I went yesterday for Friday Night Fun. Our first time ever dropping off my daughter for a date night with my husband. I was hoping the experience would have been peaceful and memorable. It was the opposite. The woman at the desk was unapproachable, unkind and mean spirited—as if she didn’t want to be bothered at all. Didn’t greet anyone nor cared to tell me what my daughter was going to expect. If I didn’t ask a question, she didn’t give any information. Kids are basically on their own after you drop them off. There is no agenda for anyone. I paid for 3 hours but I felt uneasy that I picked up my daughter an hour earlier without getting reimbursed. They don’t even sign out the kids so anyone could come in and take your child. There’s no accountability. I would never recommend going here and would never return.

It’s a shame to go with my family to watch a class to see if I wanted to enroll my own daughter as well. What I saw today was not only completely unprofessional but very childish and rude. The manager came up to an employee and practically humiliated her for something that was out of her control. One of this employee’s students ran through another class, which I must say, sometimes kids will just be kids and the way this manager acting was completely inappropriate. Not only did she yell at the employee but she did it multiple times making it seem like a very abrupt outburst and tantrum. I later learned the managers name was Amaryllis. I’m not sure I’m comfortable enrolling my child in a facility where the staff feels it’s appropriate to act like children and throw tantrums at their employees while young children are watching as well as their parents and family. Yelling “SHUT UP!!!” at your employees is not only a unhealthy work environment but also does not make it a safe and open learning environment. I’m sorry but that type of behavior is completely wrong. I’m disappointed to see such authority yelling in front of children for essentially no reason.

Worst gym ever!!! The male teacher bullies his students. He yelled at my kid accusing her of something she didn't do. He yelled at me when I was recording, making a big scene. He calls his students names like big head in front of the entire gym. I went to the president of the company. He told me the guy was a hot shot and there was nothing he could do. Do not waste your money.

Great gymnastics gym with superb staff and teachers. The instructors are 110% into what they are teach the classes which span from all ages and abilities. They truly care about what the academy is about and aren’t money hungry. They are also extremely adaptable and tolerant to each students specific needs. Adult classes are offered as well! Hawaii Acad. hosts B-days as well (daughter in-law had her party there) and the amount of fun her and the guests had created memories to last forever. The energy and amenities are top of the line without breaking the bank.

In my first hour at this gym i had a catastrophic knee injury occur. The coach did not help me at all. He thought that I was over exaggerating. He did not help me at all he simply told me to move out of the way so people could keep tumbling. I have had to have two surgeries on my knee since then. I had a terrible experience but my last gym recommended Hawaii Academy. So its a pretty good gym.
