I grew up in Coeurdalene and have loved this gym pretty much my whole life. Walking past it in my childhood days looking in with my friends running around Sherman and Tubbs hill was my childhood memories and now grown up being a member here I absolutely love it. The gym has lots of different lifting rooms so theres plenty of room to lift and never crowded. Theres a different vibe in every room and I love how they keep it clean. This is definitely an underground gym feeling and the owners Dave and Darla are really nice and help me with my nutrition. Im grateful to be a part of this gym

I went here for three months. I gave it a fair shot, but my strongman competitor s/o and I couldn’t deal with it.
If you want a powerlifting gym, this will do fine. If you need your gym to have a pool and a basketball course this place will do fine.

But, if you do strongman, this place will NOT do fine. You’re limited to when you can use the strongman equipment, (which changes whenever the owner says it does) and the owners act like they don’t want you to even use it.

If these rules sound doable for strongman, go for it:
No yoke sandbags, farmers walk or implements before 6:00pm.
There’s one, 20 ft stretch without turf you can use surrounded by machines for any of these implements.
No tacky for atlas stones.
No dropping the weight. If you fail, I guess you lose privileges.
There’s talk of getting a shed to use this stuff outside, but the parking lot they were going to use just got sold.
And on top of that, the one drinking fountain on the whole first floor is 20 feet away from the urinal.
She’s mentioned to me and others multiple times that she watches back the tapes of security footage to make sure no one’s breaking the strongman rules. Great way to build trust with your client base. Constantly asking us about if we stored things properly and telling us you’re workout Santa , who knows when we’re naughty makes us feel like children.

Anyways, this gym is fine if you want the stuff a country club has without the golf, but it’s not a strongman gym if all the strongmen leave because of the rules.

My brother recently learned that this business has been debiting his account $37.05 per month for a membership he never had since 2010!! Yes, that's right - 2010. The owner claims she bought his membership yet no contract an no signature exists. All total, this business stole $5,309.25 from my brother from 2010-2021. The owner is not cooperative and won't consider making it right. Yes, my brother should have noticed the charges, but that doesn't make it right. He wasn't expecting them. Beware of this practice! My brother never set foot in 360 fitness north Idaho and never had a membership there. He suspects a fraudulent scheme and he has reported to the ID BBB and the ID Attorney General's Office.

Did my first strongman comp there. People were very friendly. atmosphere is cool no ego tripping, just lift to better yourself. The gym is cool got some old and new school equipment.

This place is oozing with character and attitude. The building is a little old, but the inside is kept remarkably clean. The pool is spotless. Lots of amazing features, like a hot tub, steam rooms, lounge area with a pool table, a full basketball court, tanning bed, a yoga studio, and a barber shop to name a few. Oh and tons and tons of workout equipment. The great thing is, generally there is a copy of every piece of equipment somewhere else in the gym, so if you are feeling anti social, you can find some area that isn't very populated. This is a great gym, absolutely love that it is 24hrs.

Great environment full of positive people! The equipment is spread evenly throughout the gym, so you don’t need to go far to switch machines. The hot tub is a great place to relax sore muscles, but it’s not open 24/7. The price is great for everything you get in return!

Great spot for all levels of people. Personally the powerlifting equipment is great, they even have strongman training gear. A full Cardio area and machines. Free weights for everything you need. The folk at the front are also great to see daily. Note: though I didn't use it myself there is a pool etc.

Very affordable and never crowded. Ive been going here for over a year. Classes offered for a wide variety of interests from boxing to yoga and there is a selection of very friendly personal trainers to choose from as well.

I'm rating this gym 1 star on many reasons. For starters there's a huge hole in the ceiling for almost a year now, always found a couple of buckets under it. And a lot of the cardio equipment has or is constantly broken. I've never seen so much duct tape on equipment before. In the men's locker room a lot of the locker doors are barely hanging on the hinges and there's a horrible odor. I don't know how the owner could allow a business run like this. Probably doesn't know the difference a bar bell and a dumbell.

Signed up for this gym online, and came in to work out. The gym itself isn’t the cleanest, I have been a member at gyms that cost less and are cleaner. However, they have a pool and that was the biggest reason why I signed up with them. Don’t expect a tour of the amenities or an introductory training session like other gyms offer for $30 a month. The staff here is hit or miss, some are awesome and helpful and some just can’t be bothered. I think if there was better consistency with staff they could gain another star. Also, the sauna isn’t a sauna, it’s a steam room, there is a significant difference between a steam room and a sauna.

Awesome gym. All the equipment you could ever need. Lowest price gym for having a pool and basket ball court. Never any problems with people hanging weights. Older equipment but cannot beat what you get for the price of a membership there. Pool and hot tub, sauna, multiple rooms all for the lowest price in town. Great gym and nice staff too. Nice customers and everyone seems to keep the areas very clean. Many helpful regulars too.

This place has everything you could need in a gym. There is a pool for laps, hot tub, free weights, cables, strongman room (complete with stones), and much more. It's close to everything in downtown CDA which is a bonus.

I only work out here because my personal trainer trains here. Cardio equipment is frequently broken, other equipment is usually tossed all over the place, and don’t get me started on the cleanliness of the locker room. You’ll find dust on all the ledges and cobwebs in every corner. There are much better places to train in Coeur d’Alene.
