We enjoyed dropping into this box. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and the partner WOD was not particularly technical that day (meaning there wasn't a lot of coaching needed), the coach conducted a thorough warm up and walked around during the WOD. The box felt clean and the equipment did not feel old and tired. They had an area our youngest and not quite cross-fitter could hang out with wifi. We will be back the next time we are in Maui.

I’ve been to many CrossFit gyms, especially on vacation. This is the best CrossFit gym I’ve ever been to. A bunch of fit, friendly, and welcoming people in this gym. The owner Tom is a good dude, who loves to jump in and do the wod too. Working out with this crew was a highlight of my trip. Can’t wait to go back.

One of the best and my most favorite CrossFit drop in experiences. The owners are very nice and welcoming, and the staff are great as well.

I dropped in for 2 weeks in March 2022. Signing up for class online was pretty simple. Mid morning class sizes had no shortage of other athletes to meet but still plenty of room for everyone.

The environment is chill and not stressful, and I got to workout with athletes local and drop ins. It was an encouraging place for athletes of all skill levels, and coaches were great to accommodate a scaling option, and even let me do my own strength lift to stay on track with my personal schedule (provided I confirmed I knew what I was doing (2 yr CrossFitter here)).

I highly recommend Lahaina CrossFit for athletes of all skill level looking for an encouraging place to stay on track with their fitness journey while traveling. Mahalo!

Go here! We just finished a month drop in while my daughter was getting ready for basic training. If you’re looking at getting a workout while you’re on holiday, don’t hesitate to check them out. I know that may seem strange to some, but if you’re in Maui for a week - hotel gyms won’t cut it, condos usually don’t have gyms, and it’s better to walk on the beautiful trails than run. Also meet local folks with great recommendations of where to eat and drink.

I have been to a lot of CrossFit gyms around the world - definitely the nicest one - top notch equipment and super clean. The reviews about being welcoming are spot on. Janelle was super helpful answering our questions before we arrived. From day 1 we felt like it was our home gym. The one difference is the do the WOD first then strength, but some days the WOD was plenty for us. We are not elite athletes but the have options for all fitness levels. The partner WOD on Saturday was always our favorite, and most days we did the 4pm class.

Highly recommend! I felt very welcomed by the coaches and owners. The programming was very smart. Great spot to workout on vacation. The Aloha Ohana vibe is unmatched. We felt more at home here and worked out more than we do at home. The owners are so friendly and helpful while running a clean, respectful and welcoming atmosphere. The coaches were great and helped with scaling options when necessary and explained the workout well. They seemed very knowledgeable. And the other members were so kind. So glad to have dropped in here on my trip. Janelle and Tom (the owners) were both amazing and welcoming as were coaches Sandy, Mark, and Nate. Even though I was a short term drop in they got to know me and helped me with adjustments to deal with an injury.

While on vacation, I usually just do the hotel gym thing, but came across Lahaina CrossFit last spring while visiting Maui. Holy cow- these islanders don’t mess around!

Creative and challenging programming for all fitness levels and such a friendly and ultra welcoming atmosphere. The owner/coaches teach textbook technique and make sure you’re in prime position for the lift. I literally leave the island fitter than when I came!

I had an injury many yrs ago and have stayed in good shape but most recent injury had me question some things I was able to do. I met with Tom and Janelle and asked for help. They have been most attentive to needs of all the guests and members at LCF. Very personable and educated. Amazing gym to drop in too! Tom and Janelle are amazing and so very welcoming. We did 18.4 there and they were very official in getting the hspu metrics down and even helped coach us on form even though we were there during an open gym time and not a technical class. Also turned out Tom used to live in Illinois and knew one of the coaches in my gym going way back! Small world made smaller by such an amazing crossfit community.

Also some of the best t shirts and swag I've seen at gyms :)

Definitely worth spending some time with the people at Lahaina CrossFit. It doesn't matter if you're looking for a new CrossFit home, a place to keep you motivated in your workouts while on vacation, or just dropping in to try or start something new. Crossfit Lahaina is amazing! I visited 10 times over two weeks! Tom and Janelle are truly committed to every person who walks into their box. I received so many great tips on how to improve my form, increase productivity in my workout, stretches, and nutrition for myself and family. I appreciated how they broke down each move using the bar prior to the exercise. I improved over the last two weeks! They offer approximately 8 classes a day. Belong to a CF gym in Colorado and while on vaca did a drop in with my wife and 14 month old son. My wife and I were going to just switch off watching our son in between exercises but the owners wouldn't let us. They took him and played with him while we finished our workout. They were so great and our son had a wonderful time with them (they have a family of 3 kids so they said they know what it's like). Great people, great coaches, and great facility.
