Yogalates is an intense and extremely challenging workout that combines yoga & pilates. One side of the body is stretching while the opposite is strengthening. Other workouts include vinyasa yoga and stretch classes. All levels are welcome!

The vibes are immaculate, complete with plants, mirrors, great equipment, and a furry welcome committee! Super knowledgeable and welcoming instructors always deliver a solid sweat session. And the space is intimate enough that you get the attention you need. Playlists always on point too! 10/10 would recommend β¨

I adore this Pilates studio! The workout is fantastic, and Chelsea has built an incredible community. It's genuinely my favorite workout experience. I would go here everyday if I could. The workout itself has been so incredibly good for my body for strengthening and stretching keeping me feeling strong!!

I've been doing Pilates at The Den for about 6 weeks now and it has been a complete game changer. Back pain, gone. Finally I'm able to run and surf again without any pain. The app makes it super easy to reserve a spot and there are a ton of class days and times to choose from which is great for those with busy schedules. The studio is in a beautiful spot and the instructors are all amazing and each offers something a little different.

I recently started classes and The Den and itβs safe to say Iβm hooked! As a yoga teacher myself, these workouts are the perfect balance of low impact strength and flexibility. I never leave a class without dripping sweat and shaking legs. The location is beautiful and the owner Chelsey is so sweet. Highly recommend!

Iβve been taking class on Monday or Wednesday nights at 7pm, which is great for my work schedule by the way. I donβt usually sweat during Pilates but my body has been shaking and feeling the burn! Cannot reccommend highly enough!

I recently took a couple yogalates classes taught by Chelsea and they were amazing! I was new to these types of classes but It made it comforting to be in a judge free environment! I definitely get the work out "high" after completing one of these classes :)

Where to begin... I am a fitness fanatic, having tried every class/workout under the sun, this is by far the hardest/most rewarding class there is. If you actually want to see changes in your body/strength/agility/longevity then this is it. Chelsey is the most hardworking instructor you'll ever meet and I'm sure if you go to one class you'll fall in love!
