Cautionary tale for any military family members that plan to utilize their services. My daughter attended their courses for almost 2 years. As we approached PCS, they were unwilling to prorate their tuition or work with us as all sessions are paid in 3 month installments. Unfortunately due to our circumstances we could not commit to that many sessions and would have wasted money on half of the sessions we paid for. We were faithful customers to them and our daughter really enjoyed going here, but got the strong sense that the business side takes precedence over the personal when speaking to the owner about our situation. When explaining the situation to the owner, was told that they don’t make exceptions to their policy and that military families have never had a problem in the past. Well, we are a military family and we had a problem that she was unwilling to reassess their policy for. The only person this hurts is the 5 year old that doesn’t understand why she can’t go to gymnastics anymore. As a military officer, I deal with policies everyday. It’s the individual person that applies judgment to the policy in cases when the situation warrants. To me what better case can be made to reassess your policy than a when child, your primary customer, is negatively effected by it. Apparently she disagrees. Lastly, when I explained this rationale to the owner, she abruptly cut off the conversation and hung up on me. Up to that point the conversation was civil and when I explained the rationale above she was obviously annoyed that I was questioning their policy. Again, it’s “worked in the past”. Hope this helps anyone in the future to at least understand the situation as they approach PCS, which is already stressful enough without a distraught 5 year old that just wants to play with her friends and coach. At least you’ll be able to prepare your child better than we could. 2 stars due to the fact that Brianna, our daughters coach not the owner, really does a great job with the kids. Had the owner been willing to work with us or express a desire to reassess their policy I would have given a better review.

Been going for over a year since they first opened up. Daughter was in the tumble tots and now tiny tumblers class. She absolutely loved it and has helped her listening and social skills. Also helps wear her out which is nice for me. All the staff is so friendly and coach Bri is an amazing teacher with the little ones. Highly recommend them.
