always good music in the background.
Overall i highly recommend it for anyone who wants to get in shape even if you're just visiting the North shore of Oahu for a limited amount of time.

I am so happy I found this amazing pilates studio in Haleiwa! Belén is an incredible instructor, so knowledgeable on pilates/reformer/body and so sweet. I loved her classes - the right amount of challenge and fun, her classes were varied and there was always some really nice stretches. She pays a lot of attention to all her students and their postures to make sure we do the exercises right - it’s rare to get this quality of teaching. I made the decision to start taking pilates classes at Body By Belen a little over a year ago and the choice has been life changing! I was initially seeking to improve my posture and body toning, but I have gained so much more! Daily lower back pain has been significantly reduced and I have better overall awareness of my body, with increased flexibility, balance and agility. My immune system is stronger and I am far less fatigued in general.
Belen is an exceptional instructor who pays close attention to her clients' form and technique, always taking care to ensure that exercises are performed correctly and safely. She tailors her classes, adjusting to meet your individual needs, preferences, and any limitations you may have. I can always count on her to observe if there are any body imbalances or fatigue that need to be taken into consideration on any given day to minimize my risk of injury. I look forward to every class and highly recommend her whether you are brand new to pilates or have been taking classes for years!

I’m a 70 something lady who has been practicing Pilates for over 20 yrs. Belen is the most attentive, knowledgeable and kindest teacher I have ever had. I usually go to her advanced classes but because of knee and shoulder surgeries which sometimes act up, I find her Level 1 classes excellent as well and a great reset.
Belen is the most observant teacher- even if you attend her maximum 4-person Reformer Class. Be assured she has her eyes constantly on each student and will correct your posture, muscle control and breathing to help you achieve the full benefit of Pilates.
A big plus is her beautiful, airy studio above the Haleiwa Post Office with free parking and her vast array of Pilates equipment. If you want to keep your body in the same shape, flexibility and strength as in your 20’s you must book a class with Belen! I did and I’m living proof. Linda

My body completely changed!
I started taking classes from Belen while suffering from a sever lumbar spine injury. The doctors suggested surgery. I had already been months in physical therapy with no improvement. I had lost probably 50% of my muscle mass.
As a certified personal trainer, former professional athlete, massage therapist and yoga instructor, I thought I had a good understanding of how the body works. That is until I took private lessons with Belen! My improper movement patterns had caused my injury and were now contributing to my non-existant recovery.
After just one session with Belen I had pain relief. Up until that point I had spent a year with little to no exercise because even something as gentle as yoga or swimming caused re-injury to my spine. But I was able to continue weekly sessions with Belen without any issue. After less than two months I returned to surfing again regularly.
I continued to work with Belen throughout my entire pregnancy. She knew exactly how to support me and work with my changing body. I credit Belen for getting my mobility back after my devastating injury and I will look to her as I regain my postpartum body as well.
