I am a fitness coach, nutritionist, and corrective exercise specialist. I create individualized fitness and nutrition programs for my clients.
With weekly assessments and constant feedback, I provide accountability and support to ensure you will achieve your goals. We also have an amazing Facebook community where you can share your wins and get help and support from others.

I started personal training when I was 9 months postpartum from my first pregnancy. I had a goal to lose a total of 20lbs. With Brooke as my trainer, I achieved my goal so much sooner than I anticipated! I've been working with Brooke since May 2024 and have been so impressed by my results so far. I love the partner workouts and every session is different. It's always challenging and a great sweat sesh! Her setup is amazing. It's super clean and has everything you need. I love that we have an ongoing shared document where she shares my upcoming workout so I know what to expect. She also helps keep track of the weights so we know when I have a personal record. We just completed an 8-week challenge and I'm so excited to share that I won first place.

Here's my results:
Over the last 8 weeks, I’ve had countless wins and realizations. I can’t believe how much our bodies can change in only 8 weeks! I am so impressed with what I can achieve and can’t wait to keep going and get stronger 💪🏼

Here’s what I changed:
Supplements: I added 1st Phorm supplements to my daily regimen (collagen, MegaWatt pre-workout, Full-Mega fish oil). I love the post-workout stack with Phormula-1, Ignition, and creatine.

Nutrition: I aim to eat protein first during my meals and snacks. I’m constantly drinking water throughout the day to stay hydrated and get at least 100oz of water in. I’ve focused on getting 150 grams of protein a day and taking my supplements. I wasn’t the best at tracking but I did track in the app and was able to get an idea of what I needed to do. Next challenge I will be more consistent with tracking.

I added more training sessions with Brooke. I initially was going once a week, then increased it to 2x a week and now 3x a week.
I stayed very consistent with my workouts and listened to my body. I rested when I needed to and I went hard when I had it in me.

I consistently get my steps in every day (at least 10k). If I’m watching a show, I’ll do it on my treadmill. Late evening walks with my husband and dog too.

Here are my WINS! 🎉
I lost 15 freaking pounds! I thought maybe 10 was attainable and I’m so pleasantly surprised about this! I’m at the lightest weight I’ve ever been in my adulthood.

My body composition has shifted and I can see the muscle definition in my arms, abs, and legs without flexing. This was a goal of mine.

I was able to wean off of my anxiety medication, a huge win! My next goal is to wean off my depression medication by the end of this year.

Feeling stronger overall. I’m getting at least 7+ hours of sleep each night and I have energy throughout the day where I don’t have to rely on caffeine.

I’m so grateful that I met Brooke and just being able to push myself beyond limits that I didn’t think were possible. I’m excited to continue growing, learning, improving and just get stronger. Fit and Forty here I come!!! 🎉

I’ve been going to Brooke since August 2022 and She is so knowledgeable and helpful. I felt like I started from zero after multiple surgeries and a pregnancy and she worked with me through all of that. I’ve been working with Brooke for about 6 months now and I love my transformation. Brooke truly cares about her clients and she is Educator . She will provide you with information and solutions to address almost every condition and if she doesn’t know at the time she will by the next training session . I think it’s a great work out program so far! I will say even after only the first week or so I already started to see results, especially in my abdomen area because before this program, rarely did I ever work out my core haha. But Brooke is great! Unlike most personal trainers, from the bat she was always there and always let me know if I ever needed any help on anything!
