I was thinking about joining at this Anytime Fitness location about a month ago. Had some schedule/travel conflicts come up, so I didn’t actually take the leap. That being said - I totally would have!! The visitor/testing pass process was great - I didn’t feel pressured or deceived at all, which I feel like it kind of common for gyms. The new owner is really friendly and encouraging. I’ll definitely be back!

They are too expensive. I was being charged close to $33 a month. When my contract ended I was charged almost $52. They also charge a ridiculous fee once a year to improve the gym but the gym never improved it’s just a cash grab. Decided that it’s cheaper to buy my own equipment especially after this pandemic. They didn’t even bother to stop charging during the pandemic. A ton of lies about them giving credit at the end of our term but instead I was charged more.

Went to anytime to possible look into getting a membership and noticed that they didn't have staff until 11am so I waited. I checked the door a little after they were supposed to open but it was still locked. Then I decided to give it one more chance and called around 11:30 because they might be running late. But I guess posted hours are not applicable to this establishment so I will try a fitness center that is locally owned.

The class is amazing! I especially enjoy the other members... they are so welcoming. It’s so encouraging to workout with them. It’s a very nice gym. I can see it expanding to allow more classroom space. Great workouts and support!

They took out the monthly payment as usual and then took another 30 out in the same month...tried to cancel but they told us that the only way out is if we sold it out to someone else...very bad business handling, especially when they went even let my girlfriend or I buy out.

I was in Burley for 35 days, and I told them on the day I signed up it was going to be short term deal and she had said it's not a big deal doing month to month, when I left I tried to cancel the membership and it was a complete nightmare. I had to pay multiple fees and by time it was all taken care of I was charged a total of $205. The customer service was awful. I will never return to an anytime fitness again.

I was in town for one month to visit my husband who was working in the area over the summer. I already have a gym membership back home in Indiana through LA Fitness which I pay 29.99 per month. Unfortunately there isn't an LA Fitness around Burly so I found Anytime on Google. For the first week I was going and paying $5 cash per visit to Anytime in Burly but I spoke with an employee (Livi) who informed me I could pay $30 for the month verses $15-20 a wk in individual visits. I spoke with my husband and on my 3 or 4th visit after working out for an hour and a half I was exhausted but made the decision to go ahead and just pay the $30. Livi took some of my info and slid my card and I signed (I was trying to get out of there). That month came and went and i found myself back home in Indiana. Then another Anytime payment came out of my account. We have an Anytime in my town as well so I went to it and spoke with the lady at the desk. I told her I already have a membership and wasn't looking for two. She kindly explained to me how transferring a membership works (but never mentioned cancelling is virtually impossible.) I told her I would sleep on it and make my decision at another time. To be honest I like both LA and Anytime. LA Fitness is cheaper and closer to my house and I've had them for 4 yrs now so I decided to stick with them. I called Anytime in Burly and asked why another payment had come out and how to cancel, the owner informed me I had signed a 2 yr contract... Now I was irritated and embarrassed because I was unaware of what I had signed which was also my fault. I explained to the man I didn't know I signed a two year contract that was NOT brought to my attention. The owner made some calls but ultimately told me I signed so it's my problem I didn't read (which although is true, seems unethical). Ive made several calls with no luck. When they asked me to verify my info they didnt even have my correct information on file! I said "now does it seem to you as if i 'thoroughly read' this contract i signed if my information isnt even correct?". I'm stuck with $33 dollars coming out of my account, that or it will be sent to collections and put on my credit. Anytime also doesn't tell you if you don't pay the $33 on the day it's due they charge you an additional $19.99 on top of the $33. I would use Anytime fitness but if I transfer my membership I can't use the tanning beds they have because Burlys tanning was included in the monthly fee but Noblesville isn't so I would pay an extra $10 a month. As it stands I am now the owner of memberships to LA Fitness for $29.99 a month Suntan city $16 a month and Anytime WITHOUT tanning for $33 a month... and if I ever miss a payment I get the $19.99 fee which brings me to $99 a month for gym and tanning when I only ever wanted to pay 30!

The staff at Anytime Fitness has been helpful and rezponsive to my questions. I like ths smaller facility and the yoga class that is included with membership. I really like the new trainer. He has been very helpful with designing a fitness routine that works for me including workouts that I can do when traveling.

I was an Anytime Fitness member in Utah and was excited to have one open here in Burley. Carl was so easy to talk to and work with. He definitely has your best interest at heart.
The Gym is always spotless, and for it's size, has a great selection of equipment. Amazing value for what you get.

Burley Anytime Fitness is so refreshing every time I walk in. Livi was awesome and gave me an enthusiastic club tour, and I just have to say, the purple and lime green colors together are brilliant! It lifted my spirit instantly. All the equipment is exceptional, along with the bright, cheery, clean atmosphere creates the perfect energizing happy place. If this club doesn't motivate you to workout, nothing will!

I love that it's literally ANYTIME!! 4am? Gettin it in! Before bedtime jog? You got it! I can go to any club when I go out of town and still get my sweat on! It's close, convenient, and comfortable!
