Grateful for Bruno and his knowledge and love for what he does. He’s attentive, inquisitive, and explorative in how to address certain pains and aches, with re-enacting movements that causes the pain, and guiding me to activate muscles and positions that alleviates them.

Bruno is a caring, knowledgeable, motivating and attentive trainer and fitness guru. After working with him for 4 months I feel stronger, improved balance and endurance. He customizes each session and takes the time to teach me the mechanics and principles at hand. Working Bruno has helped me to improve my athletic abilities. From correcting posture with plank variations and strengthening my other weak points on my body. He also helped me to correct my sprinting/running posture which in return got me to run faster and not feel as much fatigue.
I was blown away with how some dynamic exercises work to not just build muscle but improve overall mobility simultaneously!
Bruno also is fluent with BJJ training. His availability can be flexible which is great for me since i have a busy schedule sometimes.

Working with Bruno has been a truly challenging experience (in a good way, of course). He is knowledgeable, personable and very helpful. I’ve been working on improving my posture/body alignment and it has made a difference especially in my body awareness. Bruno helped me get pain free, move more efficiently, have more energy, and act with more power.
I had been dealing with back problems and diligently seeking answers for 15 years with mixed results. Five weeks with Bruno resolved fundamental issues and helped me feel years younger (I’m an active 46 y.o that was danger of giving up the sports he loved.)
In just a few sessions, Bruno instructed me in weird and difficult exercises that coaxed my muscles and fascial tissue to work in a more balanced way.
If you want to overcome chronic injuries and/or learn to move with more balance and power as you age, I highly recommend working with Bruno.

Bruno's an amazing trainer. His training style is not a traditional of just lifting weights. His training has a lot of dynamics, which improves your overall wellness. He usually checks up on you first before starting the training for any pains or anything that's bothering you, and he adjusts the training based on that. I highly recommend him as a trainer! He's very knowledgeable and really knows his stuff.

Bruno has been training me for several months and has dramatically improved my posture and the way I move. I've worked with a number of trainers and coaches over the years, and can safely say that he is one of the best! I've never gotten results like this with anyone else.
I sit a lot in my day job and struggled with a pelvic tilt, forward neck, and disconnection from my core. Each session with Bruno helps me feel taller, stronger, moving with more ease, and more connection to my body. I'd previously understood from a bodyworker that the beginning stages I was showing for dowager's hump were irreversible - but Bruno fixed it in a month. It's gone!
His training style is less traditional and may take a few sessions to understand - but don't let that deter you! He is super knowledgeable, kind, and motivated to help you. The results are amazing and you'll be moving with more strength, awareness, and best of all, no pain :)
