Is Movement Collective still holding classes? Where can i find another mobility class as effective as theirs?

Great studio. If you're like me and you want to know why your doing each movement instead of just going through the motions, you'll love it here. The instructors also do a good job of giving different levels / options for each exercise, allowing you to activate the right muscles even if you're not very flexible yet.

Minor thing but I also like how they keep the room cool, so you can focus on the movements instead of mopping up your sweat :)

The mobility classes are what I appreciate most about this studio.
They have exercises that get into your deep tissue and target muscles that you're not used to using. They help counter the effects of long term sitting, which is pretty much inescapable for anyone in western culture. I love how I feel after these classes. I believe classes like these are so important for everyone, and could help prevent injuries, surgeries, and illnesses that are frequent in later life, but in reality, completely preventable.

Malachi and CJ are the best of the best when it comes to teaching mobility and yoga. I haven't had a class I didn't love!

As an amateur crossfitter who prioritizes both working on strength and mobility work, the studio's location (above a crossfit gym) is a 10/10. I also like that the owner approaches class in a way that "teaches you to fish rather than give you fish." Dropping in at Movement Collective has became my designated activity every time traveling to Oahu!

This is a great place for a yoga session where you're not going to stepping on someone else's mat all the time! It's above a gym so if you're looking for someplace with quiet serenity then this may not be the place for you, but I felt it was a great stretch & workout and a fun challenge to center my mind while blocking out external stimuli.

I’ve been going to Yoga Collective for a few months now. I β€˜dated’ around with different yoga studios and this is the one for me. The schedule fits my life the best and each teacher really brings something unique. It’s the best studio I’ve tried in Honolulu. Clean studio, new equipment and nice experienced teachers.

Signed up for the local unlimited 2 weeks trial and enjoyed the experience very much. As someone who only does yoga occasionally, didn't think I would be hooked. The teachers are great and welcoming and the different teaching styles and classes add variety and challenges to the practices.
