This beautiful serene studio in Kahului, Maui is an oasis in the middle of a busy little shopping center. It is a calm, candlelit room with plenty of props available to enhance your practice. I’ve had the pleasure of attending classes with most of the teachers, and all are professional, kind and helpful with building your practice regardless of your current abilities. While all are wonderful, my personal favorites are Amy (the owner) and Bruno, whose evolving practice opens new pathways on the yoga journey. I highly recommend Soulasana🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Such a great studio. Teachers are all very mindful and super welcoming. There are a variety of classes to fit your yoga needs/level. The studio has such great vibes!!! When you walk into the door you just feel calm and peaceful. They also have a great retail selection of yoga gear, crystals, oils, and more! Mahalo

Soulasana is a diamond in the heart of Kahului! This studio is simply beautiful, clean, modern and well appointed. The studio space is large and refreshing. The flooring, mirrors, candles and decor create an atmosphere of relaxation, comfort and style. The reception area is welcoming and elicits a feeling of community, sharing and friendship. There are books, a hanging chair and pillows to just chill and enjoy before of after your practice.

The staff are well trained and personable. The classes offered are diverse and allow working people like myself to have a strong yoga practice by offering evening and weekend classes.

Parking is plentiful and convenient. I can get my yoga fix and run errands since the studio is conveniently located to all my favorite stores. It’s just great!

Soulasana in Kahului is my favorite yoga studio. They offer a variety of different classes and workshops. The staff is very friendly, it's centrally located with lots of parking and a cute retail shop too. I started going there for the Kundalini Yoga, then they started doing cool workshops, and now that I’m pregnant, I love going to their prenatal yoga sunday class! Kylie, the prenatal teacher is just phenomenal. I look forward to going to their “Baby and Me” classes when baby makes his debut 😍

Great local yoga place, which is welcoming of tourists. I flew into Maui and my hips were so tight after 15 hours of traveling. I was a little intimidated to walk into a local yoga place, but they were totally welcoming! Drop in rate is $20/class (on par to Philadelphia, where I am from), and mat rentals are available for $2 each. Had a great experience, and they helped me loosen up my poor hips so I could enjoy my vacation! Highly recommend dropping in!

Good Instructors Good Vibe at the Studio. I been going for two months mostly taking Yoga Flow and Mediation Classes. I enjoy and classes and my feels more flexible in a good way. There a good parking available at the Maui Mall lot. You can always stop Whole Food before or after class if you need something. I noticed they also been cool one time working on different healing issues. Worth checking out. Brian

I have been to many yoga spaces on Maui and this is one of the top ones! The yoga shala is spacious, heart-warming, and completely nourishing. The teachers are fabulously skilled at what they do, and the community is open and friendly to new students and yogis.

My family and I recently traveled to Maui, and while I love my kids, I was in great need of some "me" time. After inquiring with some nice locals, I was told about this "new" and "amazing" studio called Soulasana. I loved the name and decided to try it! I am SO glad I did! My instructor was one of the best I've ever had and the space was so serene and inviting. I left feeling fully restored and ready to enjoy the rest of my vacation with my kids! :-) If you are lucky enough to make this your "home" studio, I'm jealous!! And if you are visiting, it is worth fitting this into your itinerary!

This beautiful new yoga studio is a wonderful place to go take classes. Michelle on Sundays is wonderful, she is deliberate in explaining the poses and is super friendly. It's such a great location there at maui mall, you Just go to yoga then Whole Foods for shopping after. Glad I found a new yoga home.

I rarely would write review, unless I’m very impressed or very upset. I felt in love with this Yoga space from first sight, it is so spacious,
breezy and cozy. You can see that owners put a lot of love into it! So many classes 🤩 for my busy schedule it is perfect, every day I can find time to do yoga, go eat my lunch in Whole Foods and it feels great! I like instructors also, everyone is so nice and Personable! My favorite class is 9:30am Saturday with Katia, she is amazing! So so grateful 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻to find that Yogy Temple and practice! It’s also super affordable.
