My friend and I had a healing experience with Kelsi, she was not only an experienced yoga instructor but also and caring one. A few of us are easily motion sick and she had a few natural remedies like maridian points pressure wrist span and peppermint oil for us. I didn't feel motion sickness during the session, and it was an absolutely bliss time. I was surrounded by the ocean, the city and aloha under Kelsi's instructions and care. Thank you Kelsi, hope I heard your name right!

What a great yoga session on the water! Kelsey is a great instructor, working with different levels of experience on the boards. Really dreamy to do downward dog while looking at the ocean surface. And Kelsey incorporated putting hands and feet in the water to keep cool while doing poses. Highly recommend!

Disappointing. The class was fine, but the Friday night instructor on 8/15/25 was extremely unprofessional toward myself and another woman. I paid $80 for this class which was a gift to me. I arrived early and offered to help the instructor with the boards and she immediately had a negative attitude toward me, did not greet anyone, and just sent me away to wait. Then the instructor was unprepared and brought enough boards but not enough anchors for everyone so one woman had to sit out. Third, I planned to take my own photos but she asked before the class started if I wanted photos for $10 and I said yes, so I left my phone in the car. During photo time she only took pictures of a few people then went back to her board, leaving me confused if I was in any photos. Afterward myself and another woman asked if she took pictures and she said, “no you should’ve asked for them during photo time” … huh? I specifically said yes, I want photos right before the class started. I reminded her that and told her she clearly did not pass along the memo that we needed to ask a second time during the class for photos if multiple people were skipped. She snarkily smiled, rolled her eyes, and laughed about it with no professionalism, accountability, or offer to just quickly go back out in the water while we were on the beach. Or even any kind of discount for the next class to get pictures then. I was really excited for this class and wouldn’t have been upset if it was a genuine mistake met with accountability, but instead she shifted the blame for her own confusion on her clients. Neither namaste nor aloha.

I was quite nervous exploring this unique adventure solo. Allie was so zen and encouraging, providing wonderful anticipatory guidance every step of the way. Easy to find the group with the instructive video online. 10/10 & highly recommend! Nothing like it.

If you have never tried SUP yoga before, you should do so with Yoga Floats. Kelsie was an amazing instructor - attentive, kind, and personable. She lead us through the practice from simply getting comfortable on the board to experimenting with different poses towards the end. She meets people where they are and modifies or challenges for all levels, while also keeping the tone of the class light. Would definitely do it again on a future visit. Watch out for that tree pose!

I experienced the most unique excursion in Hawaii with the Yoga Float, and it was absolutely transformative! Practicing yoga on a floating platform surrounded by the stunning warm waters and breathtaking landscapes of the islands. The gentle sway of the ocean added a serene rhythm to our practice, making each pose and stretch magical.
Shout out to Sariah our instructor she was incredibly skilled and attentive, guiding us through a blend of traditional yoga and mindfulness techniques and making us stop to slow our breathing and truly take in every second. We left feeling rejuvenated and connected to both my body and the beauty of the Hawaiian environment.
To top it off, the sunsets during our sessions were nothing short of magical, creating a perfect backdrop for blissful moments of meditation. If you're looking for an unforgettable experience that combines adventure, tranquility, and breathtaking views, the Yoga Float is a must-do! Highly recommend!

This is definitely one of the best parts of our trip! I was a beginner, and the other people in my group were more advanced. We all enjoyed it, and the instructor was super supportive of all levels of yoga. It was challenging and fun! The fireworks at the end on the aloha Friday were an excellent combination to the experience. I highly recommend Yoga floats! Thank you so much!

Absolutely amazing! The instructor was so kind and helpful, the poses are reasonably challenging for all levels of skill. The beach is very accessible, and has lovely views at 8am when we went. We were even joined by a turtle, swimming under the boards and popping up to say hello. There was also a rainbow over the mountain in the distance. Overall, a magical 10/10 experience.

Attended a yoga on a paddleboard class with Karin at Yoga Floats in Honolulu yesterday, and it was an incredible experience! As a beginner, I truly appreciated Karin's gentle approach and calming presence—she made me feel completely safe on the board. The class itself literally flew by. We opted for the $10 per person photo package, which gave us some wonderful memories of the day. We booked through GoPass.
I’d book the class with Karin again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique way to experience yoga in beautiful Oahu ☼❀

The BEST way to end my solo trip to Oahu!
I traveled to Oahu solo, and sought out a bunch of wellness experiences. My trip came up really last minute, and a lot of the Yoga Floats sessions that fit into my schedule were already booked, but the owner Kelsey was so nice and went out of her way to help me arrange a private Light Up The Night experience.
Everything is so professional and clear with Yoga Floats, from the communication and confirmation email with clear directions on how to get to the location no matter how you’re arriving, to the awesome drone video showing you EXACTLY where to park and the meeting point (I was so impressed by this), to the class and instruction itself.
As soon as I was out on the water, I was in heaven. Class began at 6:30 just as the sun was setting (in February) and it was the absolute perfect time because I got to enjoy the sunset and do the glow experience. The water at this beach is so calm and was perfect for SUP yoga.
My teacher made it accessible and fun, her and I had a blast. She was so kind and guided me beautifully (as a long-time yoga teacher, I’m pretty critical of a good teacher!), also giving me some time to try things on my own.
She took some great pictures for me and I’ll treasure them forever. Being on the water in this way was the most magical experience - it took both the yoga and the sunset to an entirely new level.
The sunset and full moon were stunning. I loved it so much!
I can’t wait to be back in Oahu and book take more classes with Yoga Floats!

Aloha Bliss! I just had the most incredible Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga experience with Yoga Floats in stunning Ala Moana Beach!
The moment I stepped onto the paddleboard, I knew I was in for a treat. The tranquil ocean waters, the warm tropical sun, and the breathtaking scenery set the tone for a truly unforgettable experience.
Our instructor was amazing, guiding us through a series of flowing yoga poses that challenged and relaxed us in equal measure. The paddleboard added an extra layer of excitement, requiring us to engage our cores and focus our minds.
But the real magic happened when we took a break from our practice to simply float, soak up the sun, and enjoy the majestic views. It was truly heavenly!
And, as an added bonus, I got some EPIC photos to commemorate the experience! If you're looking for a unique, exhilarating, and deeply relaxing experience in Hawaii, look no further than Yoga Floats. Book your SUP Yoga adventure today – you won't regret it!

Whenever I go on vacation, I make sure to try local yoga studios - and Yoga Floats is one of my favorite experiences in Hawaii and out of everywhere else I have gone. I signed up for the combo paddle boarding and SUP yoga class and it was absolutely fantastic, perfect for first timers and for experienced SUP participants. Signup on the website was easy, and directions for the class very clear. Kelsey was an amazing instructor from start to finish - friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable. The paddle boarding class was a great way to get accustomed to being on the board - we even got to see some turtles! There was a 30 minute break between classes, and Kelsey helped me find a place to get some desperately needed coffee (the 6 hour time change was a lot for me), or she gave us the option to paddle more, if we wanted.
The yoga was AMAZING. I am a yoga instructor on the mainland, so I have some yoga experience. Kelsey's cueing was great, giving options for the several people in class who had never done it before, while also giving options for more experienced yogis to really have fun - not an easy feat for an instructor! We had a class ranging from maybe 12 years old to someone who was in her 60s (I'm 50). Each participant could make the class suit their own needs, and make it as easy or challenging as they needed it to be. The ocean is a fantastic neutralizer for everyone, and the location was perfection.
I highly recommend Yoga Floats for anyone looking for yoga on Oahu - I really wish I could use the 20% off coupon for returning students! I'm saving it, just in case.
Thank you for an amazing experience Kelsey!

This had to one of the best times on our Hawaii vacation this year. We enjoyed the session as it was our first experience on the boards. The serene environment made it even more relaxing. It was a beginners yoga but that did not matter since it was the first time doing it on a floating board. If you enjoy Yoga and wish to experience something relaxing and different then definitely schedule a session. You won’t regret it!

Our guide was super friendly, peacefully calm and knew how to put my mind at ease when I felt nervous about standing up. I preferred criss cross sitting or on knees the whole time and my teen son was a champ at the whole thing. We even saw a baby sea turtle poke his head up out of the water 😊.
If this is your first time paddle boarding, please be aware that it is actually a big workout for the body (you will especially realize that the next day). Carrying the board into the water from the grass, although doable, was a lot for me (I am 50 years old with a touchy bad back).
But such a unique and serene area to enjoy gliding across the water! I am happy to have experienced this with a guide I felt safe & confident with. Mahalo Yoga Floats!

This class was such a highlight on my first visit to Hawaii. I've never tried paddle boarding, so definitely nervous, but Kelsey was an amazing instructor! She taught us for the first 20 minutes going over rules and safety procedures and answer any questionswe we had.
Actually it was an interesting morning to say the least. My cousin and I signed up initially for a 5 people class since it would be more closer to a one-on-one type of lesson. Later we found out there will actually be 2 extra people joining for this lesson.
They are actually from the states too but had missed their appointment with Kelsey because they had supposedly overslept. So, instead of just following the no refund policy she had kindly offered to let them join us this morning instead.
I'm glad that Kelsey respected our time and eventually we all continued on with the lesson without the others since they ended up being late 40 minutes into the lesson with still no sign of them where were had all gathered.
To me, I just think it's a bit inconsiderate for someone to ask for a refund after missing the lesson twice in a row.
Other than that, it was beautiful that morning, the wave were gentle, the wind wasn't overwhelming and we even saw a few sea turtles!!! Oh! And a jelly fish!
Just amazing, I highly recommend taking this class if you want to learn basics!
P.s. I thought I saw a turtle later too, but it was just a rock 😅.

I recently attended the Light Up the Night class with Yoga Floats in Honolulu, and what an experience! Practicing yoga on a stand-up paddleboard is already unique, but doing it at night with glowing boards adds a layer of enchantment.
The instructor was fantastic—knowledgeable, supportive, and patient. The combination of balancing on the water and following the guided practice added a fun challenge while still being incredibly relaxing.
And savasana was even more relaxing than usual—lying on the paddleboard, feeling the gentle warmth of the water beneath, and watching the flow of the lights drifting around us. It was a truly calming and grounding way to finish the practice.
I highly recommend the Light Up the Night class with Yoga Floats. It’s the perfect way to unwind while enjoying the beauty and serenity of Hawaii at night.

My boyfriend was visiting Hawaii for the first time, and he really wanted to try paddleboarding. It was my first time too, but I stumbled upon Yoga Floats online and am really glad I did!
Kelsey was a great instructor - she took her time to explain basic safety, about paddleboarding and etiquette of the beach too. She was also really accommodating and supportive (I was nervous to fully stand and stayed on my knees the whole time). She was also a great person overall! We were lucky to have great weather conditions, and her great energy also brought along a lot of great experiences. We saw a turtle pop its head up and a couple of fish flop out of the water too!
I really want to check out some of their other offerings too, like stand up yoga and nighttime yoga on Fridays, where you can see the fireworks shortly after!

The class itself was really great, however our instructor Julie Garvilla had multiple rule and even hostile actions towards my family and I during 1:1 interactions. Here are two examples, not listing all.
(1) When we first arrived to the meetup spot, we quietly stood next to the Van and waited to check in. Out of nowhere, Julie acted extremely impatiently and said to us “give me space and don’t be in my face.”
(2) After the class, while Julie happily showed other client their photos, my sister and I politely asked if we could take a look at our photos as well. Julie rejected our request immediately, then reluctantly agreed after we politely asked again. With no future interactions, Julie rolled her eyes at us, which was witnessed by few other clients who later kindly checked on us.
I understand that Julie might be emotionally impacted by her personal life, but that’s no excuse to bring hostile attitude towards clients while our family was so looking forward to this experience.
We believe Yoga Floats could be a great experience for others, but would warn people against instructor Julie.

My daughter and I had the best time! The instructor was very knowledgeable and taught us how to adapt yoga to a SUP, then into the warm, 3-ft water we went! With an anchor to prevent us from floating away, we floated and started with easy, stable yoga poses before gradually progressing to more challenging ones. We experienced the sunset over Waikiki and watched the stars brighten the evening sky! It was surprisingly grounding to look up at the stars! The instructor dealt well with the different lovels of experience in our group, providing progressions and regressions as needed. Everyone fell off their SUP at least once into the warm water, so refreshing, even at night! I would do this weekly if I lived in Honolulu!

It was a great experience that definitely tested my balance and yoga skills. Some of us in the class were experienced and some of us were not, whether it was our first time on a paddle board, first time doing yoga, or first time doing this activity. The instructor was great, provided modifications, and was encouraging, along with the rest of the class.
We even got rained on for a few minutes and the instructor asked if we wanted to continue and everyone did. I think we were all really engaged with the practice and having fun.
Also, loved that the instructor took pictures. Now I’ve got some really cool photos and memories from this experience.

We had a fabulous time doing SUP yoga with Maryann on 2/23/23! I've done SUP a few times and attempted yoga once, and this experience was better than the rest. The movements were modified to ensure we'd have the most success with staying on the board, while still getting a real yoga workout in. We started on land going over some basics and then we carried our boards into the calm waters. Each of us had an anchor that kept the board in place more or less and kept us centered around our instructor, Maryann. She also took some great sunset pictures of us during the yoga flow, and then asked each of us what other pictures we wanted to take at the end of our session for several more minutes. The pictures are so great, and she easily airdropped them to us. Maryann's manner was also very calming and positive while being clear. She is certainly an experienced yoga teacher. In any case, I would recommend this activity to any friend visiting Honolulu, whether they are experienced or first-timers.

Amazing experience! We attended their evening light up paddle board yoga session and it was so so beautiful! The instructor was awesome and friendly and the class itself was suitable for beginners as well as offering more challenging poses for those who felt ready. We lucked out and our class was also a fireworks night so we got to watch those from our boards after our savasana. My only regret is not being in Hawaii long enough for a second class! Namaste 🙏🏼

I've done yoga, and I love to SUP, but I have never tried doing them at the same time. This morning class was such a great experience! The instructor provided basic instructions and got us on our boards about waist-deep in the water. The location was perfect and calm, great for those new to yoga and SUP. The class moved through basic yoga poses with modifications for those new to yoga. They even provided us photos at the end! Great instructor and class; I highly recommend the company and the experience.

So so amazing!! Absolutely loved this experience. The instructor was great, the day was beautiful, the class was challenging and so fun! Imaging floating on a yoga board while a turtle swims by. Pretty amazing. Totally worth the money - such a unique and beautiful experience. And how special that the instructor takes photos for you! Highly recommend.

We called ahead to register for a class for 7. I received a message saying that we had to call back on the day of because they're saving they're spots for full paying customers and they wanted a full class. We had a Go City Oahu pass and they said the pass only paid them half their cost. I called back the morning of and was told they only had 2 spots left. I let it be known that I was going to leave a negative review then the phone rep said she will see if the instructor had any availability later in the week. I said we were leaving later that evening then she said she would see if the instructor could squeeze us in after the requested session. This is unacceptable service and my party was highly disappointed being turned away in such manner. Zero stars from us.

Why at an amazing event to attend!! My wife and I joined the Light Up the Night SUP Yoga and it did not disappoint! Kelsey was great and did everything she could to make the night special. I get motion sickness from the slightest movement but Kelsey had Ginger and wrist bands to help prevent the sickness. I needed to be off my board for the majority of the session but that didn’t affect my ability to modify and enjoy the yoga. Kelsey made me feel included and everyone was soo accepting.
My wife loved it soo much, she was talking about how she would like to find a place to do SUP Yoga back home.
I highly recommend taking a step back and enjoying your evening with Kelsey, the LED Stand Up Paddle boards, the stars, the warmth of the ocean and the relaxing movement of yoga.

Had so much fun! I ended up being the only person in the class so the instructor was able to tailor instruction to my experience level. It was such a cool challenge to try yoga on the water and the water was warm so falling in wasn’t too bad either! The website has answers to all the questions I had before going. Loved that pictures were included in the price, such a great way to remember the experience!

Such an amazing thing experience! Went on our last day on Oahu as a wind down activity before the flight. Had no trouble finding the meet up location, and our class was about 7 people. We were able to leave keys, shoes, etc in the van. Krista was an incredible instructor, learning everyone’s names and making sure we all felt comfortable before getting started. You walk the boards out into waist high water before dropping anchor, so no need to worry about falling into deep water. As someone with some yoga experience, this was definitely doable but a little more interesting and fun than a normal class. We started with sitting poses and eventually worked up to standing poses, like Tree. Krista takes amazing pictures of everyone and had them up on Facebook to download by the end of the day. Thank you Krista for an amazing and memorable class. Must do and very worth the $50 - when else will you be able to take a yoga class on a paddle board?!

My partner and I did 2 separate events with this company: standup paddle-boarding, and yoga at night, and we had the same instructor for both. She was incredibly helpful and made the class very light-hearted and fun! Ala Moana beach is very family-friendly and plenty of free parking; however there are still homeless people around, so make sure all valuables are hidden from view in your car. If you do one of these events, you can leave your car keys in the Yoga Floats van that you will be meeting at. The instructors will also take photos during the event, so you can pull them anytime from Facebook :)

This was one of our favorite experiences in our recent vacation to Ohua. If you can, try to go to the Light Up The Night session: the paddle boards glow, and the view is wonderful!
Our instructor was great and very conscious of any limitations of the group. She gave different levels of difficulty for most of the movements, and had great tips on balance for those of us who were on a paddle board for the first time.

My friend and I visited Honolulu for a birthday trip, and booked spots for yoga floats through our Go Oahu passes. We booked about a month in advance to ensure that we had a spot, as our class was fully booked for the morning session.
Krista was our instructor and allowed us to have an awesome experience! Although I've done SUP before, I've never tried with yoga, and am not an avid yoga-er, while my friend was familiar with yoga but had never done SUP before. We were both excited for the new experience. The emails that you receive in advance are very informative and give good guidance and direction on where to go and what to bring.
The van was easy to find, and Krista was super friendly right off the bat. You are able to leave your items in the van, so we put sunscreen on and then left everything else. You can bring a hat to keep the sun out of your eyes (helps to keep your focus with your gaze) and there are bungies on the board to keep a water bottle with you). Krista talked us through all of the positions and movements, using yoga terminology. It was helpful that we had some seasoned yoga-ers in our group, so that I could look towards them for direction if I was a little confused. I think it was helpful that Krista moved at the pace that she did, to accommodate for all levels, even for those who were not complete beginners. Krista also does a really great job of taking several photos throughout the entire experience. But also stopping to demonstrate on the board if needed.
We started out with pretty straightforward poses and an movements, but definitely moved to some more challenging variations. You may fall in, so where clothes that you don't mind getting wet in (and the water was very refreshing too!). At the end of our session, we even had a few minutes for free play to try different poses while Krista captured all the fun for us.
Krista was super friendly and helpful, and I also loved hearing about her background and story in coming to be a yoga instructor.
For those that get motion sickness, Krista even had wristbands and ginger candy to help with this.

I. Absolutely Loved. This Class! My favorite thing here during my visit to Honolulu so far aside from getting married lol! Booked this morning's class just yesterday for 2 adults. Had to make one cancellation, and to do so I just called and left a message and Kelsey took care of it for me no problem, texting me confirmation as I requested! Then this morning, I met Krista and she was absolutely delightful! Laid back and chill...everything yoga stands for :D Tbh I do really love yoga at baseline and hot yoga even more! So this was as challenging as I hoped for! *but also* plenty safe for a beginner w/ or w/o yoga background and no motion sickness issues who doesn't mind falling into shallow ocean water occassionally! Highly recommend!

I enjoyed the class as it was in a beautiful location and was accompanied by great instruction. You don't necessarily have to have an experience of doing yoga on a paddle board before; the boards are pretty wide. We were late for the class, but the instructor was very accommodating and, to save our time, brought boards for us in the water. I would definitely take the class again and recommend it to everyone who loves yoga and wants to diversify their activities in Honolulu.

This was so magical! Under the stars in Oahu with a magic touch of fireworks when you awaken from savasana. It was great being around a group ranging from novice to advance, we all had fun laughing at everyone’s balancing. A-MAY-ZING! If you love yoga, this is the place to try SUP Yoga and paddle boarding
I loved my first SUP Yoga class that I booked again for the next day but did the paddleboarding/SUP yoga combo. The combo is an hour paddle boarding with a 30 minute break where you can keep paddling or take a rest before the 75 minute yoga class.
Kelsey, our instructor and owner of Yoga Floats is a lovely person inside and out and loves what she does. She guides you through the pose modifications so you don't lose your balance and end up in the water but that is also half the fun with loads of giggles from people in the class as they go splash. I couldn't help laughing with 'happy baby' at the end of the class!
For the standup paddleboarding, Kelsey gave us a tutorial before we got on the water and then continual tips and instruction throughout the paddle... if you're a complete beginner or have tried it a few times, you will learn a few tips from Kelsey to improve your technique.
With an experience like this, we always want photos to commemorate the experience and Kelsey takes photos throughout the class and gives them to you at no charge after the class.
Simply an amazing and wonderful experience which I cannot recommend highly enough!!

I had a wonderful time with Yoga Floats. The instructor, Kelsey, was very patient with everyone and very informative in the briefing at the beginning. She walks around and takes excellent pictures of you, helps with you with your form and gives you tips for every skill level. I went with my mom after I purchased gift cards for us for Christmas. There was no issue using the gift cards. I simply called the day before to set it up. All belongings can be kept in the van and sand-free. I fell in twice and will be back again to further my yoga practice! Also saw about 4 turtles! What a bonus!

Kelsey was fantastic! This yoga class was so much fun, I’m not too big of a yoga person but I was intrigued by the added challenge of doing it on a paddle board and boy was I right! The class was challenging and tested your balance but Kelsey was great and walked you through the steps with care and suggested the appropriate modifications if they were needed, she also encouraged you to step outside of your comfort zone. I really appreciated that she took pictures of the class and of my friend and I (at our request) to provide us with the lasting memory of the activity. 10/10 would do again and recommend!

Worst experience I have ever had with yoga studios. The owner and instructor is irresponsible, unprofessional and rude. Before the class, the studio is unresponsive to my message, and my call went to voice mail. We arrived at the class early, but we were unable to find her location due to lack of information. When we finally find her location, the instructor left us on the beach and ignored us. We left disappointed. Then the owner refused to give us a refund afterwards.

マジックアイランドと共に現地在住者が殆どで、真っ黒い人も結構たむろして居るので、馴れていないと本能的に怖い場合がワイキキより少し多いです。
