I’ve been working with Roy for a couple months now and the experience has been more than I could’ve imagined. He really listens to your needs and goals and custom-tailors a plan that fits your lifestyle. He is also open to collaborate and make changes to plans along the way whenever something isn’t working.
As someone who has a history of yo-yo dieting with good, but unsustainable results, Roy has been a breath of fresh air. He promotes an all foods fit mentality and provides a blueprint to choosing foods that nourish your mind and body without feeling restrictive. He is always available to answer questions and address concerns without judgment, and has helped me sift through all the fitness noise I hear about online. Roy really makes me feel seen. I’ve worked briefly with other nutrition and coaching professionals before and I feel Roy is the first one to make me feel like more than just another client. He recognizes that I am my own person and doesn’t force me to fit into some cookie cutter mold.
Something I wasn’t expecting was how accessible and relaxed working out with Roy would feel. Roy is a really nice guy and easy to talk to. During my workout sessions, we’ll talk about things going on in our lives and share a few laughs. He is not the stereotypical, gym-bro with a militaristic approach to coaching. Take it from someone who hates exercising and had bad experiences working out in the past, Roy takes your preferences into account and understands making baby steps towards progress.
I would highly recommend Roy for anyone’s fitness and nutrition goals. He’s been through a lot of the weight loss struggles many people face, and I believe he stands out among other coaches out there.

Roy is a fantastic coach! Not only did I lose over 27lbs with Roy's guidance. I gained self confidence, healthy habits for life and have a positive outlook on nutrition and exercise. For those looking for expertise, support, guidance and understanding through your health and weight loss journey...Coach Roy is it! He is phenomenal! I wasn't always onboard with what he wanted me to do but he told me to trust the process and it would work. He was always right! Some of us just can't do it alone and he is the help you need. For me i feel like I've tried so many things to get my weight and health under control. I've walked away from those with many unhealthy food relationships but Roy has helped me identify and work through those. I've never had a healthier relationship with food than I do now.
Roy understands that we're all different and has helped me understand that weightloss is a lifelong journey and it's important that however we go about it can be continued long term.
Last but not least Roy is an amazing cheerleader but can still be firm and direct.

I was a client of his for his 6 month program. I learned a lot about lifestyle changes and making adjustments to your mindset. I had not thought about my relationship with food before coaching and I was able to change the way I think about food. The accountability is also a big game changer. It helped me to continue having a desire to keep up and turn my eating and exercise into habits. He makes it easy to learn how to track your eating and reach goals. One of the things that has stuck with me is his saying "progress over perfection". It means you don't have to do everything perfectly just a little better than last time. I would recommend anyone interested in reaching their weight and strength goals to join him. He is an inspiration.
