Had an awesome experience with Jarrett! Learned a lot and my fitness journey has been great. I didn’t feel any pressure nor do I have anything negative to say about his studio. He was super flexible with the scheduling as well even though I have a super busy schedule. Hoping to come back when I’m able to!

I've been working with Jarrett at OLA Fitness for over 7 months now and I dont plan on stopping any time soon. There are so many positives to mention. Jarrett is flexible with my work schedule and we've figured out a routine that works best for both of us, and if any changes need to be made he's more than happy to help me figure out when we can move a session.

He also helps me outside of our training sessions, asking me about my sleep, water intake, nutrition, even stress levels. When I go on vacation we even discuss what I can do to make sure I maintain all the hard work ive been doing!

His workouts are top notch. I feel like I'm being pushed without feeling like I'm dying. This is the longest I've stuck with any workout routine and we constantly talk about how to keep it up. Workouts shouldn't feel stressful and Jarrett makes sure of that. The gains I've seen have boosted my confidence and I'm so happy with the work we've done.

His rates are more than affordable the location is easy to find and get to! Bonus is the visitor parking!

I recommend Jarrett to everyone I know and can't sing his praises enough! If you get the chance to work with him I know you'll appreciate him as much as I do!

I’ve trained with Jarrett for over a year now, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for both my health and fitness journey. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and truly dedicated to helping his clients succeed.

One of the things I appreciate most is how he customizes workouts to fit exactly where you are physically. When I tweaked my back, he didn’t just push through the same routine, he adjusted my exercises and made sure I was still progressing safely.

What really sets him apart is his focus on long-term, sustainable results. He took the time to understand my personal goals and helped me create a realistic plan to reach them.

If you're looking for a trainer who truly listens, adapts, and helps you stay on track both mentally and physically, I can’t recommend Jarrett enough. I’ve never felt stronger or more motivated, and I owe that to his guidance.

Really great experience, Im starting my second package of sessions with Jarrett and he has definitely guided me to the results I was looking for. We started in maybe July or Aug and now in only Feb, my body and health has completely transformed. I lost the extra weight and traded it for muscle. I would say the goal I was hoping for has been achieved and now its a matter of tuning and toning and maintaining. I learned a lot about what I was able to accomplish with some dedication. and I cant wait to see what I can do in the next several months

Jarrett and his trainers are excellent. I love the privacy of this smaller gym and I’ve been learning a lot about my body and proper form. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient with me (and others, from what I’ve observed). He ensures that proper form and technique is used, while also providing additional educational tidbits here and there. Jarrett’s personable, flexible and extremely responsive. I love the personal attention he gives to all of us separately in the semi-private classes, and the private classes were an excellent starter too. I’ve been getting stronger week by week, I just have to stick with it consistently. Highly recommend!!

I am so glad to have found OLA Fitness. Jarrett and his team are very supportive, understanding, and knowledgeable! Each trainer is fun, isn't afraid to push us, and yet gives a lot of grace.

I was looking for someone to help me get back into volleyball after having knee surgery and taking a break for a few years. It's been about 3 months so far and I'm playing volleyball again with little to no knee pain! Now we're adapting my objectives, and I can't wait to continue working with them!

We first found Jarrett through a referral from my dad's Physical Therapist. His PT sessions were coming to an end and we needed someone who could help him to continue to work on his overall strength and balance. We've been working with Jarrett for over 6 months and have noticed that dads been a lot stronger and has more energy. Jarrett is very patient when working with dad, knows his limits and just how much he is able to push him. At 78 he would rather sit in his chair all day watching TV, but we are grateful that he looks forward to his training sessions. And the best part is that he comes to our home.

Mom, who is 83 years old has been working with Jarrett for the past year and a half. Previously, she had stopped attending her community exercise classes due to COVID, and consequently lost strength in her core and legs. Additionally, she had some health issues that made her prone to losing her balance.

After working with Jarret as a personal trainer, mom’s strength and balance has improved dramatically. I have taken her on a few trips/tours now where she has walked better and had more stamina than many folks younger than her! After every trip, Jarrett will contact me to see how mom did and if there were any concerns during her travels. Mom’s friends are so impressed with her progress that two of them are now working with him!!

When I retired after working 50 years I realized more exercise was required. And miraculously, I was driving home one day and spotted a white van, OLA Fitness. Owner Jarrett came into my life at just the right moment. He has now been part of my weekly routine for 14 months. Initially he recommended lowering my daily caloric intake which resulted in a 22 lb weight loss. I’m not always well disciplined and he keeps me on the straight and narrow. Where should I start?! Jarrett is not only an amazing and kind person but also has an incredible amount of knowledge about fitness and health. I started a program with Ola Fitness to increase my endurance and strength for surfing and to lean out more. Jarrett is the best PT on island! I've never worked with any other PT who is as knowledgeable, friendly and invested as Jarrett. He knows exactly what program I need and is committed to me reaching my fitness goals. My decision to engage Jarrett followed a number of articles that I had read about how much muscle mass we lose as we age, and the mounting evidence of the benefits of strength training as we get older.
OK, so there was also the fact that my mirror kept reminding me that I was pudgier than I'd have liked to admit.
However, the deciding factor was my admission to myself that I was simply not disciplined enough to stick with any training or exercise schedule on my own.
Like many of my friends, I had joined gyms, gone for a while and then missed a day or two - and never gone back.
When I began to work with Jarrett, I was pleased to find him to be bright, educated, knowledgeable, non-threatening and FUN!
Truthfully, there are days when I think "Uh oh. He's coming today"; but by the time the workout is over, I am always pleased with myself for having done it.
I no longer have any lower back issues, have gone from 32% body fat to 25%, and trimmed 4" off my waist size.
While I still moan on "leg days", I'm pretty sure that I won't be that senior in the t.v. ad who says "Help! I've fallen, and I can't get up!"
Add all of this to the fact that Jarrett is very flexible with my schedule, is extremely punctual and professional and makes the training fun, and I can easily say that I am a very satisfied client!

Before I started training with Jarrett in Sept 2017, I had a total lack of motivation, lack of energy, not much muscle strength, challenges with balance, body flabby even though at Weight Watcher goal weight.  I could barely get myself to walk on the treadmill at the gym.
When my husband & I had our initial session, we were so pleased that he asked what OUR fitness goals were, he LISTENS!  He has taught us age-appropriate exercises (I’m 73, my hubby 80) which we really appreciate. Because it's personalized, dealing with MY goals not someone else's idea of what I should want my goals to be.  Jarrett is always checking about how I feel about what we're doing, & is very flexible & will adjust the exercise if need be.  He’s very attentive to our form & makes sure we’re doing the exercise correctly for safety & maximum benefit.
It's SO convenient to have a personal trainer come to your house, no time wasted driving to & from a gym, looking for a parking spot, etc. These appointments are the first thing on our calendar every month, & we schedule everything else around them; helps us put our health first!   He brings all the equipment needed & always plays our choice of music to work out to.
I now have more energy, stamina, strength, balance than any other time of my life, look better in my clothes, feel proud of my accomplishments & my commitment to keep it up.
