Love Wai Ho'ola yoga studio. Lots of different types of yoga and alignment classes that really have helped me with strength, flexibility and balance. The classes help me perform better in my other sports (surfing, pickleball, swimming). Love the breathwork. It has helped me stay calm under pressure. The instructors are all very qualified in their field and friendly. The vibe is welcoming and inclusive. Wai Ho'ola builds a community with activities outside of the studio too, like hiking and roller skating! This studio also reaches out and offers programs to serve marginalized community members. It's more than just a studio, it's ohana. They also offer massage. I see a variety of people in class, both men and women. Highly recommend.

My first class here was Yin + Restorative with Chonsa - Her voice was so soothing and her sequencing so thoughtful. There were poses offered that I havent tried before and she walked us through them gently. Above that, you could tell there was a strong sense of real community in the studio. Loved the class and the space Wahi Ho'ola has created. Looking forward to many more classes!

This studio feels like an extension of one's living room, where ya just want to hang out. The studio is well managed by the owners it is clean, fresh and vibrant. The owners really understand the needs of their community, they are friendly and welcoming. Every teacher we take class is well versed in their skill at teaching as well as knowing the biodynamics of how the body moves and what it needs to move better. The monthly pass makes it super affordable and easy to attend when it works with your schedule. They offer a wide variety of different styles of classes too. I've been at a lot of different studios here on Maui and I can honestly say this is a top-notch, top-shelf, studio! Rebecca's teacher training classes has truly raised the quality of yoga teachers in our community.Thank you to all the wonderful teachers, and to the owners, we love attending your classes!

This is the first yoga studio I found on Maui where I felt instant connection, and I’m so grateful it exists! There’s a variety of classes on the schedule 7 days a week, and every instructor shows kindness & presence in their class. I love the community that’s growing & the opportunities available to connect even more!

I highly recommend this lovely yoga community! As a traveler nurse I wanted to continue my practice and the owners (Lei & Rebecca), instructors, and fellow yogis made me feel right at home. Don’t miss out and make sure you visit and join Wahi Hoola Yoga Wellness. They offer plenty of classes and also offer massage services. Namaste!

This Studio is beautiful and welcoming! It starts with the heart the owners have put into it, and because of that heart they have created a community of teachers and students that are so open and warm. Mahalo to Lei and Becca for working their tails off for something they truly believe in. We all feel it 💜🫶🏽

100% the best yoga studio on Maui! I've practiced at Yoga Tree and Love Story studios in San Francisco, and YogaWorks in LA and I have to say Wahi Ho'ola Yoga ranks right up there for me. They have a perfectly curated schedule with classes for all levels and all needs along with the most amazing teachers on the island! 🦋

Leilani and Rebecca have created a beautiful space that welcomes all.
Knowing how nervous I was to take a yoga class, Lei suggested the Warm Yin class to ease me into new movements and positions. She was right, I felt so comfortable and relaxed, even with being at the front of the class. I will happily suggest this studio to anyone who will listen.

Also, Rebecca gives a mean massage. Her hands are magic. 🥰

I was introduced to the Wahi Ho'ola Yoga + Wellness studio through their $40 month long unlimited class introductory rate for residents. I'm now a monthly rate member. The teachers (Bonnie, Megg, Codie, and Kyla) are friendly and encouraging and the owners Rebecca and Lei are welcoming. I love that it's in my neighborhood and the variety of classes and times. They also offer excellent workshops.

i heard about this studio from a friend and decided to get the monthly trial to try out the classes. that was 8 months ago and i have been a member ever since! there are many different classes and teachers and everyone is approachable and friendly. i was new to a regular yoga practice but never felt like i didn’t belong. when i have questions, they provide answers. when i need help with a pose, they provide hands on adjustments. i love this studio and the teachers and the safe space they have thoughtfully created.

Highly recommend, including for visitors to Maui.

It was super easy to sign up online, and they have a reasonable single class price.

Bonnie’s mobility class is amazing. It felt so good after hours of sitting on planes and driving around the island. And she gave everyone lots of personal attention to make sure we all got the most out of the exercises.

Inspired to start off this new year with some self-care, so I booked a massage with Rebecca at Wahi Ho'ola. She is an amazing + present therapist and you can feel the mana through her hands. I'm also a massage therapist and always inspired to receive from others. I will definitely be booking another session w/ her!
My first yoga class at the studio, restorative yin w/ Codie, was exactly what I needed to end my self care day! Overall beautiful, clean space with the sweetest crew in Wailuku. Thanks ladies!

First off, let me start by saying Rebecca is a fantastic massage therapist! She's got such a beautiful gift with her healing hands!
Secondly, I have to say whether you're trying yoga for the first time, or practicing for the 100th time, you will not be disappointed to have an experience here! It's a charming, and wonderful space. The owners and instructors have put a lot of love into this space and into their practices, and it can be seen and felt. A lot of these instructors I've practiced with in a previous studio, and I'm so happy to have a great, safe and conveniently located place to practice yoga in again!

This space has so much heart. I have practiced and taught in so many spaces but the intentions behind these doors are so pure and light, I am so grateful to be a part of this ohana! The attention and care as owners and yogis can be felt and they really have created a special place for people to show up as is. The intention is not to fix or change anyone, but to be brave enough to show up to the practice and trust the rest will fall into place. Mahalo Becca & Lei - this truly is a wahi ho'ola.

I’m so happy to have a centrally located hot yoga studio! I have always been blown away by Rebecca’s method for yoga and her massage is fantastic. She also happens to have some of my favorite teachers on island teaching at her studio. Also, amazing views of Iao! I highly recommend this great place with great energy. I know it will become your new yoga home.
