Previously I loved this gym especially their trainer Larissa but since they got new management they have completely disappointed me. I had more than 11 sessions left and when I message Jake the manager he did not respond and instead had the personal trainer respond to me passive aggressively. I paid 80 dollars biweekly for those appointments and when I asked for a refund or options to finish out my sessions they ghosted me.

I do personal training with Michelle. She does a very good job! In 4 weeks I was down 12.8 pounds of fat and gained 5.7 pounds of lean mass.

I just recently started using Anytime Fitness, so far my experience has been great the gym is clean with friendly staff. Michelle has been helping me to try to reach my goals and motivate me to push myself, she’s always friendly with a smile on her face.

First gym that I’ve ever attended I liked! It’s always clean not super crowded and those that attend are super friendly! Larissa is a fantastic trainer funny and willing to push without being rude. Overall it’s absolutely awesome and I highly recommend any new comers to check it out!!

loved this gym when i first signed up in august 2024. a friendly and knowledgeable coach named alex was running the gym. he made sure everything was clean and always brought a vibrant energy to this club that was motivating and made us feel like family. ever since they let him go in February nothing has been the same. i come early in the AM and the opening shift coach, Larissa, is extremely snobby and rude. i’ve held back from being negative but this morning loud and clearly i hear her say she doesn’t want to clean other people’s towels because she’s not their maid, from my understanding all members have responsibility of cleaning their own mess and helping maintain the gym, but you work here and should not have an attitude that drives your customers away and makes them feel like they don’t belong or at least don’t let us all hear you complaining consistently and causing members to feel uncomfortable. not only that but rarely is there somebody here in the evening for people that have questions or new guests. really sad how down hill it’s gone here. if this location wasn’t a few minutes from my home i would have been gone already but i guess i have to make do for now.

Larissa is an amazing fitness coach! 😃 Her workouts are specific to my goal of competing in Indoor Rowing at the Huntsman World Senior Games in October 2025 for the first time. She's brought me along at a pace that prevents injury but builds my Rowing muscles. I won't go anywhere else. 💯🌞

It's a nice gym to get a good workout! The vibe is much better than the Anytime Fitness in Yelm, WA. I appreciate seeing an employee represent the gym , fitness and showing good work ethic in a way I don't see at the AF in Yelm. Great job AF Caldwell thank you for representing what every gym should represent.

Do not go to this gym (or this specific Caldwell location)!! You’ll soon find that it is the smallest gym and their machines aren’t working half the time (but they won’t tell you that when you’re signing up). For how small it is you would think they could at least keep it clean but obviously not. Specifically standing on the stair master there is built up dust and mold on the walls which can’t be healthy?! You’ll also find yourself waiting for a machine to open up because they only have 1 of them! They are by contract only and make you commit to a full year, in order to cancel you have to pay the remaining payments and also additionally a $50 cancellation fee, I wish I was joking lol. I also wish someone would’ve warned me before coming here. They take advantage of your money and do not care about you. They are only here to scam you haha! Best of luck if you are trying to find a gym, Crunch fitness is half the price and 3 times as big. Go join there!!

Great staff. Cancelling my membership was not as difficult as others had led me to believe. My work had me moving around and they let me cancel my contract. My only complaint is they don't have any locations in Mccall or Ontario area.

So I will start by saying I don’t ever leave reviews. Like ever.
About 2 years ago I would give this place 0 stars. The management was awful and would lie to you to get you to join promising no cancelation fees and the trainer that I worked with ended up bullying me after I decided I didn’t want to do the personal trainer route. I had a bunch of anxiety when going here and only went a handful of times over the past two years even though I’ve been paying for it every month. A few days ago Jayden reached out to me seeing if I wanted to come in for a coaching consultation. She was extremely kind and completely understood when I told her that I was actually thinking about canceling since I never go there and have really bad anxiety about running into those two guys anytime I do go. She said that it wasn’t the first time she has heard this but assured me that the gym was under new management and encouraged me to come in to talk with the manager to see what they could do to rewrite the wrongs of past employees. I met with Alex (the manager) a little later that day. I will say that as soon as I walked in you could instantly feel that the gym was different. It had a lighter and more calming and inviting feeling. Alex was so nice and the first words he said to me was ‘how can I help you?’ I could tell that he was so genuine and really cared about me and my experience moving forward. He got me excited about going to the gym again and let me know that the gym has been under new management for a little over a year now and that the guys I had a really bad experience with no longer work there. He also wanted to make sure that I was set up for success moving forward and set up a 1-on1 training session free of charge with Jayden, the sweet girl I talked to on the phone previously. I agreed to try it out again and I’m so glad that I did! I had my training session yesterday and Jayden was an absolute gem! She was so kind and I never felt insecure or out of place and we talked like good friends the entire time. Not to mention she kicked my booty with the workout :) she was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed to do to hit my goals. While I was there I felt like I was a part of a gym family and not just a random person there to workout. The whole experience was a dream and I’m so excited to go again!! I feel like good genuine people are hard to come by these days and so being able to find that in a gym is incredible. I don’t usually give second chances and I had full conviction that I was going to cancel my membership when I went in to talk to Alex that day, but he was able to make me instantly change my perspective of the gym just by his kindness. I also noticed that he knew everyone there by name which just proves how genuine he is. Would highly highly recommend going here!

I decided the membership was too much at this time and went down to cancel after less than 24 hours. There seemed to be a delay with the refund for the training package but when I reached out, I got the refund quickly. They are really knowledgeable and the trainer I met helped me have a great experience. I'll definitely go back when I'm ready to start with a gym.

I can always find a time when the gym is not too crowded and have hardly ever had to wait on equipment. Personnel is always available to answer questions about equipment usage or exercises for specific muscle groups. I was given a series of exercises to do pre workout for my problem rotator cuff, it has reduced the pain, given me a much increased range of motion and has removed the notion that surgery was the only cure. I love this place!

Choose a different Gym! I made the mistake of overestimating the amount I had to utilize the facility and that is on me. I have 2 kids under 2 years old and found that my schedule was not conducive to visiting the gym with any consistency. When I decided I needed to discontinue my membership, which was not being utilized, I had to pay the total cost of the annual membership. If anyone is considering a gym membership I recommend looking elsewhere. This is an underwhelming facility with an antiquated system that leaves you stuck in a contract. There are a lot of other options that provide more consideration and flexibility with equal or lesser fee structures.

I liked this gym so much, it’s close to my work so I can swing by on my way home, no excuses. I previously trained with Eden who is no longer there but she was amazing. I currently train with Ryan who is just fantastic, making me feel muscles I didn’t even know I had, lol. I really like this gym because it was close to my work, and it’s not super crowded when I go. They have a good variety of machines. I am newer to the gym scene, but I really enjoy it. It’s always clean when I go, I think the price is really good also. I am so thankful they offer training the way the do, I could not do it alone.

Would be nice if someone would answer the phone after sending me non stop text messages telling me I'm getting late fees on my account after I have talked to someone and told them I'm not able to attend they still are trying to charge me. They even told me everything was canceled and I wouldn't be charged anymore. Better figure out how to treat your customers. At this point I don't think they really care other then to have you sign up and take your money. I will not recommend this gym to anyone as they should not be charged extra for not being able to attend.

I've been going to this gym for a few months now, and all I can say is is you are nervous about going to a gym, or intimidated....this is your place! I was too. So have received pwraonal trainimg from both Eden and Ryan and they are hands down a riot! I still loathe working out, but still love this gym! A great location as well.

WATCH OUT. This establishment is dishonest and greedy. They will tell you anything to get you in a contract, but will not work with you after you are in. I wasn't going to sign my wife up at the time, but was told they would be flexible (anything to get that contract locked). My wife was promoted, and we moved out of town where she was unable to attend. The staff was unwilling to let her out of her "trial" membership, even though I was willing to stay on and make the drive. I have given this staff multiple opportunities to make this right, without me leaving a poor review, they are greedy and unwilling to help.
Why put yourself in a contract with this small, limited scam of a gym. Go around the corner for a larger, cheaper, no contract experience.

The Anytime Fitness located in Caldwell is an excellent gym. This facility is always clean and organized. The Caldwell AF’s staff is friendly, professional and well informed. Other gym members I’ve spoke to are personable and easy going too. The gym is open 24hrs a day every single day, hence the name Anytime Fitness. Members can workout at any AF gym in the Treasure Valley or throughout the U.S. Many of the locations have showers and tannings beds. Some also have helpful devices like a BMI calculator. Their trainers go above and beyond to help people reach their goals. Gym members can pay an additional rate every month to receive guided exercise routines with Anytime Fitness trainers. Each subscriber to the training program has workouts assigned to them in the company’s affiliated app. Trainers can correspond with their clients through the app and meet with the trainer at least once a month. Anytime Fitness gyms are smaller than the larger facilities. They don’t have a swimming pool or basketball court, but if your focus is getting an optimal exercise without a multitude of people surrounding you, then AF is probably a good fit for you. They have all the equipment and space necessary for someone to reach desired physical fitness level. Thanks a zillion to AF for helping me improve my life!!!!

The gym is really nice. I ended up not getting a membership and there was a little hiccup when I wanted to cancel but we worked out a deal that was fair. John the manager is a really good guy. I watched him train a few people and he really knows what he is doing. I would recommend this place
