I decided I needed to improve my health and flexibility. I have an office job and my hips/lower back have been causing me pain. I am so glad I came across Brianna. She is wonderful and really listens to make sure you are getting the best overall care.

Bri was great at listening to how my shoulder and back were bothering me and knowing how to treat them. The at home exercises that she prescribed continue to help me maintain the great work that she has done. My mobility has increased as well as my strength in areas I didn't know were weak. Don't hesitate to call Balance X if you're considering it!

Bri was so helpful today working on my hamstring and Achilles issues and gave me a number of stretches and exercises to go home with. I'm a long time runner and terrible at stretching and she gave me a game plan for betterment. Bri is a highly skilled physical therapist who has settled into a great niche with stretch therapy but she is versatile and well rounded in her expertise. Thanks for everything!

Great work, friendly, they make sure to make the client feel comfortable the entire time. I had gone in with a hand injury in which I couldn't use my fingers without severe pain. After just two visits my finger mobility had increased dramatically and the overall pain was reduced to almost none.

My experience has been phenomenal. I am very active with sports and family and Balance X has completely helped my right shoulder out. My athletic ability has improved significantly with little to no pain throwing and overall strength. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to feel results! Very personable and professional.

I cannot say enough about Bri and how amazing she is! She is a miracle worker! My body feels amazing every single time I leave there. I met her at a networking event and just loved her sweet energy. I came to her with extreme shoulder pain due to owning my own cleaning company. After my 1st session I walked out feeling like a million bucks! She gave me exercises to do at home and even checked up on me. She is reliable, trustworthy, and sooooo good at what she does! I have recommended her to everyone I know!

I'm glad I started doing this. I love the unique combination of stretching and massage. She does a great job of making you feel comfortable and being able to relax. The functional movement aspect is great too. Would highly recommend.

Credit card got flagged for fraudulent activities after booking a session.
This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable.
Think twice before handing over any sensitive information. My experience was a nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reputable and trustworthy company

I ride/race motocross. Bri at Balance Studio has helped a ton with recovery and injury prevention. I had a stage 3 AC shoulder separation and she manipulated movements to help with recovery and gave me exercises to do at home. I recovered quickly and made it to my next big race. Whenever I have aches and pains, she is able to get the muscles to loosen up to provide relief. I highly recommend.

I just love Bri and all she does to help me feel better and highly recommend her if you are having pain, flexibility, or balance issues. I was hesitant to try any kind of therapy to help me with my balance and flexibility, but eventually my husband convinced me that it would be helpful as he has been going to Bri for some time now. I have had a broken wrist and a broken shoulder in the past 2 years--both from falls and have had back pain for several years. (I have bulging discs and a narrowed space that the nerves go through). Bri seems to know exactly what I need to have done to feel better. I tell her where the pain is (although sometimes she tells me where I hurt before I can tell her). Then she works on whichever muscles need the most attention. She also gives me flexibility, strength and stretching exercises to work on at home. I can't believe how much better I feel since I started seeing Bri. I thank her each time I see her. If you have pain and have hesitated to get help, just call her and set up some sessions--you will be surprised and pleased with the results.

I found Bri out of desperation after being less and less able to enjoy the sports and activities I love due to pain and stiffness from years of injuries, surgeries and most importantly, self neglect. I saw improvement immediately, which encouraged me to keep going back. Bri was very patient and understanding of what I was going through and slowly but surely brought my aging body not back to what it once was, but better than it has ever been. As a direct result of Briβs work, training advice and endless encouragement, I now routinely visit the gym, eat healthier and am currently the fittest I have been in my life.
My golf game has rebounded immensely, I had stopped playing my life long beloved sport due to pain, stiffness and their effects on my abilities. I only picked up the clubs again when I realized one day that my body could move again from my sessions with Bri. I was immediately encouraged when I started out better than I was when I quit! I keep making improvements now that my body can move properly. I realized that my skill level was still there, only diminished by my lack of mobility and strength. BIGGEST GIFT I COULD EVER RECEIVE .
Thank you Bri for all you have done for me!!!!

Brianna was amazing. I went in not completely knowing what to expect. I have been an athlete my whole life. As an adult my athletic activities evolved from sports to Hiking, Backpacking, Whitewater Rafting, Rock Climbing, Yoga, and a consistent Gym Strength routine. I've always believed I could attempt anything, so I never shy away from a challenge, no matter how difficult it is in my body.
But over the last couple years, I've shifted from my natural fitness and conditioning level, to focusing solely on strength and Strongman. I'm 6'2" and went from an athletic 200lbs up to weighing 246lbs. Very heavy squats, deadlifts, overhead shoulder presses, lifting cars, etc. I also focused alot of lifting natural stones. I ran Robie Creek cold turkey. I climbed Mount Borah twice. Not saying any of this as a brag, but to share how much I put my body through. Brianna had her work cut out for her.
During this time of awesome strength accomplishments, I've also developed insane tightness, aching, less mobility and overall lack of capability physically. Sometimes my forearms ached so bad it hurt to turn a doorknob. On top of that I've been carrying alot of emotional stress from being a business owner, husband, father, veteran, etc. I work construction as well, and have beat my body up for years hauling material, using tools, and otherwise feeling the effects of manual labor.
When I went in to see Brianna, I thought it would be just a basic stretch routine and a massage (my buddy who referred me didn't explain very well).
Instead, we dug into all my past life hobbies, injuries, experiences, goals, etc. I shared where I am, what things I'd like to change, and what I'd like to get back to. Then we began to formulate a plan to get there, with tools of things I can do at home too. Just with the hour we had to work on a few areas of my legs, I already felt a release of tension. Yes in my legs, but overall in my body I felt less wound up. Yes sometimes the way she does that in the moment is a bit painful, but she has the skills, education and experience to know where to focus, how to manipulate it, and how to get stored tension to release.
It's been hard to stay consistent at the gym when I hurt all the time. I'm excited to keep working with her and to get back the capability in my body as I pair her tools alongside my own consistent fitness and nutrition.
