What a magical space--with magical teachers. It has been 10 years of looking for a studio like this (shhhh don't come), and I am super thankful to have found it. Truly focused on health and wellness and powerfully effective but not American-athletic-competition-style-yoga. Great and varied teachers.

I can genuinely say my whole being took a deep inhale when I walked in for the first time last Thursday and instantly felt a tangible wave of a calm, peacefulness, and authentic kindness from Bridget and Falene. Bridget especially made me welcome and even extended her arms in a sweet hug, my first unexpected hug of the day, and in this current social climate, it means more than you know to me.
I really appreciated how she included mudras into her Slow Flow class and also calling out the Sanskrit names of the poses we were doing, a few I’ve never heard before, mainly because I’ve only just started my yoga journey six months ago.
Bridget has a very reassuring, calm, and encouraging soft tone of voice and it was a sensory soother to listen to her speak.
I noticed she was very intentional with making eye contact around the room and it was quickly obvious to me both before and after class she’s built caring connections with several who attend her class on a regular basis while simultaneously smiling and helping a nervous new comer like me feel at ease. It’s an incredible thing to witness and even more of a praise to her credit and energy when my personal heightened nervous system will relax because I feel I’ve encountered a genuine environment of human beings, Bridget in particular, where I feel safe to just ‘be’.
I highly recommend this space and instructor to guide the part of you seeking to feel peaceful, while also meeting your body in just the right level of challenge and balance.
Thank you for the wonderful introductory experience Ananda, and keep up the lovely work you’re doing!

I have not attended a mediocre class at Ananda - each an every one has been incredibly dynamic, unique, heartfelt and engaging. The studio itself is an absolute dream - Marcy has done an incredible job of creating an illuminated and inspired space with touches of magic everywhere you look. The aptly named Ananda (BLISS) is where I have been discovering my own inner bliss and outer strength and balance through deep yoga practices. Brilliant in every way!

Being new to yoga and struggling to find a location close to home that was not hot yoga ( which seems to be just about everywhere anymore) I was happy to find the beginner series at Ananda. Loving it so far and plan to continue attending.

I attended a floating sound bath at Ananda and loved every minute of it! The space was beautiful with all the windows and candles, but even better were the aerial instructor, Christina and also Emily who did the sound bath. It was an experience I won’t ever forget. It was super relaxing and lovely!

Beautiful, welcoming space with highly experienced teachers. Ananda offers lots of yoga for all styles and is the only studio in the treasure valley that offers the traditional style of Hatha yoga. 10/10 recommend. Take Dan’s Hatha class. So refreshing and centering.

Ananda Yoga is simply beautiful. From the second you enter the doors a feeling of calm comes over you- it could be the slight smell of incense, or maybe it’s the light, or the way the second floor wall curves outward- it’s just the most serene place ever! It can accommodate dozens of people, but still retains a cozy feeling. The teachers have all been top notch. You can tell that they have cultivated their skills over many years of practicing what they love. I especially love Yoga Nidra, and Kriya- so vastly different from any classes I’ve taken in the last 30 years. Do yourself a favor and enjoy a class- you will come back time and time again, guaranteed. Support yourself by supporting this small business! You will feel the love.

I love this new yoga studio. It’s a beautiful & peaceful loft feel inside. They have a wide variety of classes and every instructor I’ve had has been extremely knowledgeable and brings quality guidance to the practice. I’ve been doing yoga for over 10 years and have learned new things here in just the past 3 months. I would highly recommend trying the 2 week intro and experiencing as many classes as you can. I think there’s something for anyone. Also, everyone who works there including the owner are all extremely welcoming and friendly. Tuesday power yoga with D’Arcy is one of my faves!

Every class I have experienced so far at Ananda has been some of my favorite all-time yoga sessions! The space is beautiful and each time I attend I feel welcome and at home. The instructors are pros, sensitive to the needs and abilities of each class, adjusting their instruction accordingly. The workshops are also fantastic, they are just so good at choosing the right teachers and facilitators across the board. I’m officially hooked - Ananda is now my go-to place for yoga and more 💖⚡️

Marcy and Gina have been the best guides for somatic breathwork that I have ever experienced. They make sure everyone feels safe and loved, and guide you through such a beautiful practice explaining what you are working through with each round. I brought a girlfriend who had never experienced it before and she absolutely loved it and cant wait for the next time. She messaged me the next day and said she has already found it has helped her in her every day life.

I had the privilege of attending my first class at Ananda Yoga Space, and I must say it was an incredible experience. The class was not only challenging but also enlightening and invigorating.
Radha, our instructor, deserves all the praise for creating such a welcoming and personalized yoga space for each of the students. Her intuitive approach allowed us to connect deeply with our practice and ourselves.
I highly recommend Ananda Yoga Space to anyone looking for a transformative yoga experience.

I really enjoyed class with Bridget - I appreciated the blend of Vinyasa Kundalini, and her playlist fit really well with the breathwork. I felt both energized and relaxed afterwards — I even nodded out for a moment during savasana, which is always a good sign.

It was my first Kriya Yoga class and my first time at Ananda Yoga Space. They were both wonderful! Dharmadas is a fun and lighthearted teacher and I look forward to more classes with him. Ananda Yoga Space was everything I expected. It is a warm and inviting place with a lot of open space and plenty of room for all yogis. It offers a calming and expansive energy, and feels like a space where all are welcome. Plus, parking is easy! Lots of spots of available! I am excited to get back into yoga at Ananda.
