I was told I “won a free membership” brought my toddler in with me for a two hour interview just to be told it’s a $200 startup fee. It’s a marketing scam and ridiculous. I go to planet fitness now and pay $15 a month and I am happy not to waste my time on jerks that wanna steal my money. If you were told you “won a membership” just know you didn’t!

Equipment is in good shape.

No working water fountain. Let alone with a water bottle fill up. No vending machine. Terrible music playlist during unstaffed hours at least.

Was in town for an event and Kobe helped me get set up for the weekend, so that I could stay on track.

They had everything I needed, and the space was clean and comfortable.

Appreciate the key fob entry, and amazing hours.

Signed up for a 4 year contract and didn’t know that they would just auto renew it and spent at least a year trying to cancel it after that so I gave up then I tried to cancel my membership AGAIN after moving, I called several time to do this and left a message. No one ever responded and they continued to charge my card, ended up switching to a local bank and they STILL NEVER CONTACTED ME AND JUST REPORTED ME TO COLLECTIONS!

Terrible customer service I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I cancelled my membership in April and they have continued to charge my credit card for the past 4 months. These people will not ever stop charging apparently. Tiny gym while overcharging their customers and will continue to charge your card 4 months after cancellation.

You raised the fees and added a "enhancement fee " without letting me know. I canceled my membership and you said I would be charged for another month even though I'm paid up and canceled before the new month. I was told that if I changed my debit card so I won't be charged that I would be turned into collections. You will never have my business again and I will let everyone I know how you treated me.

The facility is very clean and the participants take pride in using the facility. The pricing is good and the variety of equipment is excellent. Using the facility at any hour is a huge plus as well.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS GYM! If I could give zero stars and still warn potential members I would. This gym continued to withdraw out of my account even after canceling the proper way. In writing the manager says it is taken care of. The next day they take the money to get out of my contract. I had every right to think I was done with my contract. O no. One month later they withdrawal 99.00 dollars more. When called the manager said I had to pay more to get out of my contract. This gym will steal your money and claim it is justified. There are better gyms in lewiston. BEWARE!!!

The owner is never there. Evertime I call it goes to voicemail and my calls are never returned. All changes to accounts have to go through the owner, there is no customer service number to call. Very disappointed and frustrated with this club.

What an awesome place to work out! Good layout of machines, great clientele, and just an awesome atmosphere. There is a variety of options to work on self improvement here, including machines, barbells, dumbells, and a cable setup. The restrooms are well maintained and stocked. Staff is minimal, and helpful with questions and aid when needed.

Anytime Fitness is the most comfortable gym ever! There's such a relaxed atmosphere and the ability to visit the gym when it fits my needs is invaluable. I love the tanning beds and that the cardio machines allow me to watch Netflix and Hulu while I work out. I have a yearly membership and plan on renewing it from now till the end of time 😁

Place is never cleaned properly. The one staff lost like 100 pounds and now thinks she's a movie star and is very moody. The older members have entitlement issues like "I use THAT machine, treadmill, ect., what are you doing on it "? and are allowed to do so. A homeless couple bought one membership and began sleeping, eating, basically living in the reception room after hours and it took a month of members complaining to get the Mngr. to address the issue. Anytime "was" a decent gym until it changed Mngmt.. Sorry to see it deteriorating.
