I've been attending classes at CorePower Yoga Kapolei, and I want to give a special shoutout to two amazing instructors, Gino and Mareen. Both Gino and Mareen go above and beyond to ensure that I get the most out of each session by providing personalized corrections during workouts. Their attentive guidance has greatly improved my practice and helped me avoid injury.

Beyond their expertise, what stands out the most is the sense of community they foster in their classes. I always feel welcomed and supported, making every session something I look forward to. Gino and Mareen have truly created a space where I feel like I belong, and I am grateful for their dedication and passion.

Outstanding place! The instructors are on top of their game and the studio is 10/10 top notch! If you haven’t been yet this place is a must for beginners and experience yogis. Grateful to have a place like this near by!

Core Power Yoga Kapolei is back - and even better! I just re-started my membership after that long, agonizing COVID period. I am so happy to see friendly new instructors, a well-stocked bathroom/shower area, clean facility and most of all, the classes - even at early morning hours! Can’t wait to get my flexibility and core strength back. ☺️. If you’re ever in the market for a yoga studio, check this place out. It won’t disappoint.

Man Yoga Sculpt is no joke!!!! But it's only 1 hour of sweating then you can shower and change and literally feel like a brand new person!!!

•Kapolei has 3 showers and multiple lockers for you to leave your items in during class and your shower. There's also 2 benches in the ladies locker room for you to get ready and outlets for your hair appliances. See you in class someday!! I have been attending randome classes, but my goal is to hit the earlier 5/5:45am yoga class so I can be "that girl" 😅

SAFE! PROFESSIONAL! FOCUS IS YOU! What a great way to get into shape physically, spiritually and mentally. I would say my lifestyle is so busy that working out is sporadic and when it comes to independence, I don’t think I burned enough calories when I went to the gym. Corepower has changed that for me as it has helped me learn more about my body and my capabilities….at MY PACE! With someone coaching me along the way. The instructors are all amazing!

The studio is large enough for a big class without feeling overcrowded. The facility is very nice. The instructors are wonderful! I really enjoy CorePower but do miss the little touches like a cold, essential oil towel for each yogi after class(it's heavenly!), water with fruit infusion to celebrate a challenging course, a mirror with area to get ready after your shower would be nice vs crowding the sink mirror area. And letting the instructors build their own music playlists & class sequences would be nice... can be repetitive and boring taking the exact same class week after week.

Core power yoga is a great workout !
The classes really focus on core strength as well as encouraging you to incorporate intentions into your practice

Weights, blocks, mats and towels are available for use.

This Kapolei studio has 2 yoga classrooms
Both with infrared heating-lighting. I like this newer technology heat . It does feel hotter than non infrared light/heat but it makes me sweat more.

The entire studio is clean and well kept.

The studio is located within a very small strip mall and parking is plentiful. There are even a few stalls right outside the studio , very convenient!

My favorite spot in Kapolei- huge fan of their C2 and sculpt classes. They offer classes midday for those running over during lunch hours. Friendly staff and very clean facility!

The classes are amazing but their integrity isn’t. Purchased a gift card for my wife almost a year ago. They accidentally charged my card like 15+ times then refunded me. I was given a free month for the mishap. Bonnie the studio manger at kapolei was handling my transactions. My wife ended up not using her entire gift card and we have texts with Bonnie putting those on hold. That was back in January. My wife then cancelled with her in person. In February. Fast forward to November 29th. My card gets charged $177 for a membership fee. Went to the store and texted Bonnie and no one could help me even when we don’t have a membership. So now I had to report fraud and get a new card. Be careful.
