We were on vacation in Waikiki and Sean was a great trainer to get a few workouts in. My kid was recovering from a back stress fracture and needed some custom workouts that focus on pitching flexibility and strength. Sean killed it coming up with a great plan and working through the routines to get him focusing on proper form and getting a good workout in the process. Highly recommend.

I trained with Sean for 10 sessions to help me with my recovery from orthopedic surgery and getting back to training at the gym. WIth Sean's help I made significant and measurable progress in my strength, stability and mobility.
