Love yoga in the park in Maui! Nothing compares to practicing asanas under the banyan tree with an ocean view, birds chirping, sunshine & warm breeze!
I have vacationed in Maui (with my yoga mat )every 2 years for past 20 yrs , & so look forward to the yoga classes & instruction by Sandy!

Sandy's class was wonderful! I was n Maui only a few days but lucky enough to be able to attend class twice. Sandy is very attentive and offers modifications so both beginners or more advanced students can benefit from her instruction. Thank you for such a great experience in a beautiful location. Namaste.

I am a beginning yoga student. I found Sandy to be very gentle, kind, and insightful in my 10 sessions with her. She addressed my personally unique issues, and sent me home knowing poses that related to those issues. I would highly recommend her as a personal yoga teacher at whatever level you are at.

I really enjoy Sandy's class. She encourages me to find my optimum level in the poses and is very involved in the class, rather than running us through a routine. I recommend this class to anyone wanting an Easy level yoga class. Nice.

My husband Sean and I (Barb) attended some private yoga classes by Sandy. She was so inspiring and very passionate about yoga. Sandy gave us magazines and printouts of poses and what to work on. We both really enjoyed our time with Sandy!! Thank you!!

I was very pleased with my private session. Sandy is an extremely knowledgable teacher and previously had a successful yoga teaching career in Seattle. I appreciated her flexible attitude and intuitive ability to address my particular needs as well as to recommend certain poses I could use daily. I left the session feeling deeply settled, relaxed yet energized. I highly recommend this class.

Sandy tailored her teaching to my needs at my private session. These were needs I didn't know I had! She ascertained what is was that my body required; then, in her kind and gentle way, she helped me to release tightness. Following the private session, she sent me home with a few simple diagrams to help me remember what she taught me.
Sandy also taught me some poses which were emotionally uplifting and empowering.
When I returned home, Sandy had already emailed me with substantive, informative information which I had requested.
