I showed up during business hours listed many times. Finally signed the paper on the door. Then few days later a lady called and was professional and told me to come in on “Tuesday” my next day off and Assured me someone will be there for sure. I came in at 1pm ish found another sign inside this time. So at least I got to see the lay out.. Sign said they’ll be back in 30 minutes … I checked in 45 minutes later.. Still nothing. They called well after that.. I kindly explained how many times I came in and that I spoke with a lady last week that assured me someone would be there today. Then the lady started blaming me for not signing the sheet last week, which I did, and she didn’t listen to anything I said, rather tried blaming me over And over and talked over me…. I kindly said, I’ve tried hard enough and I’ll be finding somewhere else to attend. Them I hung up … She proceeded to call me 3 times in a row.. Whitney I believe was the name..

During business hours, someone should be available. Chances of her needing to step out every time I showed up are unlikely. Seems like she’s being paid for something she’s not showing up for.

Impossible to reach anyone so how in the world do you know rates, deals, day passes, ages, etc?? Both attempts I've made (over a year apart) ended with me attempting to talk to someone over the coarse of a couple days and I Never heard back or could get anyone to answer.. went in person early in the morning, not a single staff member present... looks nice from outside the windows...

Wide variety of exercise equipment. Clean. Sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer available. Little instruction on how to use equipment. Model numbers or links would be nice so i could look up instructions online. Interactive virtual tour of riding through scenery on bike. Showers available.

Great gym. Always very clean and they have a great selection of equipment. During the busiest times there’s still machines to choose from. They have a couple of TVs you can watch while working out. They have a couple of showers, but no locker rooms. There are plenty of places to put your things though. They are out in the open where you can see them, they just aren’t locked. The staffed hours are random, but with 24 hour access it’s great.

Signed up for a membership and everyone was really nice but unfortunately there is no communication in this company my last bill was supposed to be only $20 as I was told by an employee and later find out it's $25. Gym is fine so long as you never move and don't need to cancel. Anytime Fitness current policy is to work directly with the club to cancel, I only went to this location a handful of times but my agreement was transferred to them. Even though my cancellation request was submitted over a year ago payments have continued to be removed from my account. They also will not answer calls to resolve the situation. Go to any Gym BUT this one. It's ridiculous. Y'all owe me several months back for a refund. I have a confirmation cancellation form from 10/2020. Imma bought ready to get lawyers involved.

Garbage, machines are fine, management needs a reboot, I lived in Blackfoot for 6 months, so I got a membership while I was down there, I was not told it was a 2 year contract, I haven't been very often since I came back to Idaho falls, because I have a apple membership as well, I tried cancelling my membership, they told me I had to wait another year and a half, so I went in today after my membership was up, after I had called into this branch for 3 weeks with no answers, and I had to wait in the lobby for half an hour for the manager to come back from screwing around town blackfoot, he had no one there to see if he was needed,

I've known Scott since he opened the club in Blackfoot. He knows the club members by first name. The club is very clean and is very kept up. Scott is a very respectful and caring young man. And he takes to visit despite being very busy. During winter time the snow is cleared so we won't get hurt. How could you not be a member at this club, Scott is amazing. I won't go anywhere else.

We cancelled our membership in May. We were charged the may membership, which is fine, but we were also billed for June. We've called and no one has answered. Left messages and no one has returned them. Visited the gym during working hours and no one has been there. It is very frustrating and we're sorry we didn't just go with hard bodies.

I am always keen to see who the most frequent users are each month, though that list has not been very consistent in its posting each month. My son started attending the Ammon Anytime and says it is so much nicer...need to look into that some more...

If you ever need any help or are needing to talk to someone dont bother. I sat in their lobby for 2 hours one day and waited for someone to show up to the office even though their posted times said that they would be there. They will not work with you at all to cancel your membership at all. You have better luck finding somewhere else.

The owners and management of the blackfoot and shelley location are by far the worst to deal with. Don't bother calling if you have a problem with anything because they laugh at you and trust you like your dumb. And when you finally decide that you have had enough and you cancel your membership and even if you do it by the contract terms they still will mess around . I cancelled my membership with a 30 day notice was charged anyway for the next month called they said they would refund me and after a week I still have not received a refund. I will continue to post negative remarks regarding this franchise until I am taken care of

I have been a member for 5 years. I moved and have been trying to cancel my membership for over 3 months. I have made countless calls to Anytime Fitness and have only gotten their very irritating, loud and hard to understand, voice message. I have left countless messages, very detailed, asking for my membership to be cancelled. And yet, after 3 months, the monthly membership dues are still coming out of my bank account. HEY DUDE - YOU OWE ME 3 X $70 = $210 !!
I would visit the fitness center but I'm not in the same state any longer.
My next step is the BBB!!
