Constantly try and book “training and athletic development” sessions for my son but as someone else stated in their review everyone here is to good for you apparently, unless you’ve already contributed money to the owners pockets somehow. Absolutely not the only place for your youth to miraculously develop athleticism either. Try PTSI if you are ignored too. Equally as effective gym facility available, and without the grandiose advertising.

Inconsiderate owners who consistently show they only care about themselves. I'm sure their customers will have hearing damage. Constantly plays music so loud you can hear it across the block. Has said multiple times they would turn it down and two days later does it again. I've been around alot of gyms and you don't ever hear their music from the houses around them on days when they are closed and at 3 am.

Added as of August 2025. After numerous attempts to be considerate and ask them to keep the base down i had to get police involved and here I am on a Sunday at 3 pm when the gym is closed listening to the music from them in my kitchen over 100 yards away. No consideration for their neighbors and no consideration for pocatello city laws. To all customers would you put up with listening to your neighbors music in your home when your trying to rest?!

This is our first experience with Atlas. Blaire and her team have been great to work with. My son is getting PT for his knee after having surgery. The PT progress is going well. We are at the start of his recovery. We'll update our review further into his recovery.

I found this to be a place where they work with me and listen to what me needs are. They help drive me to bring out the best in me and at the same time watch to keep me from going too far so I don't over do it and damage progress.
Great people work out there, and great people work there.

Don't bother! The owner is too good for others and doesn't need your business. They don't have any contact information listed online, and when I sent a message through the website, they never responded. My son was referred by his friend and got the owner's phone number. When my son tried to contact the owner, he told us to never contact him again. If you do end up going there, ask the trainer for his credentials.

We love Atlas! This is my third time going here for PT and have had an awesome recovery! They do a great job working to get you back to your sports.

My daughter now goes here to train for high school track and cross country and her improvement is amazing to see! So many different workouts and one on one or small group coaching that we love! Her workouts are designed just for her and her goals.
