The instructors are awesome, as are the studios. I love that they offer aerial classes to try something new. I am hoping for more morning and daytime classes, but there are plenty of evening and weekend for folks that work typical schedules.

Great staff/instructors! They offer a variety of different classes and I love having the option to try new things/ get a challenge in while also having access to slower more restorative practices all at the same studio. There is always a really welcoming vibe. 😊

Very welcoming. There's a style of class for everyone and I've thoroughly enjoyed trying all of them. Each instructor has something unique to offer making it impossible to have a favorite!

Hi Christina, everything is going amazing with the classes. Being an older "construction guy" my hips, back, and shoulders (you name it) have always been sore and achy. I was a little hesitant to sign up because I'm not very flexible, but after doing some research looking at the website and instagram page, I noticed the vision of the of the studio is to guide normal people through mindful movement to gain strength, find peace and protect the body from injury like lower back pain. So I figured what have I got to lose…? I signed up for your barre class. The class was very structured yet fun and relaxed. I was struggling to perform some of the moves, but you walked over and patiently guided me though them. It was very humbling that you, the owner of the first Barre Fitness Alliance approved studio in Hawaii took the time to help an old out of shape, ordinary guy get through the class. It made me feel welcomed and comfortable instead of intimidated and embarrassed. It is a great positive experience and I have committed to barre 2 days a week. Please do not change a thing.

Convenient class times and location with a good variety to choose from. Friendly atmosphere. I was nervous about going to my first class alone, not knowing what to expect but the instructors are great and extremely helpful! I feel great afterwards and feel like I’m accomplishing a lot in just 30 minutes to an hour 4-5 times a week. I would highly recommend Breathe!!

If you are looking for a full body work out in 1 hour this is the place for you. The instructors are great, and I always leave the class feeling better than before I walked in. Before I started barre I never used to exercise/workout I’ve always struggled trying to stay motivated with running/jogging lifting weights at home, but I’ve been attending barre for a little over 1 month definitely feel myself getting stronger, and after every class I feel motivated to come back again. Thank you Breathe for working with me and always making class fun.

Nice clean space, physically and spiritually. No judgment, all inspiration and encouragement. I tried aerial yoga for the first time and was so pleasantly surprised that I was able to do what I thought was the unthinkable. The owner and staff sincerely care about providing a safe space to morph, blossom and spread your wings. I’ll be back to flutter soon. πŸ¦‹

Bottom line - you should sign up. Breathe is a wonderful studio. I've been a member for a month now, and the unlimited new client special has been great. I've been trying to be more active and get healthy. While I've done Yoga and Pilates a little bit before, I'm still new. The instructors do a great job of making sure everyone of any skill level can follow along and can modify to make things easier or more challenging as desired. I've taken a variety of classes at the studio, including Aerial, and they're all great. Lots of times 7 days a week to fit pretty much any schedule.

Also, I've had a chance to interact with the owner on a few occasions, starting at the open house when the Kailua location opened up. Christina is super helpful and committed to a great customer experience. I'll be renewing my membership for months to come.
