Have tried to cancel my membership three times (which has to be done in person), each time no one is around or they “closed early that day”. Absolutely unbelievable. The staffed hours already make it nearly impossible to cancel, but now I’ve taken work off three times and still haven’t been able to cancel my membership. I was offered to pay $25 to cancel online. Why should I have to pay to cancel online when I’ve tried multiple times to cancel at the location?

I love the gym. But they need to clean it. The womens bathroom need some toilet paper and the need to sweep it. The men's bathroom are always dirty and they smell. When i first went they were more clean and more organized. Its not fare that we are paying for something and they are not keeping it clean !!! Also the treadmills need and upgraded since they have 4 machines but out of the 4 only 2 work 🙄 and they are people that stay in them for like 30 to 20 minutes. And it's not like you are going to be pushing them to get off them!!!

I really wanted to like this gym, the prices are comparable to other workout facilities around the valley, but the equipment is old and needs updated, there are no lockers, the wipe down rags smell moldy, and the bathrooms seem to be more dirty than clean, the staff was young and inexperienced, and some new policies they implemented this year, like cancellation fees, not so good.

By far the worst gym ever and you’ll most likely get your stuff stolen. I went to this gym for a year and a half and half the machines always have a sticky note on them saying they are broken. In October I had my house/car keys and AirPods stolen so I immediately called the owner Dan. He said he would look at the footage and get back to me. I had to keep reaching out to him for an update as he would never call me back. I finally went in to talk to someone and the lady at the desk told me the cameras on the wall don’t work. The owner asked me not to file a police report in case the person that stole from me was someone he knew. I’m not sure why that would make a difference but I waited anyways to see what he could find. After not getting a response for 2 weeks I filed a police report. He told the officer the same thing and she eventually reached out to me saying she’s tried to get ahold of him multiple times with no luck. I’m not sure how this guy is even able to own a business and I wouldn’t be surprised if he was behind all of this. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Some of the staff are nice and take care of the place. You can tell when other staff member works there because The place doesn't gets cleaned. No paper towels/toilet paper most of the time. The floor is nasty. If I get there the same time she does, she tries to get done everything in 5 minuets before she sits down for the day. I know they probably don't make that great of money but...really?

When trying to cancel a membership in the past I was dealing with the company via email on the matters. They were able to cancel my wife’s plan via email without an issue and when I tried to do the same they denied it and accused my wife of sending emails under the impression it was me. Quite a hassle dealing with cancelling a membership I didn’t use but they were willing to charge me another month. Extremely unprofessional and terrible customer service.

Me and my boyfriend just signed up for a member ship today and I have to say how awesome the front desk lady Nicole was. She was so helpful in giving us all the information we asked for and getting us signed up then helped me figure out a couple machines during my first workout there. They have no towels... I went every other day and never saw towels. I would see one towel next to the disinfectant spray that everyone would use to wipe their machines. I picked it up once and it was wet and disgusting. They had paper towels most days but some days they did not, so I was unable to wipe my machine. It was nasty. It was a simple place and I liked it, but so unsanitary I cancelled my membership after 2 months. Now I'm at a bigger facility that offers everyone their own towels

I had the pleasure of filming a promotional video for Nampa Fitness Center. I was really impressed with the amount of equipment, the quality, and the cleanliness of the gym. I know the owners personally and they are stand up people that are passionate about fitness and always finding ways to improve the experience of their customers. I would recommend this gym to anyone.

I've been a member for a year. The equipment is decent and 24 hour access is nice, but they never seem to fix their equipment if it needs it. One treadmill has been out of service since I've been there, and half the buttons don't work on an exercise bike. I've left notes and they are never fixed. Also, they REFUSE to let you cancel over the phone. This makes things hard if you, say, move away. Tends to be crowded and people seem to let their little kids run around like mad animals after hours when it's not staffed - that's more a fault of the clientele than the business though.
