I'd give this a 10000 stars if I could! I'm visiting Kona, and went to this Yoga class taught by SaiFon. She's the OG Yoga guru on thee big Island, which I thought was awesome. Super cool place and vibe, very clean studio, new mats, red and blue lights, great music. I think my IQ leveled up just by being there. She integrated knowledge connecting island and body that was healing, and the workout was incredible! Highly recommend attending one of her classes while on the island!

This studio is small but offers mighty medicine within its walls.
Asana, Kria, mudras, pranayama…whether it’s a fun buti class or a focused vinyasa, a calm yin or rejuvenating meditation with sound healing this studio has it all. Tucked in a quaint neighborhood, and owned and operated by an all star yogini that has been a devoted practitioner for multiple decades. Classes are diverse, and the community is groovy.

I recently moved here and have been going to different locations to find my yoga home. From the moment I walked into the yoga studio I knew I had found it. SaiFon and the other students were warm and welcoming. The instruction was clear and SaiFon’s yoga expertise was quickly apparent. I’m so excited I don’t have to search any farther. I highly recommend this yoga studio.

Saifon's classes are the best! I have a nerve in my body that pinches and her classes helped alleviate the pain. She has a good balance of being grounded and spiritual. I have taken classes with two other instructors and they were both excellent. I just felt connection with Saifon's classes because I would feel good for the next day or two after taking her classes for core strength.

I highly recommend Yoga Hale to everyone

I have been doing yoga with Saifon at Yoga Hale for about 4 years now, she is a truly an amazing, one of a kind instructor, I have learned so much about yoga from her.
Her classes are beginner and advanced friendly, she does a excellent job at keeping the flow while also helping those who may not know to much about the moves and the practice. Saifon has a kind and powerful energy that translates into her practice, she is welcoming to all and I can almost guarantee you will leave the class feeling fulfilled and having learnt something new about yoga and yourself! Since doing yoga with her, I’ve learned to push the boundaries of my body and have proved to myself that even when a position or move is hard, it is always possible. This has translated into my life in so many situations.
If you ever get a chance to take a class with Saifon, I would highly reccomend. You will not regret it.

Yoga Hale is such a magical space! I did my Buti Yoga training here and really enjoyed it. It was honestly a life changing experience for me. Saifon and Suzanne are wonderful women and hold the space down well. I took a yoga class outside of my training and really enjoyed that teacher as well. This is not your cookie- cutter run of the mill yoga studio. The space is very clean and nice and they have great merch as well. Highly recommend!

This studio was absolutely lovely! My teacher Morgan was the sweetest, most loving teacher. I did this red light therapy class and thought it was super unique. Morgan came around after class with essential oils and gave us extra attention, it was my favorite part, it made the class feel special. Class was taught so well, the moves Morgan picked to sequence together felt nice in my lower back, and at the same time challenged me. I will absolutely be back for more classes. Pro tip on the parking: drive past the studio (on your right) and continue down Ali'i Drive a bit to the free parking lot and walk over from there. The parking lot behind the studio is pricey.

Yoga hale is more than a studio, it’s a staple in our community. A place to leave it all at the door and connect in your mat. The teachers are magnificent; they can lead you through a class with flow and direction. Leading you to the edge all while supporting you where you are at. The vibe is great and the people that are drawn to this haven are magic. They have anything from restorative yin to my personal fav peles flow, a heated class. I’ve been a student since they opened and it’s the best studio in Kona. So grateful for the space and how it’s supported my growth.

I'm in love with Yoga Hale! The instructors are awesome, great music selection during class, yoga routines that'll make you sweat, and an atmosphere that says come as you are. Waimea studio: This is the SECOND time I have signed up for a class in advance and showed up to it, only to find the lights off, door locked, and no one ever showed up.

Both times, the studio had ample time to contact me if class was going to be cancelled.

I have called the studio after each instance and left a voicemail asking for a call back. Both times, no one has ever called me back.

I live 25 minutes away from the studio. So I have now spend about 2 hours in wasted time trying to take a class here.

Very unprofessional, very disappointing, and terrible customer service. Don’t go here if you value your time off because they certainly don’t.

On vacation and needing a yoga practice, I feel lucky to have attended the vinyasa class this morning. The studio is between the main hwy running through town and the fitness place. If you find Enterprise rental cars, then go up the hill on either side to the very top of the property to find Yoga Hale. The facility was very clean, the instructors nice and welcoming and the other students warm. The accurate and thorough online calendar was very helpful. Thank you for a great start to my day!

This is such a find. Luckily I was recommended this place by a local. Had a session with Dana Strang. Having taken numerous classes... this has been my favourite over the last decade. Hot yoga (I nearly cried at the start with the fear of going from hot to hot) was truly magical. An emotional releases with my own practise.

Dana's manner, charisma and depth of knowledge of the human mind and body was. Very evident.

The place to be.

Yes- it can be hard to find... just ask or have google maps :) door is locked to prevent items being taken. Common sense really ;)

Thank you ✨

Depending on which direction you are coming from, there is virtually no signage to help you find this place. After wandering around for 15 minutes, you may run into someone that can tell you where it is. Hopefully, that will be more than ten minutes before class, because if you get there 10 minutes before, you will be locked out. If for some reason you still decide to hang around for the next class, an hour and a half later, because you are in desperate need of a yoga class, don't. The class will end up cancelled and you will have spent the majority of your morning just wishing you were doing yoga.
