Loved loved loved the workout session I had with them this morning. It was sort of a HIIT yoga session that doesn't stop. The instructor let us know in the beginning that this is meant to be fast and make you sweaty. I had so much fun following Jen's directions and basically torture myself! It was intense, brutal, and so much fun. I love sweating a puddle after a workout.

Bonus: there's a cat that is the most lovable creature ever. S/he'll come over to meow and cuddle with you if you give your hand out.

When I finished my teacher training in July of 2015, I was overwhelmed with emotions and mixed feelings. The journey which brought me to the teacher training was life changing and difficult. Making the time to do the teacher training was a sacrifice and honestly, I did not realize that what I was given during this training was exactly what I needed. Yoga is a lifelong journey of never ending learning and growth. Thank you for the experience, the love, and the support which my teachers and all my yoga family share with me.

I received my 200 hr teacher training here with Lisa and couldn't have wished for a better experience! I am now lucky enough to teach at Yoga Loft, but even if I didn't I would still have a million reasons to say that this studio is incredible. The teachers you will find here are among the best I have ever had, and the space is warm, inviting, and beautiful, allowing for a complete relaxation and immersion into the yoga practice.

This beautiful and serene space is my Yoga haven. Yoga Loft is the only studio in Leeward that offers a variety of Yoga Styles. The studio is open seven days a week and offers morning and evening classes, making it easy to get your practice in. They also offer Teacher Trainings, workshops and retreats, and specialty classes such as prenatal Yoga, and Meditation. The instructors come from a variety of backgrounds, I feel I always learn something new whenever I come here. My favorite things about the studio- chanting, the intimate atmosphere, the boutique which always has cute yoga clothes and of course caring instructors who always encourage you to listen to your body. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for quality Yoga classes in central Oahu. Parking in the lot can be challenging as the studio is next to a hula school, but there is lots of free street parking.

I visited the yoga loft while on vacation from new york. The instructors were fantastic and the class size was just right that the teacher was able to give personalized attention to each student and adjust poses so we got the most out of each position. It was a way better experience than the crowded NYC classes and disinterested teachers I am used to. Such a special experience in a special place. Cannot wait to get back to hawaii and Yoga Loft!

This was the first studio I attended after moving to Oahu. I felt so fortunate to have found this little gem and then watch it grow over the last two years. Its a good size studio with a boutique but yet authentic yoga studio feel. You can tell the owner is very passionate about her studio and yoga itself. They offer a great variety of classes, workshops, and teacher trainings. A must visit for yogis on Oahu!

SO nice to have such a beautiful studio in Waipio! Once you step into the studio you feel like you have found your new home away from home. Such a warm feeling from the instructors, studio, studio owner and fellow students. The classes are scheduled perfectly to fit everyone's busy schedule during the week and on the weekend! There are also so many fun events and workshops to keep everyone involved and help give back to this great community.

The instructors are friendly and inviting and as a fairly regular yoga-goer but still very inflexible person I felt supported in the idea that it was my practice and that I should listen to my body. Explanations of poses were also very clear. Great studio!
